이산화황(SO<sub>2</sub>) 패드가 상온저장 중 곶감 및 감말랭이의 품질에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 곶감과 감말랭이의 국내 소비촉진과 수출 활성화를 도모하기 위하여 이산화황 패드처리(Sodium metabisulphate 0, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 g/kg)가 상온저장 중 품질에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위해 수행되었다. 이산화황 패드처리 는 곶감과 감말랭이의 중량, 수분감소율 및 가용성 고형물 함량에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 그러나 저장 8주 후 곶감과 감말 랭이의 표면 색차(ΔE)는 무처리구에서 각각 6.0, 6.2로 가장 높은 반면, 이산화황 패드 2 g/kg 처리구에서 각각 4.8, 4.7로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 곶감의 갈변도는 무처리구에서 0.65 O.D.로 가장 높았으며, 이산화황 패드 0.5 g/kg 처리구 0.57 O.D. 와 이산화황 패드 1.0 g/kg 처리구 0.29 O.D., 이산화황 패드 2.0 g/kg 처리구 0.18 O.D. 순으로 나타나 이산화황 패드 농도가 높을수록 낮은 수치를 보였다. 또한 감말랭이의 갈변도는 곶감과 유사한 경향으로 나타났다. 곶감과 감말랭이의 부패 율은 저장 8주 후 무처리구에서 각각 33.3%, 36.7%로 가장 높은 반면, 이산화황 패드 2.0 g/kg 처리구에서 각각 3.3%, 6.7%로 가장 낮았다. 모든 이산화황 패드 처리구에서 잔류 이산화황 농도는 허용한계치 이내인 15.3∼30.0 ppm인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이산화황 패드처리는 곶감과 감말랭이의 갈변 및 부패를 억제시킴을 확인하였으며, 이산화황 패드처리 2.0 g/kg가 곶감과 감말랭이의 저장 간 품질유지 및 관리에 가장 효과적인 것으로 판단된다. The effect of SO<sub>2</sub> treated pads (Sodium metabisulphate 0, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 g/kg) on the quality of dried persimmons and dried persimmons slices were investigated. The SO<sub>2</sub> treated pads did not affect to weight, moisture loss rate, and soluble solid contents of dried persimmons and dried persimmons slices. The color change (ΔE) of dried persimmons and dried persimmons slices after storage for 8 weeks were the highest (value=6.0, 6.2) in control, whereas that was the lowest (value=4.8, 4.7) under SO<sub>2</sub> pad 2.0 g/kg condition, respectively. When we measured the browning degree of dried persimmons, they showed O.D. 0.65, 0.57, 0.29, and 0.18 in serial dilution treated pads with SO<sub>2</sub> pad 0, 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0 g/kg. The browning degree data from aforementioned dried persimmons after 8 weeks was similar to that from dried persimmons slices. The decay rate of dried persimmons and dried persimmons slices after storage for 8 weeks were the highest (value=33.3%, 36.7%) in control, whereas that was the lowest (value=3.3%, 6.7%) under SO<sub>2</sub> pad 2.0 g/kg condition, respectively. The concentration of residual SO<sub>2</sub> in dried persimmons and dried persimmons slices were detected within a safe range of 15.3∼30.0 ppm. Therefore, the shelf-life of dried persimmons and dried persimmons slices were lengthened in SO<sub>2</sub> treated pads (especially in SO<sub>2</sub> pad 2.0 g/kg) for inhibiting of browning and decay.
붉은덕다리버섯 균사체로 발효한 홍삼 배양액의 cell migration 및 항염 효능에 관한 연구

홍삼(Red Ginseng; RG)은 인삼보다 더 높은 생체 흡수율과 다양한 약리효과를 갖는 특이한 진세노사이드 (Rg2, Rg3)를 함유하고 있다. 따라서 오랫동안 많은 사람들의 건강을 위해 이용되어 왔다. 또한 발효는 유효한 생리활성을 갖는 저분자의 물질들을 생성하기 때문에 많은 연구자들이 생물학적 활성에 대해 오랫동안 연구해오고 있다. 본 연구에서는 홍삼을 붉은덕다리버섯 균사체로 7일 동안 발효하였다. HPLC 분석 결과 진세노사이드 Rg1, Re 및 Rb2가 각각 0.24, 0.25, 0.16 mg/g에서 0.12, 0.1, 0.03 mg/g으로 함량 감소를 확인하였고, 홍삼 붉은덕다리 균사체배양액(Fermented Red Ginseng; FRG)의 항염, 세포 이동, 항산화, 콜라겐 타입 I 합성과 MMP-1 억제효능에 대한 생물학적 효능을 확인하였다. 그 결과, FRG는 RG보다 항염 및 cell migration 촉진효과가 더 우수하였다. FRG는 LPS로 유도된 RAW 264.7 대식세포의 NO 생성을 억제하였으며, iNOS와 IL-6의 발현을 mRNA 수준에서 억제하였다. 이 결과로 FRG는 새로운 항염소재로서 제안이 가능하다고 사료된다. Red ginseng (RG) contains specific ginsenosides (Rg2, Rg3) which show various pharmacological effects and absorption rate in the body better than panax ginseng. Therefore many people have been used it for health for a long time. Furthermore, many researchers have been studying its biological activities for a long times because fermentation generates lots of beneficial small molecules good for health. In this study, we fermented red ginseng with mycelium of Leatiporus sulphures var. miniatus for 7 days. As a result, we found that three ginsenosides Rg1, Re and Rb2 were decreased from 0.24, 0.25, 0.16 mg/g to 0.12, 0.1, 0.03 mg/g respectively HPLC analysis. In addition, we studied biological activities of fermented red ginseng (FRG) about skin ageing such as anti-inflammation, cell migration, anti-oxidation, collagen type 1 synthesis, and MMP-1 inhibition activities. As a result, FRG were shown higher anti-inflammatory and cell migration promoting activities than RG. FRG inhibited production of nitric oxide (NO) and mRNA expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and decreased interleukin (IL)-6 induced by LPS stimulation in RAW 264.7 cells. In conclusion, this study suggest that FRG could be a potential source as a new natural anti-inflammatory agent.
한국해군 함정 통신장비 안테나의 통합마스트 탑재 가능성

마스트는 해군 함정에서 가장 높은 구조물로, 장거리 통신 및 레이더 가시거리(LOS, Line Of Sight) 확보를 위해 각종 통신기와 레이더 안테나들이 설치된다. 통합마스트는 레이더 반사 면적(RCS, Radar Cross Section)을 줄일 수 있어 함 생존성 향상을 기대할 수 있기 때문에 최근 미국, 유럽 등 해외에서 건조되는 함정에 적용되고 있는 비율이 늘고 있다. 본 논문에서는 해외에서 통합마스트를 적용할 경우 통신 안테나의 통합 현황 및 안테나 개발 사례를 분석하였다. 그리고 한국 해군의 운용 통신망을 분석하여 통합마스트를 적용할 경우 통신기 안테나 형태에 따른 함정 RCS 영향, 다양한 대역의 통신기 안테나의 통합마스트 통합 가능성과 고려사항을 제시하였다. The mast is the highest structure in a naval ship, and various communication and radar antennas are installed to achieve long-range communications and line of sight. The U.S. and European navy currently are adopting integrated mast to their new ships, as it can reduce the Radar Cross Section(RCS) of the new ships and thus improve survivability of the ship. In this paper, when other navies adopt integrated masts on new ships, types of antennas, according to the cases that the antennas are integrated on the integrated mast or not, are analyzed. Also the types of antennas and transmission techniques for the radio communication equipments of the Korean Navy are analyzed in various frequency bands. For adopting an integrated mast on Korean new ships, the effects of the ship RCS according to the types of antennas, the possibility of integration the antennas and the integrated mast and considerations were presented.
산악철도 개발을 위한 법령검토 및 사업추진 방안에 관한 연구

With the global adoption of the reduction policy on greenhouse gas and environmental pollution, that is 'low carbon green growth', the central and local governments strive to increase their investments in railways in an effort to replace fossil fuels, and seek the ways to diversify and vitalize the tourism resources taking full advantage of the railway systems. Seoul metro has therefore launched 'A research on the development of the Bukhan mountain railway' for the establishment of the environmentally friendly tourism belt making good use of Mt. Bukhan, the only national park in the Seoul metropolitan area, with its picturesque scenery. This paper pursues the basic directions for the application scope of the relevant laws and regulations for the development of the mountain railways as part of our continuing effort to further 'A study on the development of the Bukhan mountain railway' along with the review on the project implementation policy pursuant to the applicable laws on private investment for social infrastructures.

The present study was conducted for a comparative evaluation of wet and dry floor heating systems using geothermal heat pump. We circulated hot water from geothermal heat pump which is 10{sim}15?C lower than that from boiler. In order to access indoor temperature (25?C) it took 74 minutes for dry type and 247 minutes for wet type. Average floor temperature was 23.9?C for wet type and 32.7?C for dry type. Energy saving rate gradually increased by 66% after 138 minutes. As a result, in case of floor heating system using low temperature circulation water, dry type was more practicable for stable floor heating than wet type in terms of floor temperature and access time to indoor set temperature.

In the results, for floor heating system using low temperature circulation water, wet type was not enough to meet stable and comfortable radiant floor heating due to low floor temperature and access time to indoor set temperature. While dry type was practicable for stable floor heating due to fast rise of indoor set temperature and comfortable floor temperature.

A serious of test were conducted to examine the effects of the reinforcement length to the geosynthetic reinforced soil (GRS) wall models. The strength for the GRS wall with increased reinforcement length was improved. The failure in GRS wall models shows ductile behavior however the failure in unreinforced wall model shows inelastic behavior.
