The effects of fermenter types on biopolymer production with Cordyceps militaris has been studied in this articles. Since the shear stresses of stirred tank ferementor and bubble column fermenter were different. the mycelium growth and biopolymer production were different, The mycerial growth was high with the bubble column fermenter for the early stage but biopolymer production was lower than that with stirred tank fermenter. The production of biopolymer was closely related to shear stress to the cells and biopolymer production was increased with increased shear stress.
특성화고등학교 교감의 역할갈등 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구

이 연구의 목적은 특성화고등학교에 재직하는 교감이 겪는 역할갈등 경험을 심층적으로 탐구하여 본질과 의미를 밝혀 기술하는 데 있었다. 현상학적 연구방법이 적용되었고, 연구 참여자는 경기도에 소재하는 특성 화고등학교에서 1년 이상 재직하는 교감들 가운데 다양하게 총 11명이 선정되었다. 자료 수집은 심층 면담 을 주로 하여 2019년 7월 23일부터 11월 30일까지 이루어졌다. 면담 녹취 결과를 전사하여 반복적 비교방법 을 통해 분석되었다. 특성화고등학교 교감들은 학교 경영의 최종적인 의사결정권과 자신에 대한 근무성적평 정권을 지닌 교장을 보좌하는 역할에서 교장의 경영스타일, 가치관, 태도, 성향 등에 영향을 받게 된다. 교감 들은 대체로 교장이 원하는 대로 따라 주고, 자신의 소신과 평가기준 사이에서 갈등을 겪는다. 또한 교감들 은 학교에서의 교감 역할과 자신의 승진 욕구 및 준비가 서로 양립하기 어려운 상황이지만 하나를 선택하는 문제로 갈등을 겪는다. 이러한 갈등의 주된 원인은 업무의 불확실성, 모호성 등 제도적 문제도 있지만, 인간 관계 및 소통 부재, 성취 지향적 태도와 이해관계, 개인주의화, 업무 이기주의, 쉬운 업무 선호 등 개인적 문 제에서 비롯되기도 한다. 따라서 갈등 해결의 방법은 자신을 성찰하고 욕심을 내려놓기, 마음빼기 등 인간의 소양과 인간성으로 귀결된다고 볼 수 있다. 그리고 교감들은 역할 갈등 경험을 통하여 자신을 성찰하고, 한 단계 한 단계 지도자로서의 리더십과 역량, 전문성 향상을 갖추어 가고 있으며, 바람직한 교감상(image)을 정립하고 성숙·성장해 간다고 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to describe the nature and meaning by in-depth exploring the role conflict experience of vice principals in specialized vocational high schools. A phenomenological methodology was used. A total of 11 participants were selected from a variety of vice principals who worked for more than a year at specialized vocational high schools in Gyeonggi-do. Data collection was conducted from July 23 to November 30, 2019, with in-depth interviews. Interview recordings were transcribed and analyzed by repeated comparisons. Specialized vocational high school vice principals are influenced by the principal's management style, values, attitudes, and dispositions in supporting the principal who has the final decision-making power of school management and the right to assess his / her work performance. They usually follow what the principal wants, and there is a conflict between their beliefs and criteria. In addition, vice principals are in conflict with their role in school and their desire for promotion and preparation, but they struggle with the choice of one. The main causes of such conflicts are institutional problems such as uncertainty and ambiguity in work, but also personal problems such as lack of human relations and communication, achievementoriented attitudes and interests, individualization, work selfishness, and easy work preferences. Therefore, it can be said that the method of conflict resolution results in human character and humanity, such as reflecting on oneself, releasing greed, and removing mind. In addition, vice principals reflect themselves through experiences of role conflict, improve their leadership, competence, and professionalism as a leader one by one, and establish a desirable vice principal image, and mature and grow.
EDDS가 바이오에너지 작물의 중금속 흡수에 미치는 영향

Plants grown in metal-contaminated sites have to be managed and disposed of safely even in phytoremediation because heavy metals can be transferred to other organisms through the food chain, which could result in bioaccumulation in organisms of a higher trophic level. However, if the harvested plants could be used for bioenergy, the ecological risk is reduced and phytoremediation improves economic feasibility. This study researched the effects of EDDS (Ethylenediamine disuccinate) on the heavy metal uptake performance of Brassica campetris and Sorghum biocolor, both of which have potential as bioenergy plants. The results showed that EDDS could increase Pb, Cu, Ni, Cd, and Zn concentrations in the roots and shoots of both of these plants. Furthermore, EDDS reduced the metal inhibition of the S. bicolor length growth. The translocation factors (TF) of S. bicolor and B. campestris are smaller than one for all five heavy metals tested and decreased by the following order: heavy metal + EDDS > heavy metals only > uncontaminated soil. The results suggest that with regard to plant growth and metal accumulation, S. bicolor treated with EDDS is more suitable than is B. campestris for the phytoremediation of soils contaminated with multiple metal species.
