혈액 분석기기는 혈액 시료 내에 존재하는 백혈구, 적혈구, 혈소판 등의 세포를 영상 기반으로 검출/분류하여 진단 보조자료로 출력하는 기기를 의미하며, 본 논문은 자동으로 도말/염색된 혈액 슬라이드를 검사하는 혈구검사기 개발을 제안한다. 이는 크게 저배율과 고배율로 구분하여 처리되고, 상세하게는 후보 백혈구 검출부, 최종 백혈구 검출부, 백혈구 감별부로 구성한다. 백혈구 분류로 딥러닝 기반 EfficientNet-B4 모델을 활용하여 학습 모델을 생성하고, 사용화를 위한 TensorRT-FP16으로 양자화 과정을 거쳐 메모리 사용량 및 처리속도를 최적화한다. 결과적으로 감별 정확도 97%를 검증한다.
외부 풍환경 변화에 따른 고층 주거건물의 연돌특성 검토

In order to make optimal countermeasures on stack effect with related problems in high-rise buildings, it is essential to grasp the characteristics on distributions of pressure differences and air flow rates in buildings. Moreover, outdoor wind conditions are very important items which affect the characteristics of stack effect in buildings. In this study, the effect of the outdoor wind velocity and wind direction on stack effect in high-rise residential building were performed. From the results of this study, the characteristics of pressure difference and air flow rate in residential buildings are analyzed, compared with the characteristics of office building. And the changes in pressure difference and air flow rate caused by outdoor wind condition are reviewed. The results from this study will be used to make countermeasures which reduce stack effect and its problems in high-rise residential buildings.

As an advanced method to build the stack effect countermeasures more efficiently, the total countermeasure solution on stack effect (TCSS) is proposed in this paper. Stack effect and its problems have the various characteristics according to the combined conditions that related to a high-rise building performance. The goals of Tess are to build the best stack effect countermeasures considering the building's own characteristics and to present the total building management program for reducing stack problems efficiently. In this paper, how to build the stack effect countermeasures with TCSS is explained through the field application example and reduction efficiency on stack problems by TCSS is verified through the measurements in the target building.

In the Previous method to reduce the problems by stack effect in high-rise buildings, plane and vertical relationship among spaces has only considered as the important item. But, in order to take the effective countermeasure to stack effect and to make an application of it to the buildings we have to determine the actual conditions of building use. The actual conditions of building use are dwelling characteristics, the kinds of problems by stack effect and the air conditioning characteristics like the air supply and exhaust. We have been able to grasp that the influence of air conditioning characteristics to the degree of stack problems is very big by field tests. And, the improvements in the previous air conditioning design were check up and we could understand that the improvements in it have to be considered as important items for air conditioning design. Of course, reduction of stack effect itself and various problems by it are very important in the high-rise buildings. But, stack effect has to be considered as a basic item to design all kinds of facilities in the high-rise buildings and has to be recognized as a foundation technique for design of high-rise buildings.
