인물사진의 감성 선호도 측정 자동화 프로그램 모형 개발 연구

본 연구는 인물사진의 평가 요소들과 감상자들의 일반적인 선호도와의 관계를 통하여, 감상자 중심의 제품 개발 및 설계를 위한 이미지 측정 프로그램 모형을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 사전 연구에서 개발된 프로그램을 분석하여 개선을 필요로 하는 항목과 이미지 평가 시에 필수적으로 포함해야하는 사항을 신규항목으로 추가하였다. 본 연구에서는 첫 번째 단계로 얼굴의 초점을 확인하였고, 객관적, 주관적 화질 평가항목으로 나누어 인물사진을 평가하였다. 객관적 평가 항목에는 RSC 콘트라스트, 다이내믹 레인지를 선정하였고, 통계학적 분석방법으로 각 이미지의 수치를 평가할 수 있었다. 주관적 평가 항목에는 얼굴의 노출, 구도, 위치, 비율 그리고 아웃포커스를 선정하였다. 또한 새로운 얼굴 인식 알고리즘을 통하여 사람의 감정을 판단할 수 있어, 이미지 관련 제조사가 사람의 감정 콘텐츠로 인물사진을 분석할 수 있는 정보를 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 프로그램은 인물사진을 평가할 때 고려해야하는 평가 항목들을 정량적, 정성적으로 규합하였다. 이를 통하여, 일반인 사용자들의 필요에 보다 부합할 수 있는 제품을 만들기 위한 평가 모형을 개발하는데 필수적인 데이터로 활용가능하다. The purpose of this study is to develop measurement program model for a human being-oriented product through the between the evaluation factors of portrait and general preferences of portraits. We added new items that are essential to the image evaluation by analysing previous studies. In this study, We identified the facial focus for the first step, and the portraits were evaluated by dividing it into objective and subjective image quality evaluation items. RSC Contrast and Dynamic Range were selected as the Objective evaluation items, and the numerical values of each image could be evaluation items, and the numerical values of each image could be evaluated by statistical analysis method. Facial Exposure, Composition, Position, Ratio, Out of focus, and Emotions and Color tone of image were selected as the Subjective evaluation items. In addition, a new face recognition algorithm is applied to judge the emotions, the manufacturer can get the information that they can analyze the people s emotion. The program developed to quantitatively and qualitatively compiles the evaluation items when evaluating portraits. The program that I developed through this study can be used an analysis program that produce the data for developing the evaluation model of the product more suitable to general users of imaging systems.
태양광 모듈 오염 방지를 위한 발수 코팅 물질에 대한 연구

Currently, the most developed new energy source is solar energy. Because solar power is installed outside, it is exposed to many pollutants. Pollutants are causing the characteristics of solar energy to deteriorate. Therefore, this study aims to develop a water-repellent coating to prevent contamination of solar modules. Silica and Titania materials are mainly used as water-repellent coating materials. In this study, it was based on silica and the contact angle characteristics were measured according to the change in the amount of silica and ammonia water added and the number of coatings. As a result of the measurement, it was confirmed that the contact angle was more than 60 degrees when 0.5 mol of TEOS was added to 50 mL and 0.15 M when 1 mL of ammonia water was added to 296.47 ml of distilled water. And it was confirmed that the contact angle improved when the number of coatings was applied twice. A water-repellent coating material was applied to low iron tempered glass used to protect dye-sensitized solar cell modules. The characteristics of the module were measured after spraying DI-Water on low-emission tempered glass with a water-repellent coating. As a result of the measurement, the efficiency of the module without application, the efficiency of the module coated once, and the module coated twice were 4.87%, 4.90%, and 4.91%, respectively. It was confirmed that the efficiency of the module increased by applying water-repellent coating. As a result of this study, it is determined that the water-repellent coating material will help improve solar power generation efficiency and lifespan by being self-cleaning and non-reflective.

Purpose: Many researchers have tried to develop animal models that mimic the human immune system, e.g. a humanized mouse model, to improve the engraftment of hematopoietic stem cells and develop human immune cells in an animal model. This study evaluated the feasibility of the cultured human umbilical cord blood (hUCB)-derived CD34? cells for cell expansion, in Rag2<SUP>-/-</SUP>γc<SUP>-/-</SUP> mice, and establish co-transplantation with human fetal thymus/liver tissue (Thy/Liv) under the kidney capsule. Methods: Co-transplantation of hUCB-derived CD34? cells with Thy/Liv was performed. The hUCB-derived CD34? cells were prepared by freshly thawing (G1) and culturing for 7 days with two types of cytokine combinations (G2, G3). The CD45? cell populations were measured at 6, 8, 10 and 16 weeks in the peripheral blood. The splenocytes were cultured with mitogenic stimuli (PHA -L or IL-2) at 20 weeks posttransplantation, and the proliferation of human immune cells was evaluated. Results: There were no significant differences in the human CD45? cell populations at 6, 8, 10 and 16 weeks post-transplantation between the groups. In the cultured splenocytes at 20 weeks post-transplant with PHA-L or IL-2, there was remarkable expansion of CD3? cells in the three groups. Although no CD19? cells were detected in the spleen, human Ig G was detected in the sera of these mice. Conclusion: The cultured and expanded hUCB-derived cells with cytokine combinations might be a feasible cell source in humanized mouse modeling. In addition, human immune cells can be reconstituted from the co-transplantation of Thy/Liv and cultured hUCB-derived CD34? cells.
