        Vapor Transport Epitaxy에 의한 GaN의 성장과 특성

        Highly c-axis oriented poly-crystalline GaN with a dimension of $1{\sim}3\;{\mu}m$ was deposited on $c-Al_2O_3$ substrate by vapor transport epitaxy (VTE) method at the temperature range of $900{\sim}1150^{\circ}C$. XRD intensities from (00'2) plane of grown GaNs were increased with reaction conditions which indicate the improvement of the crystal quality. In the PL spectra measured at 10 K, the spectrum composed with the neutral-donor bound exciton-related emission at 3.47 eV, crystal defect-related emission band at 3.42 eV and with its phonon replicas. The fact that intensity of $I_2$ were increased and FWHM were decreased with growth conditions means that the quality of GaN crystals were improved. With this simple VTE technology, we confirm that the GaNs were simply deposited on sapphire substrate and crystal quality related to optical properties of GaN grown by VTE were relatively good. PL emission without deep level emission in spite of polycrystalline structure can be applicable to the fabrication of large area and low cost optical devices using poly-GaN grown by VTE.

        GaOOH 선구체의 스핀코팅에 의한 GaN 박막의 성장

        GaN thin fan were grown by spin coated colloidal GaOOH precursor. Polycrystalline GaNs with crystalline size of $10{\sim}100nm$ were grown on $SiO_2$ substrate. The shape of crystallite above $900^{\circ}C$ had the hexagonal plate and column type. X-ray diffraction patterns for them correspond to those of the hexagonal wurtzite GaN. With increasing droplets. i.e, thickness of deposited layers, XRD intensity increased. PL (photoluminescence) spectrum consisted with an weak near band-edge emission at 3.45 eV and a broad donor-acceptor emission band at 3.32 eV. From the low temperature PL measurement on GaN grown at $800^{\circ}C$ that the shallow donor-acceptor recombination induced emission was more intense than the near band-edge excitonic emission.

        AlOOH로부터 AlN분말의 합성

        In this study, we report a method to synthesize the aluminum nitride (AlN) powders from aluminum oxyhydroxide (AlOOH). AlOOH powders were prepared from the aluminum hydroxide ($Al(OH)_3$) by heattreatment at the reaction temperature of $350^{\circ}C$. Simple heat treatment of AlOOH in the flow of $NH_3$ gas leads to the formation of hexagonal AlN powders through intermediate conversion of ${\delta}-,\;{\gamma}-$ and ${\alpha}-Al_2O_3$. The FTIR transmission spectra show a broad peak related to Al-N bonds centered around 690 $cm^{-1}$ confirming the presence of AlN. The major peaks in Raman spectra were observed in 250 $cm^{-1}$ and 659 $cm^{-1}$. From the results, synthesized powders from the AlOOH powders were confirmed AlN powders.

        단오는 음력 5월 5일로 우리나라 4대 명절의 하나이다. 단오는 일 년 중 양기가 가장 왕성한 날이라 해서 큰 명절로 여겨왔다. 이러한 단오와 관련 있는 대표적 역사적 실존 인물은 김유신과 범일국사이다. 범일국사는 강릉에서 출생하여, 이 지역을 위하여 공헌한 인물이다. 김유신은 이 지역의 수호신으로 존경을 받고 있다. 이들 중 범일은 강릉 출신이지만, 김유신은 그렇지 않다. 그리고 김유신과 범일국사 모두 단오와는 관련이 없다. 후대에 추앙을 받은 것이다. 그런데 후삼국시대의 궁예는 단오날 출생한 인물이며 강릉과도 관련이 있다. 궁예는 자신이 왕이 되기 전까지 가장 확실한 지역 근거로써 강릉을 배경으로 한다. 궁예가 강릉에 군대를 이끌고 왔을 때 강릉에서는 궁예를 ‘入’이라고 표현한 것처럼 영입하고 있다. 궁예의 여러 정복지역에서 ‘入’ 이라고 기록된 예는 강릉이 유일하다. 그리고 궁예는 이러한 강릉지역의 호응에 힘입어 이곳에서 군대를 14대(隊)로 나누는 등 체계적인 조직화를 꾀한다. 궁예는 강릉단오제와 관련하여 새롭게 부각되어야 할 역사인물 가운데 하나라고 할 것이다. 궁예의 이미지에 대해서도 포학한 군주라는 데서 최근 긍정적인 측면을 찾아보려는 노력이 행해지고 있다. 강릉단오제의 내용을 보다 풍부하게 하기 위해서라도 이러한 고대 인물의 발굴은 의미가 있다고 하겠다. Dana, the fifth day of the fifth month of the year according to the lunar calendar, is one of the four major feast days in Korea. People say that the Yang(陽) energy is most vitally animated on this day. Concerning Dana we have at least two people in history: one is Kim Yu-Shin(김유신) and the other is the National Buddhist monk Bomil(범일). This monk was born in Kang-Neung(강릉) and he made great services to his hometown. And Kim has been and is still respected in Kang-Neung as its Guardian spirit. Unlike Bomil, Kim does not have any relationship with Kang-Neung. While neither of them is directly related to the Dana festival, Gung-Ye(궁예), in the post Three-Kingdom period, was born on the Dana day. And he is closely related to Kang-Neung. Before he became a king, Kang-Neung used to be his foundation to build up his political and military power. When he led his army into Kang-Neung, historians wrote, “Gung-Ye entered(入) the region.” The term “entered”(入) has a connotation that the residents did not have antagonism to his army. This expression of welcoming tone is significant as we can hardly find similar expressions in his conquests. By the support of this area, Gung-Ye could organize his whole army, dividing it into 14 divisions(隊). In this respect, Gung-Ye could be reevaluated, noting his connection with Kang-Neung area. In addition to his image of cruel king, some recent scholars try to find some positive features from Gung-Ye. If we could recover historically-meaningful people, such as Gung-Ye, this sort of research could contribute to realize the contents of the Kang-Neung Dana festival.

        실버체육 지도자가 지각하는 노인 운동실천 공감대 형성방안

        This study tried to identify how the methods proposed by silver sports leaders became structuralized to construct a bond of sympathy on everyday sports of the elderly. To diagnose and validate the method to compose a bond of practice on exercise in the elderly, and thereby to maximize its utilization in policy, 372 silver sports administrator, silver sports professionals, professionals in physical education for the elderly, civil physical education leaders, and silver club leaders were selected as subjects. Samples were abstracted through open type questionnaires and responses were reviewed. Responses on open type questions regarding how to compose a bond of practice on sports for all of the elderly were classified and categorized according to content analysis process. From the content analysis total responses of 625 were identified. From them 27 factors and 1 other area were induced in the first classification (detailed areas), which were simplified to 17 factors in the second classification (theme area). In the third classification (general area) to generalize content analysis, 9 methods to compose a bond of sympathy were identified. Through materials collected here, 35 provisional scales were configured. Through exploratory factor analysis, 9 factors such as facility and space expansion factor, PR expansion factor, education reinforcement factor, goods supply factor, treatment improvement factor, perception change factor, governmental institution improvement factor, program development factor, and proactive service were found to be major factors. Such research results will provide useful information to compose a bond of practice on sports for all of the elderly and contribute to expand the base of sports for all of the elderly in our society.

        직물디자인을 위한 조직설계의 이론과 응용방법에 관한 연구

        This study is to understand weave structure through the method of fabric analysis which are the important parts to create interesting fabric surface. To understand rightly, It is necessary for the students to study systematically about the weaving. Especially these days, textile industries require specialists who have the knowledge & creativity in order to develop new materials and pattern. This thesis introduce how to create weave structure based on the steps. First, I describe three basic weave structures in order to explain the quality & types. And secondly, introduce practical manner to create interesting fabric. Special weaves such as Honey comb, Crepe and huckaback weaves to explore various structure. Finally, I suggest how to draft design for both hand loom & table loom as well as the new application to create weave structure for double weave.

        제직(製織)을 위한 직물설계를 통한 축융성 직물 소재의 사례연구

        텍스타일 디자인에 있어서 소재의 특성은 디자인의 이미지를 표현하는 중요한 수단이다. 특히 감성소재인 직물 개발에 있어서 소재의 물리적 특성 즉 색상, 촉감, 패턴, 드레이프 성(性) 텍스쳐(Texture) 등은 제품의 부가가치를 높일 수 있는 중요한 요소이며 소비자들의 미적 감성과 쾌적함, 기능적 편리함을 위해서 지속적으로 개발되고 있는 분야이다1) 직물소재 개발을 위한 제직(製織)에 있어서 직물설계(Weave Drafting)는 씨줄과 날줄의 1차원의 재료를 2차원 혹은 3차원의 입체물로 만들기 위한 방법으로 소재의 특성과 더불어 직물의 외관(外觀)과 기능을 결정짓는 중요한 요소이다2) 해외 선진국의 경우에 있어서는 업체별로 이 분야에 대한 전문적인 연구가 섬유 디자이너들에 의해서 이루어지고 있으나 우리나라의 경우 섬유업계의 종사자들이 이 분야에 대한 전문적인 연구가 미비한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 직물제직을 위해 필수적으로 알아야할 직물설계의 원리와 설계방법에 관하여 기술한 후 이를 응용한 여러 유형의 축융성 직물의 사례들을 소재의 특성과 연관하여 유형별로 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 직물설계, 제직(製織) 그리고 완성 후 수세(Washing) 과정을 통하여 축융성 직물의 설계과정에 관한 이해를 돕고자 하였으며, 효과적인 축융성 직물의 소재를 개발하는 과정을 도판설명과 함께 기술하여 텍스타일 소재 개발에 있어서 직물의 설계와 소재의 물리적 특성이 어떻게 서로 연관되어 새로운 직물을 만들어내는지에 관하여 알아보고자 한다. 마지막으로 컴퓨터 인터페이스 위브 프로그램(Computer Interface Weave Program)을 활용한 인테리어용 직물 소재개발의 사례들과 자카드 프로그램을 이용한 산업체 직물디자인의 사례들을 직물설계 과정과 함께 알아봄으로서 본 논고의 이해를 돕고자 한다. 본 연구를 통하여 섬유디자인 분야의 전공자와 종사자들이 직물설계의 원리와 방법을 이해하고 새로운 직물 소재를 개발하고 연구하는데 도움이 될 수 있기를 기대한다. In the textile field, material qualities are the significant methods to express design images. Especially in order to develope sensitive fabric materials, physical characters such as color, tactility, patterns, drape ability, texture are the important elements to create added value of the products as well as those elements have constantly developed for aesthetic sensitivity, comfort-ability, functional convenience of consumers. In the field of weaving for developing fabric materials, weave structure & drafting which bring surface to two or three dimensional effects based on warps & wefts are the significant elements to determine shape & function of fabrics included material qualities as well. However, for until now, It has shown lack of studies about weave structure & drafting among who belong to textile industries in Korea compares to foreign developed countries. Therefore, this article is to research various types of shrink-fabrics related with materials qualities after describe the theory of weave draft and technical know-how that are the essential knowledge for weaving. And also help to understand the processes of drafting for shrink-fabric related with the weaving and washing processes and describe effective methods for shrink-fabric materials with picture explanations in order to study how the fabric drafting and material characters are related with new fabric materials. Lastly, in order to help to understand, this article provide the case studies of fabric material developments by using computer interface weave program as well as examples of fabric designs in textile industries using jacquard program to help to understand. I am looking forward this research to help for the professions who belong to textile design-industry to study & develop new fabric materials.
