        R&D 조직에서 지적자본이 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This research analyzes empirically the structural relationship among intellectual capital components such as human capital, structural capital and relational capital, and organizational performance in public R&D organizations. The measurement indices were developed for intellectual capital and performance : they were 10 factors and 37 indicators for intellectual capital and 2 factors and 5 indicators for organizational performance. They were confirmed statistically reliable. From this survey research, using the structural equation model, it was found a cycling relationship among three components: human capital causes structural capital, structural capital causes relational capital, and relational capital causes human capital. And it was also found a causal relationship between intellectual capital and organizational performance : human capital→ structural capital→ relational capital→ organizational performance. In the analysis of relative importance on organizational performance, the variables such as customer`s satisfaction, brand value creation activities, research planning activities, intellectual competence, interdependence, etc. were confirmed as an important variables affecting.

        볼츠만 방정식에 의한 C<sub>3</sub>F<sub>8</sub>분자가스의 전리 및 부착 계수에 관한 연구

        CF₄ molecular gas is used in most of semiconductor manufacture processing and SF/sub 6/ molecular gas is widely used in industrial of insulation field. but both of gases have defect in global warming. C₃F/sub 8/ gas has large attachment cross-section more than these gases, moreover GWP, life-time and price of C₃F/sub 8/ gas is lower than them, therefor it is important to calculate transport coefficients of C₃F/sub 8/ gas like electron drift velocity, ionization coefficient, attachment coefficient, effective ionization coefficient and critical E/N. The aim of this study is to get these transport coefficients for imformation of the insulation strength and efficiency of etching process. In this paper, we calculated the electron drift velocity (W) in pure C₃F/sub 8/ molecular gas over the range of E/N=0.1∼250 Td at the temperature was 300 K and gas pressure was 1 Torr by the Boltzmann equation method. The results of this paper can be important data to present characteristic of gas for plasma etching and insulation, specially critical E/N is a data to evaluate insulation strength of a gas.

        공공연구기관의 지적자본 측정 및 인과관계 연구

        This paper developed measurement indices for intellectual capital of public R&D organizations and investigated causal relationships among the components. We developed 10 measurement factors and 37 indicators and confirmed the reliability of these measurements. We offered an alternative to the existing model for searching causal relationships. From our survey research, using the structural equation model, we found a new relationship. In contrast to the existing model, we found a cycling relationship among three variables: human capital causes structural capital, structural capital causes relational capital, and relational capital causes human capital.

      • 增損五積丸 腎積方이 腫瘍細胞에 미치는 影響

        The anticancer effect of Geungsonojekhwaon-Sinjekbang(增損五積丸 腎積方) was evaluated on human cancer cell lines (A549, HCT-15, Caki-1) after exposure to Geungsonojekhwaon-Sinjekbang water extract 0.1㎎/㎖, 0.2㎎/㎖, 0.4㎎/㎖, 0.8㎎/㎖, 1.6㎎/㎖, 3.2㎎/㎖, 6.4㎎/㎖, for 1,2,4 hours at 37℃, 5% Co_2 using in vitro agarmethy1-cellulose clonogenic assay, and for 24,48,72 hours in sulforhodamine B assay, which was regarded as a valuable method for cytotoxic effect of unknown compound on cancer cell lines. That is very rapid and expensive method. The aim of the present studies was to the inhibitory effect of Geungsonojekhwaon-Sinjekbang on the growth of human cancer cell lines. From this assay Caki-1 was considered to be a little sensitive to Geungsonojekhwaon-Sinjekbang water extract. The results were obtained as follows. 1. Good corelations were shown from the results of SRB assay and those of clonogenic assay. 2. After the exposure to Geungsonojekhwaon-Sinjekbang water extract, the proliferation of A549, HCT-15, Caki-1 were slightly inhibited. 3. As a result of the exposure to Geungsonojekhwaon-Sinjekbang water extract, RJB extract showed more effective response of inhibitory proliferation of Caki-1 cell lines than that of other cell lines. 4. The exposure to Geungsonojekhwaon-Sinjekbang water extracted in 40℃ water showed more effective cytotoxic response to cancer cell lines. 5. The results showed that the higher concentration the more effective in the inhibition of proliferation of cancer cell lines, especially the cytotoxic effect of 1.60mg/ml and 3.20mg/ml of Geungsonojekhwaon-Sinjekbang concentration appeared to be the most effective concentration according to the increase of concentration.

      • 梔子栢皮湯이 膽道結紮로 誘發된 白鼠의 損傷肝에 미치는 影響

        Prolonged bile duct ligation; a new experimental model for cirrhosis in the rat was carried out to elucidate the effect of Chijabakpitang(梔子柏皮湯) inhibiting the progress of thought to be enough to develop liver fibrosis or cirrhosis. The development of fibrisis or cirrhosis was progressive and associated with ascites. After the 7 week administration of Chijabakpitang on the bile duct ligation performed rat, the body weight, the hematological value, and the biochemical changes such as total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, asparate aminotranferase, alanine aminotransferase, akaline phosphatase, and the level of hydroxyproline in the liver tissue of the rat were examined. The results obtained were as follows. 1. The body weight in Chijabakpitang-administered experimental groups was inclined to increase, but it didn't significantly increase. 2. WBC counts significantly dicreased in Chijabakpitang-administered experimental groups, especially the decreasing value of serum WBC count in 1ml of Chijabakpitang-administered experimental group B was significant for all experimental duration. 3. Total bilirubin level decreased in 1ml of Chijabakpitang-administered experimental group B, and direct bilirubin significantly decrease in all Chijabakpitang administered experimental groups. 4. ALP level decreased in 1ml of Chijabakpitang-administered experimental group B, and ALT and AST significantly decrease in all Chijabakpitang-administered experimental groups. 5. The level of hydrwxyproline in the liver tissue of all experimental group significantly decreased.

        寒의 病理的 槪念에 對한 文獻的 考察 : <內經>을 中心으로 Concentrating Upon the Nai Kyung

        It is well known that Oriental medicine has a characteristic system of theory and superior remedial value. However, we have as yet very little information as to the scientific and experimental foundation. Especially, the various concepts combined to constitute the system of theory in Oriental medicine is not apparent scientifically. The object of this study is to elucidate the vague Oriental medical concepts for its objectification . Han(寒) was recognized as a part of climatic changes in the first stage of Oriental medicine. Gradually, it has been applied to the medical concepts such as the cause and nature of diseases. But, it is not easy to define the concept in a brief word due to the difficulty and abundance of contents . Therefore, concentrating upon the Nai Kyung, I researched and analyzed the contests related to Han(寒) The results of this investigation are as follows : 1. The concept of Han(寒) is confusedly used as the cause and nature of diseases . 2. Han(寒) belongs to the external cause of disease as a part of the six evils(六淫), and also. it is recognized as the internal cause of disease to induce the functional disorder. The natures of disease caused by Han(寒) are classified into the external and the internal. 3. Kidney and lung is closely connected with Han(寒) 4. Han(寒), yin evil, is recognized as the cause of diseases that damages easily yang energy, has the condensable and contractive function, and induces the metabolic defect . 5. Han(寒) evil enters into viscus through skin, muscle, meridian, mouth and nose . 6. Han(寒) is the cause to induce the infectious diseases with fever, the stress by low temperature, pains, syncope, cold extremities, adverse-rising energy, arthralgia syndrome, edema, surgical diseases, digestive organ and respirative orpan diseases.

      • 감각-신경성 난청을 동반한 장티푸스 1례

        발열과 설사를 주소로 입원한 31세 남자에서, Sallmonella typhi에 의한 것으로 추정되는 감각-신경성 난청을 동반한 장티푸스 1례를 보고한다. Typhoid fever is an acute systemic febrile disease caused by Salmonella typhi, characterized by persistent fever, hepatosplenomegaly, rose spots, relative bradycardia and leukopenia. While a variety of complications may be seen in typhoid fever, the sensorineural healing loss has been rarely observed. Recently we experienced a case of typhoid fever complicated by sensorineural hearing loss in a 31-year-old male patient, which was improved with ciprofloxacin administration and supportive care. We report this rare with a review of the literature.
