        Eco Deck Plate의 구조적 거동 평가를 위한 실험적 연구

        Eco deck plate system is a construction method that deconstruction of galvanized steel sheets is possible by integrating steel-wire-integrated girders and the galvanized steel sheets with bolts. Therefore, compared with previous steel-wire-integrated deck plates which were joined by welding, the system is acknowledged as the construction method possible management and repair. This study conducted an experimental research by manufacturing total 24 full size specimens in a same condition for 12-shape specimens by two parts to evaluate structural behaviors of the eco deck plates. In the results after the test, permissible deflection for the construction load action was shown to be values under design values and satisfactory. The processing of lattice steel wires was presented to be structurally advantageous in being manufactured by cutting downward. Also, in case of a specimen that D13 as a steel wire was used, destruction occurred at the welding part of the bottom steel wire and the lattice steel wire, so improvement measures for the welding in factory manufacture are necessary.

        공동주택의 하자진단에 기초한 공종별 하자보수비용의 분석

        This study investigated defect status by work type, based on the report data of defect inspection results, acquiredby consumers’ request to safety inspection agencies, before the expiration of legal defect repair warranty period. Infact, the data was not acquired by centering on suppliers, namely, construction companies in relation with the defectsbecoming causes to increase construction cost of apartments. This study aims to provide objective and basic data forquality improvement at construction stage and for solution to defect disputes. The study results are presented below:(1) The number of defect cases occurring from architectural work among total work types were 1,986, defectoccurrence rate was 62.5%, and defect repair cost was KRW 25,851/㎡, which stood at 78.2% of the total work types. This means the defect occurrence rate and defect repair cost in architectural work are bigger than those of other worktypes. (2) Major defects in architectural work were revealed in the following order: cracks from frame work, inferiorinterior finishing work, inferior finishing work of plaster/masonry works, water leak/damage from waterproof workand withering/omission from landscape work. The total repair cost of the major selected defects was KRW 12,220/㎡,and was analyzed to take up 37% of the total defect repair cost. 본 연구에서는 공동주택에서 건설 공사비 증가의 원인이되는 하자에 대하여 건설업체의 공급자 중심이 아닌, 소비자가 법적인 하자보수 책임기간 만기를 앞두고 안전진단 전문기관에 의뢰하여 얻은 하자진단 결과보고서 자료를 근거로 공종별 하자실태를 조사하였다. 또한, 보수비용적 측면에서 세부요인을 분석하여, 시공단계에서의 품질향상과 하자분쟁 해결의 객관적이며 기초적인 자료를 제시하였다.

        강판 탈부착형 에코데크플레이트의 안전성 및 경제성 평가

        This study relates to an experimental research to review utility of removable steel Eco deck plates by connecting them with bolts in order to prevent corrosion in the weld zone and to reduce maintenance and repairing cost of slab. The results of economic feasibility of Eco deck plate and LCC by way of evaluation of safety against construction load are as follows. (1) Test specimen 150-ED3-3.8 was finally broken into other forms with different behavior from other specimens. However, behavioral characteristics of test specimens were not much affected by final broken shape changes. (2) Allowing deflection by construction load was found as 85.5% of design value for the specimen 135-ED1-3.2, 90.9% for the specimen 150-ED3-3.8, and 75.9% for the specimen 200-ED5-4.5 showing safe in the allowing deflection for all the test specimens. However, it is judged to be necessary to adjust camber value in case of test specimen 150-ED3-3.8 having allowing deflection around 90%. (3) The comparison results between general deck plate and LCC having same specification about purchase cost including manufacturing and installation and cost during use including maintenance and dismantle showed that all the specimens used in the experiments were economical by around 16.62∼18.99% as compared with that of LCC.

        원주지역에서 발생한 비외상성 심정지의 일주변화

        To estimate the quality of the emergency medical services system of Wonju City, we studied the diurnal variations of 179 non-traumatic cardiac arrest victims who received cardiopulmonary reuscitation at the emergency center of Wonju Christian Hospital. Diurnal variations of non-traumatic cardiac arrest patients were as follows ; The occurence of cardiac arrest at day-time was higher than night-time; 18 cases (11%) from midnight to AM 4, 25 cases (14%) from AM 4 to AM 8, 42 cases (24%) from AM 8 to AM 12, 46 cases (25%) from AM 12 to PM 4, 35 cases (19%) from PM 4 to PM 8, 13 cases (7%) from PM 8 to midnight. Witness cardiac arrest was increased more during the day than night ; 40% from midnight to AM 4, 48% from AM 4 to AM 8, 57% from AM 8 to AM 12.52% from AM 12 to PM 4, 60% from PM 4 to PM 8, 38% from PM 8 to midnight. The transportation time at night-time cardiac arrest was more longer than day-time cardiac arrest ; 30±12mins from midnight to AM 4, 26±9mins from AM 4 to AM 8, 27±12mins AM 8 to Am 12, 25±11mins from AM 12 to PM 4, 25±9mins from PM 4 to PM 8, 35±15mins from PM 8 to midnight. The rate of restoration of spontaneous circulation(ROSC) in day-time cardiac arrest was higher than the night-time cardiac arrest ; 30% from midnight to AM 4, 36% from AM 4 to AM 8, 32% AM 8 to AM 12, 44% from AM 12 to PM 4, 41% from PM 4 to PM 8, 15% from PM 8 to midnight. The survival rate of cardiac arrest has been correlated with collapse time, early bystander CPR, early advanced care. To improve outcome for prehospital cardiac arrest, we concluded that early bystander CPR, and early advanced life support should be performed at the scene and during the transportation especially at night.
