        서비스 산업에서의 6시그마 적용방법에 관한 연구

        The purpose this research is the study's theoretical foundation for the Six Sigma management services company based on the success of the Six Sigma management element, the element boundaries and expectation’s effects, measures for success, the application of Six Sigma in the service sector in any way, and whether it should apply to us. Six Sigma success of the esearch results of the service industry is the first point, indirect business sector, the success of the oject, rather than how many points will affect a customer about the project, selecting high weight hould be placed in the second, more accurate selection of the customer's needs paakin CTQ Core, which is vital to the success of this project. Thirdly, the existing survey data and utilize opriately, we can accurately analyze the needs of the customer's ability to give our nation a BB. Fourth, the company's strategy to be associated with the project's selection is important. Fifth, BB Cross Functioal Team consisting of more than perform solo DMADV project activities are effective.

        호텔 직원의 개인특성, 조직몰입, 직무만족, 직무성과의 영향관계 검증

        본 연구에서는 호텔기업에 종사하는 직원을 대상으로 개인특성과 조직몰입, 직무만족, 직무 성과의 영향관계를 분석하여 호텔기업의 인적자원관리에 실무적으로 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 개인특성(성장욕구, 자아존중감)은 조직몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다의 가설 검증 결과 성장욕구 요인은 기각되었으며, 자아존중감 요인은 가설은 지지하는 것으로 나타 났다. 이는 반복적인 호텔 업무의 성격과 보수적인 조직 구조의 특성상 성장욕구는 조직몰입 에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 못하지만 자아존중감 요인은 조직몰입은 유의한 정(+)의 영 향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다. 개인특성(성장욕구, 자아존중감)은 직무만족에 유의한 정(+) 의 영향을 미칠 것이다의 가설 검증 결과와 개인특성(성장욕구, 자아존중감)은 직무성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다의 가설 검증결과 성장욕구, 자아존중감 요인 모두다 가설 은 지지하는 것으로 나타났다. 조직몰입은 직무만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다를 지지하는 것으로 나타났다. 조직몰입은 직무성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다를 지 지하는 것으로 나타났다. 직무만족은 직무성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다를 지지 하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 호텔기업의 인적자원관리 담당자들은 인사 및 조직관리 정책 수립과 실행에 있어서 호텔직원들이 자아존중감을 느낄 수 있도록 하여 조직몰입을 높여야 하며, 개인특성인 성장욕구, 자아존중감이 직무만족과 직무성과에 영향을 미칠 수 있도록 다 양한 정책수립과 실천적인 노력을 경주하여야 할 것이다. This study analyzed the influence relationships among individual characteristics, organizational committment, job satisfaction and job performance of hotel staff working at hotel enterprises and attempted to propose a plan to be practically used for human resources management of the hotel enterprises. As a result of a test on the hypothesis that individual characteristics (growth needs, self-esteem) would have a significant positive (+) impact on organizational commitment, the factor of growth needs was dismissed while that of self-esteem was supported. This is judged that by the nature of repetitive hotel business and conservative organization structure, growth needs did not have a significant positive (+) impact on organizational commitment while the factor of self-esteem had a positive (+) impact on organizational commitment. As a result of a test on the hypothesis that individual characteristics (growth needs, self-esteem) would have a significant positive impact on job satisfaction, both factors of growth needs and self- esteem supported the hypothesis. As a result of a test on the hypothesis that individual characteristics (growth needs, self-esteem) would have a significant positive impact on job performance, both factors of growth needs and self-esteem supported the hypothesis. The hypothesis that organizational commitment would a significant positive (+) impact on job satisfaction was supported. The hypothesis that organizational commitment would have a significant positive (+) impact on job performance. The hypothesis that job satisfaction would have a significant positive (+) impact on job performance was supported. Thus, persons in charge of human resources management at hotel enterprises should increase organizational commitment by allowing the hotel staff to feel self-esteem in establishing and implementing policies on personnel and organizational management and establish various policies and make practical efforts so that individual characteristics, growth needs and self-esteem would be able to have impacts on job satisfaction and job performance.

        선형 모터 스테이지의 주파수 영역 모델기반 모션 제어 설계

        The fourth industrial revolution led to advanced servo systems, enhancing productivity across industries. However, designing these systems remains challenging due to the performance-stability trade-off. This paper presents a model-based motion control of a linear motor motion stage in frequency domain. A user-code for the PowerPMAC commercial controller was developed to excite motion control system so that we could get a frequency response. The theoretical frequency response of the servo algorithm was compared with the experimental frequency response. Based on this, a tuning graphical user interface (GUI) was developed to predict performance when the servo loop gain is changed. Especially, to compensate for residual vibrations caused by high acceleration and deceleration and to improve tracking error, DOB (Disturbance Observer) and ILC (Iterative Learning Control) control techniques were applied in the frequency domain. Through the design of the frequency domain motion controller, the control performance of the linear motor motion stage could be predicted with over 96% accuracy, resulting in a 54.32% improvement in tracking error and a 93.56% improvement in settling time, 85.29% in RMS error.

        Recently, with the rapid development of game engines and hardware, various contents have been researched and developed. The combination of content and hardware is also becoming important. Among such hardware, motion recognition controllers that can be combined with virtual reality and augmented reality devices have received a lot of attention. Therefore, the contents based on the motion recognition controller are expected to produce a good effect in the market. Among the motion recognition controllers, the Leap Motion sensor was recently released in Korea and became a hot topic. Leap Motion is a user interface device with a hand gesture sensor that recognizes hand movements using an infrared camera and LEDs. Leap Motion is a device specialized for hand gesture recognition, so it can be used in a variety of hands-related contents. The number of patients requiring hand rehabilitation, such as hand suture surgery, hand paralysis patients, and hand muscle contraction, continues to grow, but the number of rehabilitation therapists is relatively small. In addition, the financial burden on patients is increasing due to the lack of budget for hand rehabilitation. In this paper, to solve this problem, hand rehabilitation contents using a motion recognition controller are implemented in the form of a game. In the future, the content will enable rehabilitation therapists to treat large numbers of people, and those who require hand rehabilitation will be able to continue self-rehabilitation in their daily lives at a relatively low cost.

The purpose of the study is to find some important factors to management strategy in the travel agency., and then suggest important factors. This paper suggest e-marketing strategy, target segment marketing, positioning strategy, web traffic building strategy in the travel agency management. This study suggested that there needs e-marketing controlling in the travel agency management.

        여성 성폭력 피해 경험자의 외상경험과 외상 후 성장의 관계에서 지각된 통제감의 조절효과

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of perceived control as a factor controlling the relationship between trauma experience and post-traumatic growth in adult women who experienced sexual violence. We used demographic characteristics questionnaire, traumatic events list, K-PTGI, and RAQ for 825 participants. 52 questionnaires who perceived experience of sexual violence as the most painful experience were used for final analysis. This study is a quantitative study on post-traumatic growth, meaning recovery and growth of victims of sexual violence, and the study of perceived control, which is an important topic in psychotherapy of victims of sexual violence. The results showed that the traumatic experience and perceived control interacted in the relationship between traumatic experience and posttraumatic growth of victims of sexual violence. In the relationship between traumatic experience and post-traumatic growth of victims of sexual violence, past control (behavioral self-blame) showed a moderating effect. In the case of intervention in therapy by experienced sexual violence victims, it suggested a direction to help post-traumatic growth through a reduction in behavioral self-blame. 본 연구는 성폭력 피해 경험이 있는 성인 여성을 대상으로 외상경험과 외상 후 성장의 관계를 조절하는변인으로 지각된 통제감의 역할을 확인하고자 하였다. 825명의 연구 참여자를 대상으로 인구통계학적특성 질문지 및 외상 사건 리스트, 한국판 외상 후 성장 척도, 성폭력 귀인 척도를 사용하였다. 성폭력 피해경험을 가장 고통스러운 경험으로 지각한 52명의 설문 자료를 최종 분석하였다. 본 연구는 성폭력 피해경험자의 회복과 성장을 의미하는 외상 후 성장에 대한 양적 연구로 성폭력 피해 경험자의 심리치료에서중요한 주제인 지각된 통제감에 대한 연구이다. 연구 결과에서 성폭력 피해 경험자의 외상경험과 외상후 성장의 관계에서 외상경험과 지각된 통제감이 상호작용하여 외상 후 성장에 부적인 영향을 미치는것으로 확인되었다. 성폭력 피해 경험자의 외상경험과 외상 후 성장의 관계에서 지각된 통제감 중 과거통제감(행동적 자기비난)이 조절 효과를 보였다. 성폭력 피해 경험자의 치료 개입 시, 행동적 자기비난의감소를 통해 외상 후 성장을 돕는 방향성을 시사하였다.

        COVID-19가 국가별 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        Objective: The purpose of this study is to first understand the changes in quality of life, by country, from COVID-19 and second, to examine the relationship between national and COVID-19 indicators and quality of life. Third, this study aims to identify factors related to COVID-19 that influences quality of life. Methods: First, a descriptive statistical analysis was performed to identify the national and COVID-19 indicators. Second, a correlation analysis was performed to examine the correlation between national and COVID-19 indicators and quality of life. Finally, a multiple regression analysis was performed to examine the effects of the COVID-19 indicators and quality of life. Results: The average quality of life scores in 2021 was 135.55, indicating a 4.70% decrease from a score of 142.24 observed in 2019. Although a positive correlation was observed between quality of life in 2021 and the Freedom index, Mean years of schooling, Old-age dependency ratio, UHC SCI and the number of COVID-19 tests(per thousand) administered(p<0.05). It was observed that in 2021, the Freedom index, UHC SCI and the number of COVID-19 tests(per thousand) administered had a significant effect on quality of life (p<0.05). Conclusions: With regards to the decrease in quality of life due to the prolonged COVID-19 situation, each country must first develop policies to achieve UHC. Second, an emphasis must be placed on risk communication to increase citizens’ trust on the government and thus increase acceptance towards vaccination, as well as the vaccination rate. 목적: 이 연구의 목적은 첫째, COVID-19로 인한 국가별 삶의 질 변화를 파악하고, 둘째, 국가지표 및 COVID-19 지표와 삶의 질의 관련성을 확인하여, 셋째, 국가별 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 COVID-19관련 요인을 규명함에 있다. 연구방법: 첫째, 각 국가지표를 파악하기 위해 기술통계분석을 실시하였다. 둘째, 각 국가지표 및 COVID-19지표와 삶의 질 간의 상관관계를 확인하기 위해 COVID-19 지표가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과: 삶의 질 평균치는 2021년 135.55로 2019년 142.24에 비하여 4.70% 감소하였다. 2021년 삶의 질과 자유지수(Freedom index), 평균교육기간(Mean years of schooling), 노인부양률(Old-age dependency ratio), 필수 의료서비스 보장 지표(UHC SCI), 코로나 검사 수(Test per thousand)와는 양의 상관관계가 있었다(p<0.05). 2021년 삶의 질에 자유지수(Freedom index), 필수 의료서비스 보장 지표(UHC SCI), 코로나 검사 수(Test per thousand)가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 결론: COVID-19의 장기화로 인한 삶의 질 저하에 대하여 각 국가들은 첫째, 보편적 의료보장을 달성하기 위한 정책적 마련이 필요하다. 둘째, 시민들의 자발적인 백신수용도와 COVID-19 검사율을 높이기 위해 리스크 커뮤니케이션에 집중하여 정부의 신뢰를 높여야 할 것으로 생각된다.

        건강보험빅데이터의 고혈압 입원율 분석을 통한 장애인의 의료접근성 실증 분석

        Background: This study aims to empirically compare and evaluate the current status of medical accessibility and health inequality between people with disabilities and without. We calculated the ACSC hospitalization rate, which is a medical accessibility index, for hypertension, a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease that accounts for more than 20% of deaths among people with disabilities using the 2016 National Health Insurance Big Data. Methods: The subjects of the study were a total of 601,520, including 64,018 people with disabilities and 537,501 people without. Logistic regression was performed to analyze the differences in hypertension hospitalization rates adjusted for demographic and sociological characteristics and disease characteristics using SAS 9.4 program. Results: Before adjusting for the characteristics, the hypertension hospitalization rate of people with disabilities was 1.55%, and the people without disabilities were 0.49%. After adjusting, it was found that people with disabilities were 2.11 times higher than people without disabilities, and it was statistically significant. Conclusion: The preventable hospitalization rate of people with disabilities is higher than that of people without, suggesting that the disabled have problems with access to medical care and health inequality. Therefore, the government's policy improvement is required to close the medical gap for the disabled.
