The error in measuring temperature profiles by thermocouple inside boundary layer mostly comes from the conduction heat transfer of the thermocouple. The error is not negligible when the conductivity of the thermocouple is very high. In this study, the effect of conduction heat transfer of the thermocouple on the temperature profile inside boundary layer was examined by considering both free-stream velocity and a thermocouple position. The conduction error of an E-type thermocouple was investigated by numerical analysis of three-dimensional conjugate heat transfer for various velocity profiles of boundary layer and thermocouple positions.

This study of optimizing lifting pump through computational analysis proves how useful pipe network analysis is to select a optimized lifting pump and to reduce costs. General calculation by Moody Diagram is not easy to consider various conditions and the result must take a large safety factor. The result of the pipe network analysis by Flowmaster which uses Colebrook-White Equation lowered the required head of lifting pump from 74.38 m to 50.16 m. Lifting pump optimization not only lowered the specifications of lifting pump, but also lowered the specifications of inverter and other components. For reasonable production and maintenance costs, computational analysis is essential.
공공병원을 이용하는 당뇨병 환자의 당뇨 지식, 자가간호행위와 당화혈색소의 관계

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate diabetic knowledge, self-care behaviors, and HbA1c of patients with diabetic mellitus in public hospitals. Methods: Participants were 287 adult patients who had been diagnosed with diabetes in two public hospitals in Seoul. Collected data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson"s correlation with the SPSS (PASW) 21.0 program. Results: For general characteristics of the participants, there were significant differences in the level of diabetic knowledge according to age (F=11.28, p<.001), educational level (F=11.07, p<.001), type of health insurance (F=9.38, p<.001), and monthly income (t=-4.58, p<.001) and in the self-care behaviors according to age (F=8.61, p<.001) and in HbA1c according to age (F=6.72, p=.001). As for disease related characteristics of the participants, significant differences were found for self-care behaviors according to education about diabetes (t=3.90, p<.001) and in HbA1c according to education about diabetes (t=3.26, p=.001) and current diabetic therapy methods (F=13.51, p<.001). The study results showed that there was no correlation between diabetic knowledge and self-care behavior, or between self-care behavior and HbA1c. Conclusion: Results indicate that when developing preliminary data on nursing intervention education programs on diabetes, increasing diabetic knowledge and self-care behaviors would help to improve blood glucose levels.

한국 상담사의 이마고부부치료 적용 경험에 관한 합의적 질적 연구

본 연구는 한국 상담 현장에서 이마고부부치료를 부부상담에 적용하고 있는 상담사들의 경험을 이해하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 국제공인 이마고부부치료 전문가 과정을 이수하고, 현장에서 이를 활용한 상담 활동을 지속적으로 하고있는 상담사 12명을 연구 참여자로 선정하고, 합의적 질적 연구(CQR)방법에 따라 자료를 수집 및 분석하였다. 분석 결과, ‘이마고부부치료 상담사로서 시작 과정’, ‘이마고부부치료 상담사로서의 역할 경험’, ‘현장에서 중요하게 사용되는 이마고부부치료의 개념과 기법’, ‘한국 내담자에 대한 이마고부부치료의 유용성’, ‘한국 내담자에게 적용이 어려운 경험’, ‘이마고부부치료 상담사로서의 활동이 개인 삶에 미친 영향’, ‘이마고부부치료 상담사로서 성장을 위한 필요’ 등 7개 영역을 도출하였다. 또한 영역에 따라 범주들과 의미를 구조화하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 이마고부부치료가 외연적 확장을 이루고 있는 현 상황에서 이마고부부치료 이론과 기법이 한국 상담 장면에서 어떻게 적용되고 정착되는지에 대한 이해를 돕기 위한 논의를 진행하였다. 또한 이마고부부치료의 적용 가능성에 대한 이해를 확대함으로써 한국 문화와 시대에 맞는 보다 효과적인 치료법으로 이마고부부치료를 정립하는 데 시사점을 제시하였다. This study was conducted to understand the experience of counselors applying Imago Couple Relationship Therapy (IRT) at the Korean counseling field. Twelve counselors who completed the Imago Couple Relationship Therapy Specialist Course and applied IRT in the field were selected as research participants, and data were collected and analyzed through a Consensual Qualitative Research (CQR) method. As a result of the analysis, seven domains were derived: Starting process as an IRT Counselor; Role experience of IRT counselor; Concepts and Techniques of IRT Used Importantly in the Field; The Usefulness of IRT for Korean Clients; Experience that is difficult to apply to Korean clients; The effect of the IRT counselor's activities on their own’s lives; Requirements for further growth as IRT counselor. Also, categories and meanings were structured according to these domains. Based on these findings, implications for counseling and study limitations were discussed.

사람 H-chain ferritin 유전자를 Agrobcterium-mediated transformation 방법으로 담배(Nicotiana tabaccum L)에 전이시켰다. 이를 위하여 사람 H-chain ferritin 유전자를 C_(S)VMV promotor와 NOS terminator를 운반하는 plant binary vector, pILTAB 357에 도입하였다. pILTAB 357를 포함하는 Agrobcterium tumefaciens LBA4404로 담배 잎 절편체를 감염시킨 후 형질전환 신초는 MS배지에 1 5 ㎎/L BA, 50 ㎎/L kanamycin 그리고 200 ㎎/L cefotaxim이 첨가된 1차 선발배지에서 유도하였다. 유도된 신초는 MS배지에 100 ㎎/L kanamycin과 200 ㎎/L cefotaxim이 포함된 2차 선발배지에서 뿌리를 유기하였다. 뿌리가 형성된 재분화 개체는 온실에서 재배하였으며 자가수분하여 종자를 수확하였다. 사람 H-chain ferritin유전자의 담배 genome내로의 전이여부를 H-chain ferritin 유전자내의 primer를 이용하여 PCR 방법으로 확인한 바 형질전환 개체에서 예상했던 560bp 단편을 볼 수 있었으나 형질전환을 시키지 않은 식물체에서는 PCR 산물을 확인할 수 없었다. Kanamycin 저항성 분석은 전이유전자의 후대로의 안정적인 유전을 보여 주었으며 저항성 종자들은 homozygous개체를 확보하기 위해 온실에서 재배 중에 있다. A human H-chain ferritin gene was introduced into tobacco (Nicotiana tabaccum L.) plants by Agrobcterium-mediated transformation. To introduce this gene, human ferritin gene was cloned into plant binary vector, pILTAB 357, horboring CsVMV promotor and nopalin synthase terminator (3' NOS). After infection with Agrobacterium tumefaciens LBA4404 containing pILTAB 357, transformed shoots were induced from first selection media (MS media + 1.5 ㎎/L BA + 50 ㎎/L kanamycin + 200 ㎎/L^(1) cefotaxim). Induced shoots were rooted in second selection media (MS media + 100 ㎎/L kanamycin + 200 ㎎/L cefotaxim). Rooted shoots were cultivated, selfed, and seeds were harvested in the green house. To confirm the transfer of the human H-chain ferritin gene in the genome of tobacco plants, PCR was conducted using specific primers of the H-chain femritin gene. A PCR fragment of 560 bp was obtained from each transformed plants, which is the predicted size of the H-cham ferritin gene but not from nontransformed plants. Kanamycin resistance assay showed that transgenes were stably inherited to next generation in all lines. These resistance seeds from each line were cultivated in the green house to obtain homozygous lines for further study.
