「일출(日出) - 신,망,애(信,望,愛)」시리즈 작품 분석을 통한 바디 페인팅 연구

This research has an purpose of enhancing the design capabilities of the body painting motivated with the drawings by applying the represented patterns and colors of the works into body painting designs and creating them. Since the body painting is so similar with the drawings but a cubic canvas so-called as the body is given, delicate planning is prerequisite for the design process. More than anything else, picking the very drawings that are matched up with various patterns and beautiful colors should be made in order to proceed with creative design conceptualization. Among a wide range of the drawings that meets the requirements, a series entitled as Sun Rise-Faith, Hope, and Love was chosen. One of the research methods was to make an advisory consultation with a painter, Dong-kwon Shin by interview, collect 745 paintings of series of the Sun Rise - Faith, Hope, and Love, categorized and analyzed their patterns into 8 types. In addition, after selecting desirable colors that can be utilized for body-painting, we produced the image scale as well as tone map by utilizing solid coated of custom functions equipped by the color picker throughout Adobe Photoshop CS program and changing the transcription method into the pantone method. After that, based on the desirable patterns and colors for body-painting, image map is produced. Throughout this, a design proposal is documented and the body painting work is fully completed. In this way, the examples of analyzing methods represented by the patterns and colors were indicated, and they will be much helpful to get used to the threedimensional sense through applying the features of surface-level work into a cubic body.
대기업 정규직 여성 비서직무 경험자들의 경력전환에 관한 질적 연구

본 연구는 대기업 정규직 여성 비서들의 비서직무와 경력전환 경험을 수집하고 분석함으로써 이들이 경력전환을 시도하게 된 동기요인과 경력전환 전과 후에 겪게 되는 어려움을 규명하고 이에 대한 시사점을 찾고자 한다. 이를 위해 대기업 정규직 여성 비서들의 경력전환의 체험과정을 그들의 관점에서 이해하고 해석하고자 질적 사례연구방법으로 연구를 수행했다. 본 연구의 대상자는 경력을 전환한 전직 비서 5명과 현직 비서 3명으로 구성된다. 심층면담은 예비조사와 본조사 2차례를 실시하였으며, 반구조화된 면담으로 진행되었다. 연구결과, 첫째, 비서들이 경력전환을 시도하는 동기요인은 업무적 특징 및 한계, 사회적 인식,지속적인 스트레스, 상사의 짧은 임기, 비서의 근무수명 및 직급체계, 상사와의 갈등으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경력전환을 시도하기 전에 겪는 어려움으로는 경력전환 프로그램의 부재, 목표와 비전 설정의 미흡, 경력전환의 실패와 심리적 두려움으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경력전환을 시도한 이후에 겪는 어려움으로는 업무적인 어려움과 구성원들과의 갈등으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 비서 개인의 노력과 더불어 조직 차원에서 체계적으로 경력을 관리하고 지원해 주어야 더욱 효과적인 경력전환이 이루어진다는 것을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to gain a better understanding of female full-time executive assistants’ career transition process. It attempts to clarify the difficulties faced by female full-time executive assistants employed at major corporations before and after their career transition, including the reasons and motivations for their career transition. By collecting and analyzing narratives of their work and career transition experiences, this case study looks at the entire career transition process using qualitative research method. The subjects of this study include five former executive assistants who changed their careers, and three currently employed executive assistants. In-depth interviews were carried out twice, with preliminary interviews followed by semi-structured interviews. The results from the study are as follows: First, motivations behind the executive assistants’ career transition are inherent limitations of the job, social prejudice, continuous stress, executives’ short tenure, limitation in the rank system, relatively short tenure of executive assistants, and conflicts with the executives. Second, a lack of career transition programs, inadequacy of goal setting and vision building, possibility of failure at career transition and psychological stress were found to be the main difficulties faced by the executive assistants prior to their attempts at career transition. Third, the former and current executive assistants surveyed in this study claimed that work-related stress and trouble with co-workers are the main difficulties at the post-career transition stage. In light of the result of this study, it is proposed that career transition can be made more effective when it is managed and supported at the organizational level as well as at the individual level.
