Recently, high-performance and high-fluidity concrete have been studied and developed because high-rised build is constructed. high-performance and self-consolidating concrete is demanded high strength as low w/cm and fluidity as adding superplasticizer. However, these superplasticizer are changed early-age property such as bleeding, segregation and late setting time etc. This study persents the setting time of fluidity mortars evaluated using the measurement of eletrical resistivity. 7th Samples prepared mortars which were adding polycarboxylate type superplasticizer(Ester) or poly naphthalene sulfonate(PNS) and measured the electrical resisitivity during 24 h. As a results, mortars which added superplasticizers were late rising time which is setting time in measurement of electrical resistivity. However, degree of hardening of PNS mortar were higher than Ester mortar.

KSLV-I 상단 킥모터는 고체 추진기관으로 점화기와 점화안전장치로 구성된 점화구동부, 복합재 케이스부, 추력벡터제어가 가능한 잠입형 노즐부, 그리고 추진제로 구성되어 있다. 킥모터를 구성하는 각 서브시스템들은 비행 임무 달성을 위한 개발 요구조건을 만족시켰으며, 2013년 1월 30일 나로호 3차 비행 시험 결과로부터 성공적으로 개발이 완료되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 논문에서는 킥모터에 대한 요구조건, 요구조건을 만족하기 위한 형상관리, 중량 변화, 추력 축 정렬 결과 및 주요 시험 결과 등에 대해 다루었다. KSLV-I upper stage KM (Kick Motor) is a solid propulsion system which is consist of igniter, SAD (Safety Arming Device), composite case, submerged nozzle capable of TVC (Thrust Vector Control) actuation. Each subsystem of KM fulfilled development requirements for achieving a flight mission successfully. We confirmed that the successful development of KM from the 3rd flight test results of NARO on January 30, 2013. This article deals with the requirements of KM and the results on configuration management, mass variation, thrust axis alignment, and major test results and so on.
한국형 발사체 적용 대형 박판 배관 시편 제작 및 성능 평가

본 연구에서는 다양한 발사체 추진기관 공급계 배관 자재 중 STS 300 계열의 금속보다 강도가 높고 용접성이 우수할 것이라고 판단되는 21-6-9 합금소재를 이용하여 산화제 주배관의 시편을 제작 하였다. 제작된 시편은 내압 시험을 수행하여 요구되는 내압 강도를 유지할 수 있는지를 확인하였다. This article deals with the manufacturing and performance evaluation on the specimen pipes which have large size diameter and thin thickness. This specimen is for LOX main pipe of KSLV-II propulsion feeding system. The material of specimen is alloy 21-6-9. Alloy 21-6-9 has higher strength and better weldability rather than STS-300 class pipes. We found that the specimen using alloy 21-6-9 satisfied the requirement by pressurization tests.

EPS is power steering system, which uses motor actuator to assist the Steering torque. EPS has many benefits such as fuel efficient, simple component structure, easy to assemble and control flexibility over HPS (Hydraulic Power Steering). So, there is a tendency to substitute HPS with EPS system in many vehicles in terms of advancement and other factors by which EPS is better than HPS. In spite of many benefits of EPS, there is a disadvantage of undesired action from the EPS system, which can be very harmful to a driver because it can cause no assistance or unsteer able of steering wheel. So, during the designing and development of EPS system, it is needed to take some important parameters into consideration like robustness and reliability. To retain robust and reliable EPS system, various conditions have to be tested, not only from functionality point of view but from the safety point of view also. System fault is a very important factor to consider the safety. In order to deliver a reliable and safe EPS system, many fault scenarios should be prepared and tested by both software algorithms and hardware components. Those faults can be physical and electronic faults. This study develops an EPS HIL simulator which can perform fault injection test based on test automation environment.

Purpose: This study investigated the effects of lifestyle factors in metabolic syndrome among adolescents. The metabolic syndrome has been reported as a cause of various chronic diseases, including cardiovascular disease and diabetes in adolescents. Method: This study is a cross-sectional study on 1,931 adolescents (1,011 boys and 920 girls) aged 12-19 years from the Korean Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2010-2012. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, χ2-test, and logistic regression in consideration of strata, cluster, and weight as national data. Result: The prevalence of metabolic syndrome in adolescents aged 12-19 years was 4.3% (Boys, 5.4%; Girls, 3.1%). Among lifestyle factors, BMI had significants influences on the metabolic syndrome risk, but other variables did not. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that further research is necessary on the effect of lifestyle factors in metabolic syndrome and that school health nurses should focus on implementation of effective programs for promotion of activity and healthy foods for prevention and intervention of metabolic syndrome.

ACC Stop & Go is a full range adaptive cruise control system, which operates from 0㎞/h to 180㎞/h speed range. ACC Stop & Go system uses 77㎓ radar sensor to detect forward objects. Radar sensor detects the distance and the relative velocity of forward objects, and it decides target acceleration or deceleration values. The goal of this study is to develop hardware-in-loop simulator for applications of ACC Stop & Go system such as control algorithm development, fail management development and system verification and validation. The developed HIL simulator consists of a real time operating system, a sensor emulator, a test bench, and operation software. Especially this simulator needs not only a vehicle model, but a radar sensor model also. The radar sensor model enables the detection of forward objects, so that the distance and the relative velocity from forward object can be calculated in mathematical method. The test bench of simulator uses real vehicle’s driver seat and 3 dimensional graphic animation program, so it makes more realistic environment to testers. To verify this simulator’s performance, simulation results are compared with real field test results.
