The purpose of this study is to summarize the congenital anomalies of the lumbosacral spine and exhibit the statistical data for these anomalies. This study was done at 1152 candidates random sample of people which got the pre-employment examination of the lumbosacral spine in Hwa-Soon Coal Mining Company in Hwa-Soon Gun from 1965 to 1973. This pre-employment examination of the lumbosacral spine is . required by many heavy industrial organizations and companies in anywhere of the world. And therefore, this examnation has decreased the industrial disaster compensatory money very much. The result of this study revealed that the following asymptomatic condition of the lumbosacral spine should not be employed for assigning to heavy labor in the industrial hygienic standpoint as the basic policy for the pre-employment. 1) Asymptomatic spina bifida oculta. 2) Lumbarization of first sacrum. 3) Asymptomatic asymmetric facets. 4) Asymptomatic latent spondylolys.is or spondylolisthesis. 5) Sacralization of last lumbar. 6) Accessory ossification center. 7) Columnar or block vertebra. 8) OEt.oarthritic change. etc. The order of frequency in significant anomalies is as follows. Spina bifida of first sacral spine is the highest inscidense, 16.9%, next was lumbarization of first sacral spine, 9.9% thirdly, asymmetrical facets of lumbosacral joints, 8.1%, for:rthly, spondylolysis and spondylolisthesis, 5.5%, fiftly, extrasegment 4.8%, sithly, sacrization 2.3%, My statistical study has prohibit that spina bifida is the most common congenital anomaly of lumbosacral spine. These studies would bring some interest not only to the orthopedist but also to radiologist in academic standpoint.

The Prototype Gen IV sodium cooled fast reactor (PGSFR) has been developed for the last 4 years, fulfilling the technology demonstration of the burning capability of transuranic elements included in light water reactor spent nuclear fuel. The PGSFR design has been focused on the robustness of safety systems by enhancing inherent safety characteristics of metal fuel and strengthening passive safety features using natural circulation and thermal expansion. The preliminary safety information document as a major outcome of the first design phase of PGSFR development was issued at the end of 2015. The project entered the second design phase at the beginning of 2016. This paper summarizes the overall structures, systems, and components of nuclear steam supply system and safety characteristics of the PGSFR. The research and development activities to demonstrate the safety performance are also briefly introduced in the paper.

In this thesis, it presents a study of main issues of a revised bill of the Door-to-Door Sales Act (hereinafter referred to as 'revised bill') in three articles which has been submitted to a National Assembly and shows a comparison of the revised bill. This paper explains contents and purposes of the revised bill and analyzes strong and weak points comparatively. Additionally, it includes a writer's personal opinion on main issues of the revised bill. The revised bill presents main issues including a definition of multilevel sales and a change of standard in computing total support allowances. Under the current regulation, the conditions to become a multilevel sales organization are as follows: ① A registration of a salesman is carried out by stages targeting consumers who buy goods and the level of the registered salesman reaches the level three and ② giving economical benefits (support allowances and retail profits) towards sales and activities to attract people for a registration are used as inducement. Toward this regulation, the revised bill defines multilevel sales in a different manner and distinguishes clearly with door-to-door sales. The writer also views that door-to-door sales are considered as a form of the first level of salesman who only receives commissions by selling door to door. Other than this form should be considered as multilevel sales. Regarding the calculation standards of support allowance, the current regulation stipulates that a basis of a commission should be a total amount of supplied goods when it comes to an intermediation. But the revised bill stipulates not to provide more than 35% on the basis of the total amount of supplied goods without distinguishing consignment or intermediation. It is concerned that the revised bill might be viewed as a chance of giving excessive support allowances to multilevel salesmen who mainly deal with intermediation.

A performance of up-to-date evaluated nuclear data files, ENDF/B-VII.0, JEFF-3.1, JENDL-3.3, JENDL-AC2008 was assessed for three metallic fuelled BFS critical assemblies, BFS-73-1, BFS-75-1, and BFS-55-1 by using Monte-Carlo analysis code MCNP. The impacts of microscopic cross sections in the up-to-date evaluated nuclear data files on integral parameters were clarified by the analyses. The update of Zr cross section leads to the calculated k-effective lower than that of ENDF/B-VI.6. The revision of U-238 inelastic scattering cross section makes large difference in the predicted k-effectives between the libraries, which depends on the amount of U-238 in the fuel among the critical assemblies. The results of the spectral indices and reaction rate ratios shows the improvement of the up-to-date evaluated nuclear data files for the U-238, Np-237, Pu-240 fission reactions, however, there are still need of further improvement for other minor actinide cross sections. In addition to the analyses with existing evaluated nuclear data files, a few isotope-wise combination from the up-to-date data files for better prediction of integral parameters were made and assessed for the BFS critical assemblies.
