        경기 북부 내 직거래 농산물의 잔류농약 실태조사 및 위해성 평가

        In this study, we investigated pesticide residues in 207 agricultural products distributed by direct trade in the northern area of Gyeonggi Province. A total of 94 general agricultural products and 113 eco-friendly agricultural products collected from local grocers and cooperative stores were analyzed by multiresidue method for 263 pesticides using GC (gas chromatography)/ECD (electron capture detector), GC/NPD (nitrogen phosphorus detector), GC-MS/MS (tandem mass spectrometry), LC (liquid chromatography)/PDA (photodiode array detector), LC/FLD (fluorescence detector), LCMS/MS. All samples showing pesticide residues were general agricultural products collected from local food stores. The pesticide residue levels of 14 samples (6.8%) were below the maximum residue limits (MRLs) and one of them (0.5%) exceeded the MRLs. Sixteen pesticides were detected from samples of the following produce items: spinach, young cabbage, perilla leaves, mallow, cucumber, chives and water dropwort. The safety of the detected pesticides was assessed by monitoring the daily intake estimate (EDI) and the daily intake allowance (ADI) based on the amount of pesticides detected. The ADI percentage range (the ratio of EDI to ADI) was 0.0134-61.6259% and there was no health risk connected with consuming agricultural products in which pesticide residues were detected.

        경기도내 유통 생즙 원료 농산물의 잔류농약 실태조사 및 위해성 평가

        본 연구는 2017년 1월부터 9월까지 생즙 원료 농산물 12품목 297건에 대한 잔류농약의 실태를 조사한 것이다. GC/ECD, GC/NPD, TOF/MS, LC/PDA, LC/FLD, LC/ MSMS를 이용하여 다종농약다성분 분석법으로 220종의 잔류농약을 분석하였고, 검사결과 14건(4.7%)에서 9종의 농약성분이 검출되었다. 검출된 농약은 클로로피리포스, 사이플루페나미드, 클로로탈로닐, 펜디메탈린, 아족시스트 로빈, 피리달릴, 이마잘릴, 플루디옥소닐, 프로사이미돈이 였으며, 검출된 농산물은 감귤, 당근, 사과, 셀러리, 치커리, 오렌지, 포도였다. 농약 검출량을 바탕으로 일일섭취 추정량(EDI)과 일일섭취허용량(ADI)을 이용하여 위해성평가를 하였으며, %ADI값의 범위는 0.0011~6.7087%로 안 전한 수준이었다. This study was conducted to monitor the current status of pesticide residues in a total of 297 agricultural products for raw juice from January 2017 to September 2017. Pesticide residues in samples were analyzed by multiresidue method for the determination of multiclass pesticide with an aim to detect 220 pesticides using GC/ECD, GC/NPD, TOF/MS, LC/PDA, LC/FLD, and LC/MS-MS. The analysis revealed the presence of nine pesticides in 14 samples. The detected pesticides were chlorpyrifos, cyflufenamid, chlorothalonil, pendimethalin, azoxystrobin, pyridalyl, imazalil, fludioxonil and procymidone. The kinds of detected crops were mandarin, carrot, apple, celery, chicory, orange and grape. Risk assessment evaluated human health exposure with the ratio of EDI (Estimated daily intake) to ADI (Acceptable daily intake) of pesticides detected and the range of %ADI (the ratio of EDI to ADI) values was 0.0011~6.7087% and safety level.

        쑥갓 중 bifenthrin과 chlorothalonil의 경시적 잔류량 변화 및 생물학적 반감기

        This study investigated the residual characteristics of bifenthrin and chlorothalonil in crown daisy and suggested pre-harvest residue limits (PHRLs) based on their dissipation patterns and biological half-lives. The samples for residue analysis were harvested at 0 (3 hr), 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 18, 22 and 26 days after treatment, and analyzed by GC/ µ-ECD and TOF/MS. The limit of quantitation (LOQs) of bifenthrin and chlorothalonil were 0.0046 mg/kg and 0.0007 mg/ kg, respectively. Recoveries ranged from 88.67 ± 7.97% and 99.90 ± 16.03%, showing that this method is appropriate for the analysis of the pesticide residues in crown daisy. Being well within first order kinetics, the biological half-lives of the pesticide residues in crown daisy were 9.63 days for bifenthrin and 6.54 days for chlorothalonil. The PHRLs of bifenthrin and chlorothalonil were recommended as 11.70 mg/kg and 24.10 mg/kg for 26 days before harvest, respectively.
