        연속 교반 반응기를 이용한 고분자 유화제 합성 및 에멀션 점착 물성

        본 연구에서는 연속 교반 반응기(CSTR)를 이용하여 다양한 분자량과 산가의 고분자 음이온 유화제를합성하였다. CSTR은 회분식 및 반회분식 반응기에 비해 생산 속도가 빠르고 제품 특성이 더 일정하다는 장점이있다. 고분자 유화제는 소수성 그룹으로 부틸 아크릴레이트를 사용하고 친수성 그룹으로 아크릴산을 공중합하여 제조되었다. 합성된 고분자 유화제는 알칼리 수용액을 통해 이온화하여 음이온성 유화제로 사용하였다. 제조된 고분자 유화제의 유화물성을 알아보기 위해 산가, 임계미셀농도(CMC), 분자량 등의 물성을 측정하였다. 이 결과 고분자 유화제의 산가는 60∼380, 수 평균 분자량은 8,000∼13,000 g/mol이었다. 또한 CMC 는 0.01 g/ml로 상용 유화제와 비슷한 값을 나타내었다. 제조된 고분자 유화제의 유화성능을 알아보기 위해아크릴계 에멀젼 점착제를 합성하여 점착물성을 측정하였다. 이때 고분자 유화제의 산가 150과 분자량8,500 g/mol일 때 최대 박리강도 21.24 N/25mm를 나타내었다. 이 값은 상용 음이온 유화제인SDS(Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate)혹은 상용 음이온/비이온 유화제 조합인SDS/TRX(Triton X-100) 조합을 사용한 점착제보다 더욱 우수한 점착 특성을 보였다.

        계혈등(鷄血藤)이 Rat의 말초신경 재생에 미치는 효과

        Objective : Gyehyuldeung (GHD) has been widely used in oriental medicine for the treatments of cardiovascular and neurological disorders. Thus, its potential facilitatory activity on axonal regeneration was investigated in the rats. Methods: Sprague-Dawley rats were given crush injury at the sciatic nerve and the changes of axon growth after nerve injury on each nerve injury model were investigated with anti-NF-200 antibody, DiI, GAP-43 protein and Cdc2 protein Results : GHD-mediated enhancement of axonal regeneration after crush injury was measured in both qualitative and quantitative ways by immunofluorescence staining with anti-NF-200 antibody and retrograde tracing of fluorescence dye DiI. GAP-43 protein levels were elevated by GHD treatments in the distal injured sciatic nerve and DRG sensory neurons. The neurite outgrowth of DRG sensory neurons was facilitated by GHD treatment when co-cultured with Schwann cells and astrocytes prepared from injured sciatic nerves and injured spinal cord tissues, respectively. It was observed that Cdc2 protein was up-regulated in co-cultured Schwann cells or astrocytes and Cdc2 protein signals were co-localized to a certain extent with those of phospho-vimentin protein. Conclusions : These results suggest that GHD may play a facilitatory role in axonal regeneration by acting on the injured axons and adjacent non-neuronal cells. The current findings may be useful for the development of therapeutic targets through more specific explorations on molecular interactions between herbal components and endogenous factors.

        Tremor is a rhythmic and involuntary muscular contraction characterized by oscillations of body parts. Tremor often accompanies neurological disorders associated with aging. Although the disorder is not life-threatening, it can be responsible for functional disability and interpersonal relationship problems. We have recently examined a number of tremor-patients. one of them was improved significantly through the herbal medicine (Yeokgansan-gamibang) and acupuncture, so we report it for the better treatment.

        Recognition of Virtual Written Characters Based on Convolutional Neural Network

        This paper proposes a technique for recognizing online handwritten cursive data obtained by tracing a motion trajectory while a user is in the 3D space based on a convolution neural network (CNN) algorithm. There is a difficulty in recognizing the virtual character input by the user in the 3D space because it includes both the character stroke and the movement stroke. In this paper, we divide syllable into consonant and vowel units by using labeling technique in addition to the result of localizing letter stroke and movement stroke in the previous study. The coordinate information of the separated consonants and vowels are converted into image data, and Korean handwriting recognition was performed using a convolutional neural network. After learning the neural network using 1,680 syllables written by five hand writers, the accuracy is calculated by using the new hand writers who did not participate in the writing of training data. The accuracy of phoneme-based recognition is 98.9% based on convolutional neural network. The proposed method has the advantage of drastically reducing learning data compared to syllable-based learning.

        화주기업의 장기지향성이 중소물류기업의 자발적 개선에 미치는 영향 -물류역량, 장기지향성 및 자발적 개선의 인과관계를 중심으로

        본 연구는 물류기업들과 화주기업 간 이루어지는 거래의 전반적인 관계를 물류역량, 장기지향성 및 자발적 개선이라는 구성개 념을 활용하여 구성개념간의 인과적 특성을 분석하였다. 연구모형에서 활용된 측정변수는 물류역량 6개 요인, 장기지향성의 2개 요인과 성과요인인 자발적 개선에는 원가개선과 물류서비스 개선을 활용하였다. 분석에 활용된 표본기업은 전체 447개의 기업을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면, 물류기업의 역량 중 장기지향성의 세부요인인 원가역량과 물류서비스 역량은 화주기업과의 거래연속성에 유의적인 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 화주기업과의 파트너십 구축에는 원가역량, 시장 대응 역량, 물류서비스 역량, 물류차별화 역량, 기업운영역량이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 장기지향성인 세부요인인 거래연속성 은 원가개선과 물류서비스 개선에 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났지만 파트너십 구축은 원가개선과 물류서비스 개선에 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 물류기업과 화주기업간 파트너십 구축은 원가역량 및 물류 차별화역량과 결합하여 원가개 선과 물류서비스 개선에 있어 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study investigated the overall relationship of the transactions made between logistic companies and a shipper and analyzed the characteristics of the causal relationship of constructs, utilizing the constructs, including logistical capabilities, long-term orientation and voluntary improvements. As for the measurement variables utilized in the research models, six factors of logistical capabilities, two factors of long-term orientation, and the performance factors of voluntary improvements, including cost improvement and logistic service improvement were utilized. As for the sample companies utilized in the analysis, this study was conducted with a total of 447 companies. As a result of the analysis, it turned out that the sub-factors of long-term orientation, cost capability and logistic service capability of the logistics companies’capabilities had a significant relationship of impacts on the continuity of transactions with a shipper while cost capability, market response capability, logistic service capability, differentiation capability and business operation capability had impacts on the construction of partnerships with a shipper. The continuity of transactions, a sub-factor of long-term orientation did not have any impacts on cost improvement and logistic service improvement; however, the construction of partnerships had impacts on both cost improvement and logistic service improvement. In addition, as a result of an analysis of the effect of the construction of partnerships, which shows a mediating effect, the construction of partnerships had mediating effects in cost and differentiation capability, cost improvement and logistic service improvement

        도담탕(導痰湯)이 뇌손상(腦損傷) 및 고혈압(高血壓)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Objective : This study was carried out to investigate the effects of DDT on the brain damage and hypertension. Methods : We observed the effect of Dodamtang(DDT) extract on KCN-induced coma, focal brain ischemia by MCA occlusion, cytotoxicity and protection of PC12 cells and B103 cells induced by amyloid ${\beta}$ protein(25-35). To prove the effect of DDT as a blood pressure depressant, we measured aldosterone, renin activity, catecholamine, sodium and NO density using the seperated blood plasma. Results : DDT showed a protective effect on cytotoxicity of PC12 cells and B103 cells induced by amyloid ${\beta}$ protein(25-35) in a dose dependent manner and proved the significant abridgement of brain ischemic area and edema induced by MCA occlusion, a critical decrease of neurologic deficitic grade in the fore-limbs. DDT didn't reduce the duration of KCN(1.87mg/kg iv.)-induced coma and prolonged the survival rate in the case of KCN(3.0mg/kg iv.)-induced coma by the ratio of 20%. While DDT increased the value of NO in SHR, it significantly decreased the blood pressure of SHR and the value of aldosterone& epinephrine in SHR. Conclusions : These results suggested that DDT might be usefully applied for treatment of hypertension, cerebral infarction, and brain damage.
