본 연구의 목적은 소비자생활협동조합의 공제사업에 대한 운영 가능성과 방향을 모색하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 소비자생활협동조합 공제사업의 유인과 필요성을 그것이 갖는 인센티브 구조에 대한 파악과 기존의 각종 공제사업의 현황을 살펴보면서 정리하였다. 그리고 소비자생활협동조합 공제사업에 대한 SWOT분석을 통해서 향후 사업추진과 운영의 방향을 고찰하고 있다. The aim of this study is to seek the potential and direction for a mutual-aid project in consumer`s cooperative. To this aim, this paper starts with understanding the incentive structure and reviewing the present condition of a mutual-aid project. Then, depending on SWOT analysis, this paper reaches some suggestions for future direction of the project.

원위경비인대결합 손상 선수의 경·비간 압박테이핑 적용이 통증, 관절가동범위, 근력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 원위경비인대결합이 손상된(High Ankle Sprain) 운동선수들의 경·비간 압박테이핑 적용이 통증, 관절가동범위, 근력에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. High Ankle Sprain 또는 발목 염좌를 진단받은 선수 중 이학적 검사결과 양성인 운동선수 14명을 대상으로 중도 포기 4명을 제와한 10명을 대상으로 진행하였다. 3주간 아급성기재활 전, 중, 후로 경비간 압박테이핑 처치군(TG)과 적용하지 않는 대조군(NTG)으로 나누어 통증, 관절가동범위, 등척성근력을 측정 하였다. 통계는 반복측정에 의한 변량분석을 실시하였으며 사후검증은 t-test를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 통증(VAS)은 유의한 차이가 발생하지 않았으며, 관절가동범위는 두 그룹 모두 내번과 외번 가동범위가 시기간 유의한 증가를 보였고, 등척성근력은 테이핑 처치군 에서만 내번(0°, 7°, 14°)과 외번(0°)에서 시기간 유의한 향상이 나타났다. 결론적으로 원위경비인대결합 손상 운동선수의 경·비간 압박 테이핑 적용이 아급성기 재활프로그램에서 동일한 통증수준에서도 관절가동범위와 근력의 조기 향상에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study was conducted to identify the effects of pressure taping between tibia and fibula of High Ankle Sprain athletes on pain, Range of Motion(ROM), and strength and to provide basic data for rehabilitation programs. The subjects of the study were conducted with a total of 10 athletes except for four who gave up who were diagnosed with high ankle sprain, or who were diagnosed with ankle sprain but their physical examinations proved positive. The results showed no significant differences in pain(Visual Analog Scale, VAS). The ROM was significantly increased in inversion(IV) and eversion(EV) in both groups. The Isometric strength was significantly improved in IV(0°, 7°, 14°) and EV(0°) in Taping Group(TG). When taping was applied to athletes with injury to the High Ankle Sprain, ROM and muscle strength improved at the same pain level.

본 연구는 지방정부 차원의 사회적 기업 육성방안을 논의함에 있어서, 사회적 기업을 지방정부로 하여금 지원을 받는 대상이 아닌. 지방정부와의 공동생산의 주체로 설정하고자 한다. 이러한 인식하에서 정부와 시장에 의해서 충분히 만족되지 못하는 지역사회의 필요에 대응하는 사회적 기업의 육성방안에 대해 고찰해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 사회적 기업의 이해관계자에 대한 설문조사를 통해 구체적인 육성방안과 전망을 모색하고자 하였다. 이는 현재 제기되고 있는 지방정부 특히. 경기도의 사회적 기업육성방안을 논의하는데 있어서 포괄적인 접근을 가능하도록 할 것으로 기대된다. 연구결과, 경기도에서 사회적 기업을 육성하기 위한 가장 시급한 과제는 사회적 기업이 지역차원의 체계적 지원과 시스템 구축을 필요로 하는 것이며 지역 내 일자리창출과 취약계층 보호를 위해 필요한 중요한 정책 사항이라는 어젠다를 형성하는 것이 시급하고, 이를 바탕으로 본 연구에서 제시한 바와 같은 몇 가지 영역의 정책적 개입이 적극적으로 요청되고 있다. Social enterprise, come into the spotlight since 1980s, is inclusive concept developed from diverse context of Europe nations; especially, nonprofit private organization participated in conveying social service and civic groups led to create employment. In this context, the law of social enterprise development executed since July 2007 granted the certification of and support to the social enterprise to local government as their new duty. This study presumed it has to be the first thing to review the possibility of self-help community to be social enterprise around diverse path and forms, and we intended to find out the growth plan for social enterprise through the analysis of the real situations of self-help community in Gyeongi Province and the cases of self-help community developed into social enterprise. For social enterprise to grow into an enterprise with more employment and social worth, it needs that market protection such as prior purchase or private contract it` s public organizations as declared in the law of social enterprise development and a systemic infrastructure within the Province that can link each social enterprise for its need.

개환 복분해 중합을 통한 가교형 폴리이미드 박막의 잔류응력 거동 및 특성 분석

본 연구에서는 미세 전자 소자용 절연박막 및 차세대 플렉시블 디스플레이 기판으로서 사용이 기대되는 폴리이미드(PI)에 개환 복분해 중합(ring-opening metathesis polymerization)이 가능한 환형 말단 캡핑제(end-cappingagent)인 cis-1,2,3,6-tetrahydrophthalic anhydride(CDBA)로 사슬 말단에 가교 반응이 된 가교형 폴리이미드를 합성하였다. 말단 캡핑제의 조성비에 따른 가교형 폴리이미드 박막의 잔류응력 거동은 thin film stress analyzer(TFSA)를이용한 wafer bending mothod로 온도에 따라 연속적인 거동을 in-situ로 측정하였다. 열특성은 시차 주사 열량계(DSC), 열기계 분석기(TMA) 및 열 중량 분석기(TGA)를 이용하여 측정하였고, 광학 특성은 자외선/가시광선 분광광도계(UV-vis)와 색차계(spectrophotometer)를 이용하였으며, 네트워크 구조의 모폴로지(morphology) 변화를 통해해석하였다. 말단 캡핑제의 조성비가 증가함에 따라 잔류응력은 27.9에서 -1.3 MPa로 초저응력 및 향상된 열 특성을 나타내었으나, 광학 특성은 감소됨을 보였다. 가교형 폴리이미드 박막의 우수한 특성 발현은 고집적도 다층 구조의 안정성 및 신뢰도가 요구되는 분야의 응용성이 확대될 것으로 기대된다. Cross-linked polyimides (PIs) were synthesized by reacting 4,4``-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)-diphthalic anhydride(6FDA) and 2,2``-bis(trifluoromethyl)benzidine (TFDB) with various ratios of the cross-linkable, end-capping agentcis-1,2,3,6-tetrahydrophthalic anhydride (CDBA) via ring-opening metathesis polymerization. Residual stress behaviorswere investigated in-situ during thermal imidization of the cross-linked PI precursors using a thin film stress analyzer(TFSA) by wafer bending method. The thermal properties were investigated via differential scanning calorimetry (DSC),thermomechanical analysis (TMA), and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The optical properties were measured byultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer (UV-vis) and spectrophotometry. All properties were interpreted with respect to theirmorphology of cross-linked networks. With increasing the amounts of the end-capping agent, the residual stress decreasedfrom 27.9 to -1.3 MPa, exhibited ultra-low stress and high thermal properties. The minimized residual stress andenhanced thermal properties of the cross-linked PI makes them potential candidates for versatile high-density multi-layerstructure applications.

증례 : 호흡기 ; 간접흡연 후 발생한 급성 호산구폐렴 1예

급성 호산구폐렴은 호산구의 폐 침윤에 의해 발생하는 질환이지만 원인과 기전은 아직 명확하지 않다. 직접적인 인과관계가 밝혀져 있지 않지만 흡연도 급성, 구폐렴의 한 원인으로 보고되고 있다. 직접흡연에 의해 발생한 급성 호산구폐렴에 대해 여러 보고가 있었으나 간접흡연자에게 발생한 예는 아직 없었다. 저자들은 병력 청취와 소변 코티닌 측정으로 확인 된 간접흡연에 의한 것으로 추정되는 급성 호산구폐렴 1예를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Acute eosinophilic pneumonia (AEP) is characterized by eosinophilic infiltration in the lungs, respiratory distress, a rapid therapeutic response to corticosteroids, and the absence of relapse. Some cases of AEP are caused by infections, drugs, and inhaled antigens. Cigarette smoking is considered a probable cause of AEP, as AEP has developed soon after starting to smoke in some patients and a challenge with cigarette smoking was positive in some patients. All reported patients with cigarette smoking-induced AEP were active smokers, while no case of AEP caused by passive smoking has been reported. We present a case of AEP presumed to have been caused by passive cigarette smoking. (Korean J Med 77:508-511, 2009)
