호텔 구성원 간의 언어폭력이 직무스트레스, 직무소진 및 직무성과에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine of the effects of verbal violence among hotel employees’ on-the-job stress, job burnout and job performance. And this study suggests the direction of strategic human resources management. The questionnaire survey was used as the method and the SPSS 21.0 program was used as the statistical analysis method. Data were analyzed by frequency and exploratory factor analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to test hypotheses. The main implication of this study is that the effective factors of verbal violence among hotel employees’ are derived. In addition, it is significant that the detailed sub-factors, such as self-concept impairment, role ambiguity, and reduced personal accomplishment, which negatively affect job performance in relation to verbal violence, are statistically examined. In addition, it is necessary to prepare countermeasures against negative factors affecting job performance due to verbal violence among hotel employees’ through the empirical results derived from this study.
A Doll’s House, Part 2에 나타난 가부장제 속 저항과 공명

The expectation that a woman will prioritize caring for her family above all else, sometimes at the expense of her self-identity, was common in Norwegian playwright Henrik Ibsen’s time, and still exists today. Ibsen addressed this one-sided reality in A Doll’s House through Nora Helmer, who slammed the door behind her as she chose liberation in 1879. American playwright Lucas Hnath recreates this issue with a contemporary viewpoint by taking Nora back through the door 15 years after her departure. In Joining the Resistance, American feminist and psychologist Carol Gilligan argues that it is necessary to reconsider care as a human ethic within a democratic system rather than a feminist ethic within a patriarchal scope. With the aid of Gilligan’s feministic approach, this article examines Hnath’s A Doll’s House, Part 2, the 2017 Broadway sequel to Ibsen’s play. Hnath focuses on the dialogic confrontation between Nora, who rebels against the patriarchal system, and the others (including Torvald, Anne Marie, and Emmy) who conform to it. Paralleling their different voices on the issues of marriage, divorce, and child-rearing, this article traces each character’s dialogic transition from silence to resistance, regardless of his/her stance on patriarchy or feminism. I examine the potential of resonance among them based on humanistic sympathy, and define the meaning of another open ending, which presents neither a clear winner nor loser. By doing so, I argue that Hnath’s extension of Nora’s issue to the other characters allows the play to be reflective of contemporary America, where gender equality is vital to the democratic spirit of individual freedom and human rights.
영어책 읽기의 북리포트 활동이 어휘 및쓰기 능력과 학습자 인식에 미치는 영향

The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of book report (mind-mapping and summarizing) activities utilizing English storybooks on the English vocabulary, the writing ability, and the perceptions of college students toward reading English storybooks and book report activities. A total of fifty eight students were divided into two groups, 35 for the experiment group and 23 for the control group. The experiment group was asked to read English storybooks and write book reports for eight weeks while the control group was asked to write an essay and study vocabulary. The participants were also asked to answer a post-survey to examine their perceptions toward reading books and writing book reports. An interview was also conducted to examine the learners’ perceptions. The results of the study indicated that the reading and writing group showed positive effects concerning their vocabulary learning and their writing ability when book report activities were added. 탐구기반 기초물리 실험수업 전후 예비물리교사의 과학의 본성에 대한 관점 변화

Science teachers' views about the nature of science (NOS) might affect the teachers' teaching of science, the students' learning of science, and the students' views about the NOS. Experimental physics is one of the important courses in physics education, through which students' views on the NOS might be exposed and affected. Thus, in this study, we investigated the distribution of pre-service physics teachers' views on the NOS before and after an inquiry-based introductory physics experiment course. We also analyzed and will discuss the results, focusing upon the changes and the distributions of the views of pre-service physics teachers because of the course by gender. 과학교사들이 갖는 과학의 본성에 대한 관점은 과학교수학습에 영향을 미치고 이를 통하여 학생들의 과학의 본성에 대한 관점에도 영향을 미친다. 특히 실험교육은 과학의 본성에 대한 관점이 드러나고 또 영향을 주는 중요한 과학수업요소이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 중등학교 물리교사교육 개선을 위해 제안된 탐구기반 기초물리 실험수업을 실시하고 이 수업 전후에 예비물리교사들이 갖고 있는 과학의 본성에 대한 관점이 어떻게 분포하는가를 조사하였다. 이를 통하여 수업 전후에 예비물리교사들의 과학의 본성에 대한 관점이 어떻게 변했고 그 분포가 남녀별로 어떻게 다른지 분석하고 그 의의를 논하였다.
