· Research topics: The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of hearing impairment among older adults and its sub-factors of hearing impairments (social/situational and emotional aspects) on cognitive function. · Research background: The theory of disability expansion states that aging-related functional limitations could lead to potential diseases or disabilities. Prior research has provided empirical information regarding the relationship between sensory impairments, including hearing impairments, and cognitive function. · Differences from prior research: The significance of this study lies in that it examines the level of cognitive impairment and explores the association between sub-factors of hearing impairment and cognitive function. · Research method: Using data from a survey administered in 2023 to 253 older adults over 65, multiple regression analysis and quantile regression analysis were performed in this study. · Research results: Multiple regression analysis results indicated that older adults' hearing loss significantly affected their cognitive function. Furthermore, it was found that only hearing impairment with an emotional aspect had an effect on cognitive function. The results of the quantile regression analysis demonstrated that, the emotional aspect of hearing impairment only affected the lowest 0.1 quantile and the middle 0.5 quantile, whereas social/situational aspect of hearing impairment affected the middle 0.5 quantile and the high 0.9 quantiles of cognitive function. · Contribution points and expected effects: This study provides recommendations on integrated healthcare interventions and expanded support for assistive devices to address cognitive impairment in older adults based on the research findings. · 연구 주제: 본 연구는 노인의 청각장애와 하위요인(사회적/상황적 측면 청각장애, 감정적 측면 청각장애)이 인지기능장애에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이다. · 연구 배경: 장애의 확장 이론에 따르면, 노화로 인한 기능적 장애는 여러 잠재적인 질병 또는 장애를 유발한다. 실증적으로 기존 연구에서는 청각을 포함한 감각 장애와 인지기능과의 역학적 증거를 제시하였다. · 선행연구와의 차이점: 본 연구에서는 청각장애의 하위요인과 인지기능장애 간의 관계를 살펴보고 인지기능장애의 수준을 구분해서 검증하는데, 이러한 부분이 기존 연구와 차이가 있다. · 연구방법: 본 연구는 2023년 65세 이상 노인을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 수집된 253명의 응답을 활용하여, 다중회귀분석과 분위회귀분석을 실시하였다. · 연구결과: 다중회귀분석 결과, 노인의 청각장애가 인지기능장애에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 청각장애 중 감정적 측면 청각장애만 인지기능장애에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 분위회귀분석 결과, 감정적 측면 청각장애는 인지기능장애 수준이 낮은 0.1분위와 중간 수준인 0.5분위에만 영향을 미쳤으며, 사회적/상황적 측면 청각장애는 인지기능장애 수준이 중간인 0.5분위와 높은 수준에 해당하는 0.9분위에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. · 공헌점 및 기대효과: 본 연구에서는 연구결과를 바탕으로 노인의 인지기능장애에 대한 통합적인 임상 개입, 보조기구 지원 확대 등에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.

공유가치창출(CSV) 유형화와 방문의도 간의 관계에 관한 연구: 외식경영의 관점에서

Recent studies on CSV(Creating Shared Value) tend to define activities of CSV as a single activity rather than multiple. In order to gain a deeper understanding of CSV activities that affect a company's management performance, this study focuses on the formulation of the attributes of the company's CSV activities into four types: value creation, social problem resolution, core competency and long-term orientation This not only provided a comprehensive model for comprehensively considering the four attributes and how they affect consumers or customers, but also enabled the relationship between the sub-components of CSV. To achieve the research objective of this study, two hypotheses were established and empirical analysis using a multiple return model was performed based on the survey results of 320 people. According to the analysis, it was found that the higher the level of education, the higher the customer's willingness to visit the store and the greater the impact on the intention of visiting the store and the willingness to purchase the product when all the sub-factories of the CSV are high. The main implications of this research result are that it is an object-oriented study, not a parameter-driven study, that not only provides realistic alternatives and basic data in restaurant management, but also recognizes that restaurant businesses seek direction of strategies to enhance customer awareness by comprehensively considering the factors of core competency utilization, social problem solving, value creation and long-term orientation. 최근 공유가치창출(Creating Shared Value) 관련 연구들은 CSV의 활동을 여러 가지가 아닌 단일 활동으로 정의하는 경향을 보인다. 이에, 기업의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 공유가치창출 활동에 대해 보다 심층적으로 이해하기 위해 본 연구는 기업의 공유가치창출 활동의 속성을 가치창출, 사회문제 해결, 핵심역량, 장기지향성의 네 가지로 유형화하는 데에 초점을 맞추고 있다 이를 통해 네 가지 속성을 종합적으로 고려하여 소비자 혹은 고객에게 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지 알아볼 수 있는 종합적 모델을 제공할 뿐만 아니라, 공유가치창출의 하위요인 간의 관계도 유추가 가능하였다. 본 연구의 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 2개의 가설을 수립하였고 320명의 설문 결과를 토대로 다중회귀모형을 이용한 실증분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 외식기업에 있어 기업의 공유가치창출의 유형이 고수준형일 수록 고객의 매장 방문의도가 높아지는 것을 확인하였으며, 교육수준이 높을수록 방문의도가 높아지고, CSV의 하위요인이 모두 높은 수준일 때 매장에서의 방문 의도, 제품에 있어서의 구매 의도에 파급효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과의 주요 시사점은 변수 중심인 연구가 아닌 대상 중심의 연구로서 외식경영에 있어 현실적인 대안과 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 핵심역량활용, 사회문제해결, 가치창출, 장기지향성의 요소들을 종합적으로 고려하여 고객들의 인지도를 높일 수 있도록 외식 기업이 전략의 방향성을 추구할 것을 인식할 수 있다는 점이다.

사회복지전담공무원의 일가정갈등이 이직의도에 미치는 영향 - 소진과 직무만족의 매개효과를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 사회복지전담공무원의 일가정갈등이 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 소진과 직무만족의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구자료는 노원 구정연구단에서 찾아가는 동주민센터 복지 업무 담당 인력의 실태를 파악하기 위해 실시한 설문조사 데이터를 분석자료로 활용하였으며, 노원구 19개 동주민센터의 사회복지전담공무원 146명을 최종 분석 대상으로 하였다. 분석 결과, 일가정갈등은 소진에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으나, 이직의도에 미치는 영향은 직접적이지 않다. 소진은 직무만족에 영향을 미치며, 이직의도에 직접적‧간접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 사회복지전담공무원의 소진을 낮추고 직무만족을 높이기 위해 일가정 양립 지원 정책에 대한 정책적‧실천적 함의를 제시하였다. This study examines the effects of work–family conflict among public social welfare officers on turnover intentions and verifies the mediating effects of exhaustion and job satisfaction. For research and analysis, the data of a survey conducted by the Nowon District Research Organization were used to determine the actual state of welfare personnel in charge of the community center’s home-visiting service, and an analysis was conducted of 146 public social welfare officers from 19 community centers located in the Nowon District. The analysis results show that work–family conflict affects exhaustion but does not have either a direct or indirect effect on turnover intentions. On the basis of these results, the study proposes policy and practical implications for a work–family compatibility support policy to reduce exhaustion and increase job satisfaction among public social welfare officers.

노인 채용 관련 필요한 지원서비스 유형과 채용계획 결정요인

연구는 노인채용 관련 필요한 지원서비스를 유형화하고, 노인채용 관련 필요한 지원서비스 유형과 노인채용계획 간의 관계를 심층적으로 확인하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울시 A구 상공인과 소상공인 182명을 대상으로 잠재프 로파일 분석과 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 진행하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 노인채용 계획 확률을 높이는 요인이 종사자 수 와 노인 인력 여부인 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 노인채용 관련 ‘필요 지원서비스 고수준 집단’이 타 집단보다 노인 채용 계획이 있을 확률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 민간 사업체가 노인 인력 채용 시에 필요한 정부의 지원 방향 관련하여 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to type the necessary support services related to the employment of the elderly and to identify in-depth the relationship between the type of support services related to the employment of the elderly and factors that determine employment plans. Data provided by 182 small and medium-sized owners in Seoul A area were analyzed using latent profile analysis and logistic regression. As a result of the analysis, first, it was confirmed that the number of workers and the employment of the elderly were the factors that increased the probability of the elderly employment plans. Second, it was found that the “high-level group of necessary support services” is more likely to have plans to hire the elderly compared to other groups. Based on the results of the study, we would like to provide basic data regarding the direction of government support needed by private businesses to hire the elderly.
