      • Lea pMotion을 활용한 모션 인식 수부 재활 콘텐츠

        Recently, with the rapid development of game engines and hardware, various contents have been researched and developed. The combination of content and hardware is also becoming important. Among such hardware, motion recognition controllers that can be combined with virtual reality and augmented reality devices have received a lot of attention. Therefore, the contents based on the motion recognition controller are expected to produce a good effect in the market. Among the motion recognition controllers, the Leap Motion sensor was recently released in Korea and became a hot topic. Leap Motion is a user interface device with a hand gesture sensor that recognizes hand movements using an infrared camera and LEDs. Leap Motion is a device specialized for hand gesture recognition, so it can be used in a variety of hands-related contents. The number of patients requiring hand rehabilitation, such as hand suture surgery, hand paralysis patients, and hand muscle contraction, continues to grow, but the number of rehabilitation therapists is relatively small. In addition, the financial burden on patients is increasing due to the lack of budget for hand rehabilitation. In this paper, to solve this problem, hand rehabilitation contents using a motion recognition controller are implemented in the form of a game. In the future, the content will enable rehabilitation therapists to treat large numbers of people, and those who require hand rehabilitation will be able to continue self-rehabilitation in their daily lives at a relatively low cost.

        호텔종사원의 Big 5 성격요인, 집단응집력, 고객지향성과의 영향관계

        본 연구는 Big 5 성격요인의 선행 연구를 토대로 하여 호텔 종사원의 개인성격과 집단응집력, 고객지향성과의 영향관계를 검증하였다. 통계 분석은 SPSS(Ver. 12.0) 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석을 실시하였고, 가설을 검증하기 위해서 단순회귀분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과, 성격의 5 요인 중 외향성, 성실성, 친화성요인이 집단응집력에 유의적인 영향을 미쳤고, 안정성, 성실성, 친화성이 고객지향성에 유의적인 영향을 미쳤다. 특히 친화성요인이 가장 유의하게 나타났다. 고객지향성을 위한 대고객 서비스의 향상을 위하여 호텔관리자들은 업무 수행을 함에 있어서 성격 요인 중에서 집단응집력의 특성이 가장 잘 반영되는 호텔의 조직의 특성을 고려하여 호텔 종사원들의 성격 유형을 파악하여 호텔 종사원들이 고객에 대한 서비스를 긍정적으로 수행 할 수 있도록 인사관리, 교육훈련 등에 있어서 최선의 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다. This study examined Effects of Employee's Big 5 Personality, Group Cohesion, and Customer Orientation in hotel. It is based on existing research leading to the personal nature of the hotel employee's will concentrate for verifying the relationship between group cohesion, customer orientation. Statistical analysis of the SPSS (Ver. 12.0) frequency, using statistical analysis program, a factor analysis, reliability analysis into implementation, multiple regression analysis for the hypothesis was conducted. Research results can be summarized as follows. The first, hotel employee's personality related to affecting extraversion, agreeableness, conscientious with group cohenion. Secondly, hotel employee's personality related to affecting un-neuroticism(stable), agreeableness, conscientious with customer orientation. In particular, personality characteristics agreeableness is group cohesion among the factors that best reflects the organization of the hotel management and customer orientation of service for the customers to the most significant factors. For customer orientation and group cohesiveness of the organization, in order to improve customer service to perform their jobs considering the characteristics of the hotel employee's personality types. The best effort so it will be customers services to be performed as a positive human resources management, training.

        호텔 종사원의 셀프 에피커시와 직무만족간의 관계에서 경력몰입, 조직몰입의 매개효과

        본 연구에서는 호텔기업의 경영성과 향상을 위한 인적자원 관리상의 시사점을 얻기 위해 호텔종사원 호텔 종사원의 셀프 에피커시가 경력몰입, 조직몰입, 직무만족에 미치는 영향관계에서 경력몰입과 조직몰입이 어떠한 매개영향을 미치는지 확인함으로써 호텔기업의 경쟁력을 높이기 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 이를 실증적으로 규명해보고자 하였다. 연구의 결과를 살펴보면 호텔 종사원의 셀프 에피커시가 직무만족에 영향을 미치고 있으며, 셀프 에피커시가 경력몰입, 조직몰입, 직무만족에 미치는 영향관계에서 경력몰입과 조직몰입이 매개하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 호텔의 인사 조직 담당자들은 호텔기업의 생산성 향상을 위하여 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 종사원의 높은 만족은 이직, 결근, 일탈, 태업, 지각, 종사원의 소외감을 감소시키고 조직몰입과 경력몰입을 향상시키는 조직관리 프로그램을 개발하여 줌으로써 장기적인 안목에서 생산성 향상에 기여 하여야 할 것이다. 우수한 전문 요원의 확보와 능력개발도 중요하지만 그들의 셀프 에피커시와 조직몰입, 경력몰입, 직무만족도를 높이는 것 또한 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다.

        건강보험빅데이터의 고혈압 입원율 분석을 통한 장애인의 의료접근성 실증 분석

        Background: This study aims to empirically compare and evaluate the current status of medical accessibility and health inequality between people with disabilities and without. We calculated the ACSC hospitalization rate, which is a medical accessibility index, for hypertension, a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease that accounts for more than 20% of deaths among people with disabilities using the 2016 National Health Insurance Big Data. Methods: The subjects of the study were a total of 601,520, including 64,018 people with disabilities and 537,501 people without. Logistic regression was performed to analyze the differences in hypertension hospitalization rates adjusted for demographic and sociological characteristics and disease characteristics using SAS 9.4 program. Results: Before adjusting for the characteristics, the hypertension hospitalization rate of people with disabilities was 1.55%, and the people without disabilities were 0.49%. After adjusting, it was found that people with disabilities were 2.11 times higher than people without disabilities, and it was statistically significant. Conclusion: The preventable hospitalization rate of people with disabilities is higher than that of people without, suggesting that the disabled have problems with access to medical care and health inequality. Therefore, the government's policy improvement is required to close the medical gap for the disabled.

      • '1949년~1966년 시기 중국 선선화 연구 - 유화와 포스터를 중심으로

        The propaganda paintings in oil colors or in forms of posters made from 1949 to 1966 have gone through some changes experiencing the influence of the Soviet Union Art and discussion of nationalization, while putting political messages of the time in the picture planes. The propaganda paintings which have been through this process became an effective means of encouraging the illiterate people in political ideologies, production, and learning. Alike other propaganda paintings in different mediums, the ones which were painted in oil colors and in the form of posters have been produced fundamentally based on Mao Zedong’s intensification of the literary art on the talks on literature at Yenan. Yet, the oil paintings and posters were greatly influenced by the socialist realism and propaganda paintings of the Soviet Union, compared to other propaganda paintings in different mediums. Accordingly, they were preponderantly dealt in the discussions of nationalization of the late ‘50s. To devide in periods, the establishment of People’s Republic of China in 1949 as a diverging point, the propaganda paintings made before and after 1949 have differences in subject matters and styles. In the former period, propaganda paintings focused on the political lines of the Communists and enlightenment of the people, but in the latter period, the period of Cultural Revolution, the most important theme was worshiping Mao Zedong. This was caused by reflection of the social atmosphere, and it is shown that the propaganda painters had reacted sensitively to the alteration of politics and the society. On the side of formalities, the oil paintings and posters made before the Cultural Revolution were under a state of unfolding several discussions including nationalization while accepting the Soviet Union styles and contents, and the paintings made afterwards show more of unique characteristics of China. In 1956, the discussion about nationalization which had effected the whole world of art, had strongly influenced the propaganda paintings in oil colors more than anything. There were two major changes in the process of making propaganda paintings in oil colors. One was to portray lives of the Chinese people truthfully, and the other was to absorb the Chinese traditional styles of expression. After this period, the oil painters usually kept these rules in creating their works, and as a result, the subject matters, characters, and backgrounds have been greatly Sinicized. For techniques came the flat colored surface of the new year prints and the traditional Chinese technique of outlining were used for expressing human figures. While the propaganda paintings in oil colors achieved high quality and depth, the posters had a very direct representation of subject matters and the techniques were unskilled compared to the oil paintings. However, after the establishment of People’s Republic of China, the posters were used more than any other mediums for propagation of national policy and participation of the political movements, because it was highly effective in delivering the policies and political lines clearly to the Chinese people who were mostly illiterate. The poster painters borrowed techniques and styles from the Soviet Union through books and exhibitions on Soviet Union posters, and this relation of influences constantly appears in the posters made at the time. In this way, like the oil paintings, the posters which have been made with a direct influence of the Soviet Union had developed a new, sinicised process during the course of nationalization. The propaganda paintings in oil colors or in forms of posters, which had undergone the discussion of nationalization, had put roots deep down in the lives of the Chinese people, and this had become another foundation for the amplification of influences of political propaganda paintings in the following period of Cultural Revolution.

This paper suggest e-marketing strategy, target segment marketing, positioning strategy, web traffic building strategy in the travel agency management. This study suggested that there needs e-marketing controlling in the travel agency management.

        호텔관광분야 글로벌 인재 양성방안에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 국내 호텔관광 대학의 전공학생들을 글로벌 인재로 양성하기 위하여 문 헌연구, 전문가 심층 인터뷰를 실시하여 호텔관광 전공대학생들에게 필요한 우선과제를 도출해내고 연구결과에 따른 시사점을 활용하여 글로벌 인재양성교육의 방향을 제시하고 자 하였다. 연구의 결과 호텔관광분야 글로벌 인재양성을 위한 우선 과제를 지식, 경험, 기술, 태도, 정부정책, 학교역할 항목으로 도출하였다. 이를 통해 얻은 호텔관광 분야의 글로벌 인재양성의 방향은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 환경변화에 따른 전문화 교육을 통한 실무 능력 향상을 추구 하여야 한다. 둘째, 관광종사자로서의 서비스 수준향상을 위한 교육훈 련을 적극적으로 실시하여야 한다. 셋째, 새로운 관광환경에 적응할 수 있도록 산학실습 을 바탕으로 한 실무교육 강화하여 학생들의 전공 실무능력을 향상 시켜야 한다. 넷째, 경쟁력 향상을 위한 글로벌 인재양성 전문교육을 강화 하여야 한다. 다섯째, 국제화 프로 그램 운영하여 해외 인턴십, 해외취업 등을 강화 하여야 한다. 여섯째, 인성교육을 강화 하여야 한다.
