        IPA기법을 활용한 섬 생태관광지 매력요인 분석 -여수 금오도를 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study is to identify the attraction factors of Island ecotourism destination. By applying IPA (Important Performance Analysis), this study analyzes the attraction factors of Kumoh Island and its performance as a sustainable ecotourism destination. The empirical investigation points that the evaluation of Kumoh Island``s natural environment, the Birung-gil tracking program, and information system is positive. However, there is still room for improvement regarding the quality of information, ecotourism programs, convenient facilities and differentiation of Island Kumoh`s destination image. In addition, visitors showed high satisfaction in the region`s accessibility to other tourism attractions, hospitality of residents, and the price of accommodations. In conclusion this study suggests that improving the traffic system and parking space and developing historic and cultural place would be beneficial in making Kumoh Island a desirable place for tourists. Also, lunching new events and performance programs, and providing unique local food are expected to have a positive effect. In short, this study gives a theoretical background on ways to develop Kumoh Island a sustainable ecotourism destination.

        국립공원 탐방객의 회복환경지각이 가치, 만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 관광활동의 장소로서 자연기반 국립공원의 이용이 증가함에 따라 국립공원 환경지각이 탐방객들의 의사결정과정에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하였다. 구체적으로 국립공원의 지각된 회복환경이 가치에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 가치를 정서적 가치와 실용적 가치로 구분하여 만족도와 행동의도의 영향관계를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 국내에서 가장 많은 탐방객이 방문하는 북한산국립공원을 연구배경으로 탐방객들에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 북한산 국립공원의 회복환경지각은 감정적 가치와 실용적 가치 모두에 유의한 영향을 미치며 특히 감정적 가치가 실용적 가치보다 만족에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 만족도는 행동의도에 긍정적이며 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 자연기반의 국립공원은 국민들의 정서적 건강을 증진시킬 수 있는 공간으로서 그 중요성이 확인되었으며. 또한 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 자연환경의 공간의 계획과 관리 과정에서 감정적 치유와 회복에 대한 가치를 보다 높게 지각할 수 있는 자연환경에 대한 요소를 보다 더 고려할 것을 제안한다. The purpose of this study was to specify the effect of national park environment on trackers’ decision-making process, as the use of national parks as places for outdoor-based tourism activities is increasing. Specifically, in order to examine the effect of perceived restorative environment of national parks on value, the effects of emotional value and utilitarian value on satisfaction and behavior intention were analyzed. A survey was performed in Bukhansan National Park that trackers find the most in Korea, and 400 trackers were used for an empirical analysis of this study. As a result of the analysis, it turned out that perceived restorative environment of Bukhansan National Park significantly influences emotional value and utilitarian value, having a higher effect on the former. And emotional value and utilitarian value were found to significantly influence satisfaction, with the former having a higher effect. And satisfaction turned out to have a significant effect on behavior intention. These results show that outdoor-based national park environment plays a great role as a space for people’s emotional stability, indicating that outdoor-based national parks make trackers feel value much more than any artificial facilities.

      • 리얼리티 프로그램 <꽃보다 할배> 장년층 수용자의 노년여가인식에 관한 연구

        Due to increase of leisure time caused by the five-day work week and introduction of comprehensive programming channels, reality programs related to tourism have greatly increased. Thus, the modern tourists are indirectly experiencing tourism on TV. The purpose of this study is to examine how old generation viewers form their perception on leisure via reality programs. Specifically, through the reality program <Grandpa over Flower> where elderlies go backpacking that has been considered to be the exclusive property of young generation, this study tries to analyze how the negative image of elderlies is restructured and reinterpreted. Thus, this study conducted an interview with six old generation viewers of the middle class aged over 60. As a result of the analysis, old generation viewers of the middle class claimed that the age criterion of elderlies is over 75 and the negative recognition on elderlies results from the improper education for children. Men and women preferred distinctively different leisure types, and they had a negative viewpoint on free leisure facilities. For leisure policies of Korea, they had strong complaints of Korean welfare policies, and they claimed that the middle class and higher classes cannot benefit from welfare policies for the elderly. For <Grandpa over Flower>, they contended that it is a commercial program and aggravates the value of elderlies through backpacking. However, they responded that they would prepare for language study for backpacking in the future and would not feel any economic burden by this plan. In conclusion, old generation viewers of the middle class in Korea showed both Bourdieu’s distinction phenomenon and Peterson & Simkus’ omnivore phenomenon simultaneously.

      • 국립공원 회복환경지각이 가치, 만족도 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to specify the effect of national park environment on trackers’ decision-making process, as the use of national parks as places for outdoor-based tourism activities is increasing. Specifically, in order to examine the effect of perceived restorative environment of national parks on value, the effects of emotional value and utilitarian value on satisfaction and behavior intention were analyzed.         의약품 선별등재제도 도입 전후 건강보험 등재의약품의 특성별 현황

        This study aimed to identify the changes in the list of drugs covered by national health insurance(NHI) after the introduction of positive list system (PLS) in Korea in December, 2006. Six-year (pre-policy:2004-2006, post-policy:2007-2009) lists of the NHI reimbursable drugs filed from Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service (HIRA) were analyzed. The total number of listed drugs as well as drug ingredients, and the average number of listed drugs per manufacturer decreased annually after the introduction of PLS. More than 8,000 drugs were delisted in the year 2007 right after the policy change. Prescription-only drugs occupied more than 85% of NHI listed drugs. The percentage of oral type of listed drugs has been increased to more than 60% after the policy change. Korean pharmaceutical manufacturers occupied more than 90% of listed drugs than multinational firms. The gap between Korean and foreign manufacturer in terms of the average number of newly listed drugs per manufacturer in each year has decreased two years after the PLS (Korean 7.7 vs. foreign 6.3 in 2009) as the price negotiation power of foreign firms has increased. The total number of listed drugs is expected to decrease in the future as the Korean government makes an effort to delist the unnecessary drugs that do not show cost-effectiveness.

      • 국가 온실가스 인벤토리 축산부문 작성을 위한 온실가스 배출계수 개발 현황에 관한 연구

        In this study, researches on the development of country specific greenhouse gas measurement and sampling methods from the livestock sector were reviewed. Research on greenhouse gas emission factors was started in early 2000 but was not actively involved in the development of livestock sector based emission factor: since 2009, works are underway for the development of livestock sector based emission factor. Most of the research on greenhouse gas emission in the field of animal studies were done by National Institute of Animal Science, because of the uniqueness of the research laboratories. Methods of emission measurement are still not internationally certified and therefore, measurement and sampling methods for Korea livestock sector are being studied, consulting the worldwide research trends. Flux chamber method are commonly using in Korea for green house gas emission factors measurement. In recent years, continuous measurement of the microclimate was introduced to measure greenhouse gases from livestock manure storage facilities and the micrometeorology method should be adapted as recommended by Intergovernmental Penal on Climate Change (IPCC) Guideline.

      • 바이오매스 자원으로서의 Lemna Paucicostata의 인공배양조건과 이화학적 특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 Lemna P.의 인공배양 조건을 파악하고 생산된 바이오매스의 영양적 가치에 관하여 조사하였다. Lemna P.의 배양을 위해 총용적 $2,630\;cm^3$, 유효용적 $2,240\;cm^3$의 생물배양조를 이용하였으며 인공광원 6,250 lux, 평균온도 $28^{\circ}C$ 조건에서 인공폐수를 이용하여 배양하였다. 물 유동여부가 Lemna P.의 생장에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 하부층의 물 유동이 없는 경우 일일 1.1 이상의 성장률을 보인반면 하부층 물 유동이 있는 경우에는 단지 $0.15\;d^{-1}$의 생장률을 보였다. 또한 인공 폐수내 $NH_4$-N 농도변화와 광 조사시간이 Lemna P. 성장에 마치는 영향을 분석한 결과 광주기 $16h\;d^{-1}$에서의 생장률이 8h 및 $24h\;d^{-1}$에서 보다 높았으며 Lemna P.의 생장은 초기 $NH_4$-N의 농도에 크게 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 초기 $NH_4$-N의 농도가 낮을수록 Lemna P.의 생장률은 높았으나 조단백질 함량은 초기$NH_4$-N 농도에 비례하였다. $NH_4$-N의 농도 2, 10, 50, $100\;mg\;L^{-1}$에서 배양한 후의 Lemna P.의 조단백질 함량은 각각 18, 24, 37, 43%로 50과 $100\;mg\;L^{-1}$ 농도에서 생장한 Lemna P. 바이오매스의 조단백질함량은 현재 단백질원으로 이용되고 있는 아마박(조단백질 함량 35%), 면실박(38%), 대두박(45%)과 비슷한 수준으로 나타났다. 광주기 $16h\;d^{-1}$ 초기 $NH_4$-N 농도 $2\;mg\;L^{-1}$ 이하에서 매우 높은 생장률로 증식한 Lemna P.의 조지방, 조단백질, 조섬유, 조회분, NDF 및 ADF 함량이 각각 2.77, 18.03, 27.02, 20.01, 41.00, 65.68%로 밝혀짐에 따라 우수한 단백질 또는 섬유질 대체자원의 대량 생산이 가능함을 알 수 있었다. 특히 Lemna P.는 식물성 지방보다 동물성 지방에서 검출되는 단일 및 다중 불포화 지방산들을 함유하고 있으며, 가능성 지방산으로 알려진 C18:1n9c, C18:2n6c, C20:5n3 및 C22:2 들을 지나고 있어 가축의 가능성 사료자원으로 활용가치가 높을 것으로 판단되었다. Conditions for artificial culture of Lemna Paucicostata and its nutritional values were examined in this study. Lemna P. was cultured using artificial wastewater and a bioreactor (total volume $2,630\;cm^3$, working volume $2,240\;cm^3$) was operated at conditions of 6,250 lux and $28^{\circ}C$. Water flow affected the growth of Lemna P.: growth rate was very high (more than $1.1\;d^{-1}$) at a condition of no-water movement, but it was very low (less than $0.15\;d^{-1}$) when water moved slowly. The growth of Lemna P. was higher in $16h\;d^{-1}$ light cycle than in Sand $24h\;d^{-1}$, and it was also severely affected by the initial $NH_4$-N levels of wastewater. The growth rate of Lemna P. was high in lower $NH_4$-N level, indicating that the growth rate is in inverse proportion to $NH_4$-N concentration in wastewater. However, the contents of crude protein (CP) of Lemna P. were proportional to the initial $NH_4$-N concentration. The CP contents of Lemna P. cultured at 2, 10, 50 and 100 $NH_4$-N mg $L^{-1}$ was 18, 24, 37, 43%, respectively, showing the Lemna P. cultured at 50 and $100\;mg\;L^{-1}$ had similar protein contents to linseed (CP 35%), cottonseed (CP 38%) and soybean (CP 45%). Fat, protein, fiber, NDF and ADF contents of Lemna P. harvested at conditions of $16h\;d^{-1}$ light cycle and less than $2\;mg\;L^{-1}$ of $NH_4$-N level was 2.8, 18, 27, 20, 41 and 65.7%, respectively. Since the growth rate of Lemna P. was very high (more than $1.1\;d^{-1}$) at those conditions, it was convinced that mass production of valuable protein and fiber sources are feasible. In particular, since the Lemna P. has unsaturated fatty acids found mainly in animal fat as well as beneficial fatty acids to health such as C18:ln9c, C18:2n6c, C20:5n3 and C22:2, the Lemna P. biomass would be a highly valuable alternative feed source to grains.
