안전형 비납땜 틀고정 영구 접속형 멀티콘센트 개발에 관한 연구

Normally, multiple socket-outlet is manufactured with soldered, welded permanent connection (termination). Because this procedure is very non-environmental and requires many labor forces, many companies skip this process. To solve this these problems, this research had to design permanent joint type multiple socket-outlet, develop safer multiple socket-outlet than is sold in markets. Progressing this research, we took 3 steps. First, we had to design device for fixing a frame suitable for multiple socket-outlet. Second, this multiple socket-outlet must pass fundamental standards through international standard (IEC 60884-1) and Korean standard (K 60884-1) tests. Third, it had to pass both several mechanical and electrical tests which is more strict than fundamental standards and vibration and impact tests following KS standards for enhancing its safety. After finishing 3 steps, we could obtain objective and fair data, develop environmental permanent joint type multiple socket-outlet without soldering crimped connection.

The cutting tests of aluminum alloy for various hardnesses were carried out using CNC milling machine. The surface roughness(Ra, Rmax) of cut surface and cutting forces are measured at various cutting conditions such as spindle speed, feed speed and hardness. In the CNC end-milling, the surface roughness increases as feed speed increases and decreases as spindle speed increases. However, the bulit-up edge has occurred on in case of low hardness and low feed speed. In experimental conditions, as the hardness of aluminum alloy increases, the surface roughness(Ra, Rmax) decreases

The purpose of this study is to introduce the standard of the durability and evaluation method for paper shredder. The major evaluation criteria include shredding capability, shredding blade (or cutter) hardness and edge roughness, and durability. Due to the difficulties in assessing the durability directly, performance deterioration of the shredder was assessed by measuring the torque variation along with the variation in shredded chip size and load, thereby proposing the indirect method of assessing the paper shredder durability.
신경망 및 입력인자 민감도 분석을 이용한 연삭디스크의 가공조건 예측에 관한 연구

When most manufacturing company produce grinding product, operators decide grinding condition by experience and subjective judgment. The study on grinding manufacture have been developed to get the grinding condition with the same result when non-experienced or experienced worker work. The objective of this study is to develope the grinding condition and predict the result of grinding by neural network. Several discussions were made in following areas as; getting MRR with image processing, the architecture optimization of neural network with experiment design, analysis of the input neurons using sensitivity approach. The results showed that the developed approach was the best method in predicting grinding condition with respect to surface finish quality.
