Purpose : The purpose of the present study is to report the effect of proprioception of ankle after kinesiotaping application on ankle. Method : This study has conducted to target 30 average adult subjects with no damage to the ankle joint (16 males and 14 females). The group is divided into experimental group and sham groups in random way. The subjects in the experimental group are applied taping kinesiology on ankle joint. The subjects in the sham group are applied a sham taping on the ankle joint which is not actually affected for real ankle joint problem. Each subjects in both groups has tree trials in plantarflexion, dorsiflexion, inversion, and eversion before and after application of the kinesiotaping or sham taping of the bare footed ankle. The outcome were determined from the difference between the target angle and the trial angle produced by the subject. Results : These results from the experiment shows that the experimental group compared to the difference in kinesiotaping angle values were significantly different from each dorsiflexion (DF), eversion (EV) (p<.05). Otherwise, in the sham group did not produce significant differences in any joint movement. In addition, when we compared between two groups (the experimental and sham groups), it did not show that there was significant differences. Conclusion : First, there is no significant difference between the sham group and kinesiotaping group after proprioceptive tests. Second, even though there is no significant outcome in statistical analysis, there is actual differences in the experiment. This result might be ceiling effect, and if the kinesiotaping were applied to actual ankle injury patients, this taping treatment could be very effective for curing this patient.

Global warming and environmental pollution have become a serious social issue. Also, various waste disposal problems are inevitable. In other words, since these wastes can contaminate and invade people"s quality of life and their homes, there is a great need for people to solve environmental problems and solve the waste issues. In particular, marine debris has become more than just water and environmental pollution, polluting our quality of life and our communities. The absence of facilities that only deal with marine debris is serious, but simply waste management facilities must be properly planned and implemented. In other words, it is necessary to accurately understand the needs of the residents and to understand and approach on the cultural level and on the basis of lifestyle. Therefore, this study aims to plan marine debris disposal facilities using the characteristics of ocean currents. In order to plan the marine debris disposal facility, it is necessary to first evaluate the residential environment and the degree of damage of residents and fishermen near the coastline where garbage is collected due to currents in Korea. And it is necessary to maximize the processing capacity by calculating scientific evidence using currents. The marine debris disposal facilities utilizing these currents will ultimately have a great meaning to preserve the global environment, and will protect the foundations of our lives and protect the clean environment that will be passed down to future generations.

In this paper an integrated model of PV-AF (Photovoltaic-Active Filter) and PV-SPE(Photovoltaic Solid Polymer Electrolyte) system using PSCAD/EMTDC were explained in detaiil. The main concept of PV-AF system starts from the 'harmonics'. In order to deliver power to utility, PV system essentially needs a converter system. Here PV-AF system adds the function of active filter to the converter system installed in PV system, which was introduced already in several papers. PV-SPE system has been studied as a replacement of existing hydrogen production technology that emits large amount of carbon dioxide into atmosphere. Until now, these two systems, PV-AF and PV-SPE, have been considered separately However, in this paper, characteristics and advantages of combined system are discussed in detail.

인터넷은 best-effort network를 근간으로 하기 때문에 대용량의 비디오 스트리밍을 제공하기에는 대역폭의 제한과 패킷 손실과 같은 다양한 문제가 발생한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 다양한 방법들이 제안 되었는데, 본 논문에서는 다수의 송신측이 하나의 수신측으로 FEC를 이용하여 비디오 스트리밍을 제공할 때, 수신측의 ACK에 부가정보를 추가하여 FEC의 성능 개선과 분산 스트리밍 제어가 가능한 기법을 제안한다.
