In order to investigate the possibility of improvement of the open end spinning machine which has higher productivity and is more economical than the existing ones, 5 kinds of new open end spinning equipments were designed and operated to produce cotton yarns. The two of those five, enclosed rotor with grooved twister and open rotor with grooved twister, were operated only to produce yarns of Ne 8.5, Ne 4.0 respectively. The quality of both yarns were inferior. The other three types of five, the closed rotor, the closed rotor with radial twister and closed rotor with pinned twister, were operated to produce cotton yarns of Ne 11.0, Ne 11.9 and Ne 10.5 respectively. The quality of produced yarns with these three equipments was fairly good and acceptable.

회귀분석을 통한 토양 내 Pyr 농도로부터 BaP와 총 PAH의 예측기법

본 연구에서는 기존에 발표된 PAH 데이터 세트를 이용하여 BaP와 총 PAH의 예측을 위하여 통계적 분석을 시행하였다. 선형회귀 및 다중회귀 분석 결과, Pyr과 BaP (R<SUP>2</SUP> = 0.94), Pyr과 ΣPAH (R<SUP>2</SUP> = 0.99) 사이에 매우 높은 상관성을 보여주었다. 개발된 회귀식을 이용하여 다른 PAH 측정값과 비교하기 위하여 검증과 적용 연구를 시도한 경우, 예측한 PAH 농도는 서로 유사하였다. 통계적 분석을 통해서 Pyr과 BaP가 서로 상관성이 높은 것으로 조사되어 이들 화합물 모두 연소기원 형태로 분류 할 수 있을 것으로 여겨진다. 비록 BaP나 ΣPAH 예측에 어느 정도가 한계가 있을 수 있으나 개발된 회귀식을 이용할 경우 추가적인 측정 없이 PAH를 빠르게 대략적인 값을 계산 할 수 있는 장점이 있다. This study investigated the feasibility of a statistical approach for the prediction of BaP and total PAHs as pyrogenic sources. As results of regression, excellent linear and multiple correlations (r<SUP>2</SUP> > 0.94) were observed between BaP (or ΣPAH) and Pyr concentrations. When a developed prediction equation was applied to other investigations as validation and application studies, outstanding prediction results were obtained. The predictive model showed very good correlation between the measured and calculated ΣPAH. From this equation, Pyr was an apparently important hydrocarbon for the prediction of PAH. This model might provide a potentially useful tool for the calculation of average BaP and ΣPAH in a certain region without additional tests.

많은 자료(資料)를 관리(管理)하기 위한 새로운 미디어로서 역할이 기대되는 광(光)디스크 즉, 광학(光學)디지털디스크, 광학(光學)비디오디스크, CD-ROM 등은 각각 다른 목적으로 개발(開發) 보급(普及)되어 정보관리시장(情報管理市場)을 확장(擴張)해 가고 있다. 최근에는 CD-ROM에 고밀도(高密度)의 방대한 데이터 저장능력(貯蓄能力)을 갖고 있고, 저렴(低廉)한 비용(費用)으로 시스템을 설치(設置)할 수 있기 때문에 온라인 데이터베이스를 대신해서 온라인 검색(檢索)을 수행(遂行)하는 경향(傾向)이 증가(增加)하고 있다. 광(光)디스크를 정보관리분야(情報管理分野)에 어떻게 응용(應用)하는 것이 효율적(效率的)이고 경제적(經濟的)인가 하는 비전을 제시하기 위하여 각 관종별 도서관(圖書館) 및 정보관리실(情報管理室)에서 응용(應用)되는 시스템의 외국(外國) 사례(事例)를 조사(調査)하여 보았다. 그 결과 현재는 목록(目錄)시스템, 서지(書誌)데이터베이스의 온라인 검색(檢索)에 CD-ROM이 많이 사용되고 있었으며, 미래의 정보관리(情報管理)의 새로운 경향의 하나로 모든 그래픽정보(情報)와 디지털데이터를 포함한 모든 정보(情報)를 광(光)디스크에 이용하는 연구(硏究)가 계속되고 있어 광(光)디스크의 정보관리(情報管理)에 대한 응용(應用)이 증가추세(增加趨勢)에 있다. 따라서 광(光)디스크 시스템은 정보관리(情報管理)의 새로운 패턴을 창조(創造)해 가는 중요한 역할(役割)을 수행(遂行)해 갈 것이다. Optical laser discs are expected with it's roles as a new media to manage vast materials. Optical disc, optical videodisc, CD-ROM began to emerge from laboratories in the early seventies. By the passage of time, each of optical disc became to take particular significances to libraries. Also, each of optical discs were developed and disseminated with different objectives each other in information market. Recently, the storage capacity of CD-ROM disc began to lead to extensive consumer in on-line database market, and became an economic reality, because it's storage capacity is considerable over 600MB on a 12cm disc and it's system could be built in rather with cheap equipment. In my article, the optical disc retrieval system in libraries was investigated among various features in each kinds of libraries historically. And many efforts were attempted to present the possibilities which can apply on optical disc system. I relized that CD-ROM could be utilized at cataloging service and bibliographic database than other technical service. At the same time, I recognized that optical disc system could be used to retrieve all kinds of graphic information and digital data with retrieval system development. Therefore the tendancy of information management in future will be foreward to the way which apply optical discs on base of on-line and include all of graphic and digital database by using the developed retrieval software.

마찰진자를 이용한 면진장치의 원전 주 제어실 적용에 관한 연구

원전 주 제어실에 마찰진자 베어링을 이용한 면진시스템을 적용하기 위한 해석 및 실험적 연구를 수행하였다. 마찰진자 베어링을 제작하였으며 동적 물성치 시험을 통하여 이의 성능을 평가하였다. 강재 격자 바닥판, 캐비넷, 4개의 마찰진자로 구성된 주제어실의 부분 면진시스템 모형을 제작하고 진동시험대 실험을 수행함으로써 마찰진자 시스템의 원전 적용성을 평가하였다. 진동대 실험에서는 원전 스펙트럼을 이용한 인공지진파를 사용하였으며 마찰진자 위치 점의 층응답 스펙트럼의 변화를 통하여 면진 성능을 평가하였다. 향후 실험을 통하여 구현하기 어려운 실험변수의 영향을 검토하기 위하여 수치해석 모형을 작성하여 실험 결과 비교 검증하였다. An experimental and analytical study was performed to apply the friction pendulum system (FPS) to the main control room of a nuclear power plant. A friction pendulum bearing was fabricated, and the dynamic response of the bearing was evaluated. A partial model of a main control room attached to the FPS was tested on the shake table. The model consisted of a cabinet, a $3m\times3m$ access floor, and four friction pendulum bearings. The artificial time history based on the floor response spectrum of the main control room was used as the earthquake input signal in the test. Comparisons between the analytical study and the experimental study were conducted to verify the results and to extend the experimental study to the range of parameters that could not be experimentally studied.

도서관경영에 있어서 의사결정시스템에 관한 연구

This dissertation are studying the conceptual structure of decision making situation in libraries, by analyzing the library function, decision makings of library and then seeking economic and efficient alternative decision making by programming the· decision making situations, and finally, introducing how to apply management information system or decision making support system. For this purpose, in order to analyzing necessary factors for the decision making system, the questionnaire used Lickert method were distributed to 400 librarians of 36 universities in Seoul by means of mail. 193 librarians, $48\%$ of the questionnaire, are returned are studied by using 'SYSTAT' statistical software to figure out the factors of the decision making system. This dissertation was put six hypotheses and tested with the returned questionnaire. The following five result can be asserted. First, to the higher degree of the librarians' participation in the important library decision makings, the quality of formal library services are improved regardless of seniority of the work. Secondly, the t-test results show that all of t-test scores of seniority of the work, educational background, and responsibilities of the work are exceeding significant level and perception of decision making was proved to be different depending on seniority of the work, educational background, and responsibilities of the work in libraries. Thirdly, as the results of factor af factor analysis, the encouragement on participation in the library academic activities, the extent to get useful information about performances of library and the improvements of library works were grouped by similar posibilities of distribution and therfore the academic activities, the collection of information and the improvement of library performances is proved to be interrelational each other. Fourthly, the fifth hypothesis of the close relationship between the decision making situation and types of advisor by it was more or less interrelational, but their relationship was not seen some significancies. Lastly, as the dynamic organization of library management forming a special commitee or a project team with librarian can improve the extent and quality of the librarian's participation in the decision making of library works, and thus library will become to performance more rational and effective library management.

본연구(本硏究)는 정보(情報)의 누증(累增)과 사회구조(社會構造)의 다양화(多樣化)로 효율적(效率的)인 정보(情報)의 입수(入手), 처리(處理), 적합(適合)한 정보(情報)의 경제적(經濟的)인 선택(選擇) 등의 직면한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 도움을 줄 수 있는 의사결정지원(意思決定支援)시스템을 주로 다루었다. 의사결정이론(意思決定理論)의 분석(分析)과 그 논의점(論議點) 등을 분석(分析)하여 발전추세(發展趨勢) 점검해 보았고, 실제 의사결정(意思決定)을 지원할 수 있는 지원(支援)시스템을 개발하기 위하여 의사결정(意思決定)의 모델링의 이론(理論)을 조사해서 정보관리(情報管理) 의사결정(意思決定)시스템 개념의 모델을 제시했다. 결론적(結論的)으로 의사결정(意思決定) 구조분석기술(構造分析技術)은 '확율이론(確率理論)과 여러 상황(狀況)의 기회(機會)노드를 연결해서 불확실(不確實)한 상황(狀況)에서 합리적인 의사결정을 수행하기 위한 것이므로 정보가치(情報價値)의 금전적(金錢的)인 기대(期待)값과 기대이윤가치(期待利潤價値)를 산출(算出)하여 정보관리실(情報管理室) 운영(運營)에 필요한 다양한 결정을 유도해낼 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to investigate a decision making support system for the effective information management. Decision making theory is reviewed and problems are discussed. A model is suggested through the computing of expected monetary value in decision tree technique. The expected monetary value is computed by 1 inking the probability theory with chance node. The selection of right expected monetary value and expected value of perfect information will make great advance the present system. It is concluded that expected monetary value and expected value of perfect information in decision tree techniques will make great aids to advance information management system.

CD-ROM 데이터베이스의 정보검색(情報檢索) 연구

이 논문은 최근에 급속히 증가하고 있는 CD-ROM 데이터베이스의 수집과 그 효율적인 이용에 대한 방안의 연구로, 주로 각종 CD-ROM 데이터베이스의 제작방향(製作方向) 및 수집방법에 관한 아이디어를 제공하고, CD-ROM 데이터베이스의 검색(檢索) 효율성(效率性)을 높이기 위한 메뉴 화면구성 및 그 구체적인 정보검색 기법을 비교 분석해 본 것이다. 본 논문은 그러한 분석 결과를 통하여 이상적인 메뉴 화면의 제안과 표준(標準) 정보검색(情報檢索) 기술이 무엇인가를 규명하여 하나의 표준(標準)이 될 수 있는 기법을 제시하고자 시도하였다. This is a practical study on acquisition and efficiently use of CD-ROM databases of diverse subject areas which in recent has rapidly increased in quantity. This study was concentrated on the proposition of production CD-ROM database and intended to give effective ideas of its design. I analysed and compared several CD-ROM databases in aspects of their menu configuration and information retrieval technics, so that may present a rational norm.
