폴리싱 타일의 건식벽체 적용을 위한 유기·무기질 혼합계 타일접착제의 부착안정성 평가 연구

In recently, polishing tile(porcelain homogeneous polished tile) was used in the construction field as a finishing material. But, there happened some problems such as tile exfoliation by construction condition in early ages. Also, in the dry wall system which used to lightweight wall, for use of polishing tile on dry wall, the examination of adhesive stability of polishing tile is needed. In this paper, adhesive strength of polishing tile was investigated by powder and liquid tile bond(Organic·Inorganic mixed tile bond) on gypsum board and non asbestos board coated by tar-urethane waterproofing membrane(Series Ⅰ). Then, the effect of heat stress and vibration was estimated on gypsum and non asbestos board(Series Ⅱ).

Waterproofing, often rated first among the most frequent causes of construction complaints, continually creates unnecessary problems. So, there was many researches to make more impervious waterproofing system than before. Bentonite mat has been used waterproofing material because of its swelling properties in the water condition. But, in domestic, there has any prescription to test the bentonite mat whether it has sufficient performance to use in the field conditions. In this paper, swelling properties of bentonite powder and mat was investigated. Then water permeability coefficient was measured by the triaxial permeability testing method(ASTM D 5084).
혼화재 종류 및 친환율에 따른 콘크리트의 염소이온 침투저항성 평가에 관한 연구

This research was to investigate the invasion and diffusion properties of chloride ion on the concrete containing mineral admixtures. Mineral admixtures contained in mixes were fly-ash, ground granulated blast-furnace slag, silica fume, and meta-kaolin. For the Rapid Chloride Penetration Test(RCPT), Tang and Nilsson's test method was used to estimate chloride ion diffusion coefficients of that mixes. And the RCPT test results were compared with the penetration depth measured from long-term ponding test with 3.6% sodium chloride solution. As a result, the diffusion coefficient of chloride ion were reduced with the use of mineral admixtures and the compressive strength was related with the diffusion coefficient of chloride ion. The diffusion coefficients from the RCPT and the penetration depth at 91 days of ponding test with the sodium chloride solution have a well established.
