In this study, the texturing and the emitter formation processes were carried out with the wafer adhesion method to increase the productivity and reduce the production cost of the multi-crystalline silicon solar cell. After fabricating 156x156mm solar cell according to the wafer adhesion method, the operation characteristics were analyzed and compared with those of the solar cell fabricated by the standard process method. In the case of a solar cell formed by the wafer adhesion method, it showed Jsc of 32.87㎃/㎠, Voc of 0.612V, FF of 78.04% and efficiency of 15.71% respectively. The efficiency of the solar cell formed by the wafer adhesion method was 0.1% higher than that of the solar cell formed by the standard method. In addition, the productivity of the texturing and the emitter formation processes is expected to be approximately doubled. Therefore, it is expected that the manufacturing cost of the multi-crystalline solar cell can be reduced due to the improved productivity compared with the standard process.

In the curtain coating, liquid curtain that falls freely before impinging on the substrate is subject to more instabilities, for example, the periodic oscillations in viscous curtain, and is more susceptible to external disturbances, air pressure and substrate speed for example, than other coating methods. Thus, computer-aided theoretical modeling is valuable in understanding, predicting, and controlling the curtain behavior. In this study, flow dynamics and stability of simplified curtain flow have been investigated. Effects of process conditions such as Reynolds number, capillary number, air pressure difference, etc. on the process stability and sensitivity have been fully examined. Also, how accurate and valuable the simplified model will be has been investigated by comparing results of both simplified 1D and 2D models.
전통놀이를 활용한 자존감 프로그램이 ADHD 성향 아동의 자존감 및 또래 관계에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of a self-esteem program using traditional games on self-esteem and peer-relationship of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) tendency. Fifty-two elementary children with ADHD tendency in City C and City D in Chungcheongnam-do Province were assigned to an experimental group (n=24) and a comparative group (n=28). The instruments were a self-esteem scale, and a peer relationship skills scale. The results of the study are as follows. First, there were significant improvements in the whole self-esteem of the experimental group. Second, there were significant improvements in general self-esteem and social self-esteem, but there were no significant differences in learning and domestic self-esteem among the sub-factors. Third, there were significant improvements for both whole peer-relationship and self-directing and cooperation and sympathy among the sub-factors in peer-relationship of the experimental group in comparison with the comparative group. The findings of the study suggest that the self-esteem program using traditional games could be one of the useful programs to improve self-esteem and peer-relationship of children with ADHD tendency. 본 연구의 목적은 전통놀이를 활용한 자존감 프로그램이 ADHD 성향 아동의 자존감과 또래관계에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 전통놀이를 활용한 12회기의 자존감 프로그램을 개발하여 그 효과성을 검증하였다. 연구대상은 충청남도 C시와 D시의ADHD 성향을 보이는 아동, 실험집단 28명, 비교집단 28명 중 실험집단의 4명이 중도 탈락하여 총 52명(실험집단 24명, 비교집단 28명)을 대상으로 실시되었으며, 연구도구는 자존감 척도, 또래관계 기술척도를 사용하였다. 연구결과는 우선 전통놀이를 활용한 자존감 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단에서 사전검사와 사후검사 간에 전체 자존감 평균과 하위요인 중 일반적 자존감과 사회적 자존감 평균에서 유의한 차이를 보였으나, 학업적 자존감과 가정적 자존감에는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 또한 또래관계에서도 전체 또래관계 평균과 하위요인 중 주도성과 협동· 공감 영역에서 비교집단에 비해 유의한 차이를 보였다. 이는 개발된 전통놀이를 활용한 자존감 프로그램이 ADHD 성향 아동의 자존감 및 또래관계를 증진하는데 효과적임을 시사하였으며, 추후연구의 제언점도 함께 제시하였다.
