Environmental problem of the solid propellants is an issue of growing importance in solid rocket. For examples, ammonium perchlorate (AP) as an solid propellants oxidizer could create a poisonous gas and atmospheric pollutions, such as HCl. Among the several oxidizers, N-guanylurea dinitramide (GuDN) is an effective candidate substance for eco-friendly oxidizer, which has high performance, pressure exponent, and eco-friendly smog during combustion for solid propellant of gas generator. In this paper, the theoretical analysis of characteristics as a gas generator propellant, propellant manufacturing processability, propellant hardness properties and combustion characteristics were studied.

유해 중금속을 함유하고 있는 제철 폐기물 슬러지를 안전하게 처리하기 위하여 고로 수쇄 슬래그와 포틀랜드 시멘트를 이용한 중금속 고화용 슬래그 시멘트, 고황산염 시멘트를 제조하여 폐슬러지의 고화를 시도하였다. 고로 수쇄 슬래그와 보통포틀랜드 시멘트를 6:4로 혼합하고 여기에 자극제로서 CaO를 10% 가한 슬래그 시멘트 재료를 사용한 경우, STS 슬러지는 C-S-H 그리고 ettringite와 monosulfate 등의 수화물이 생성되면서 강도가 지속적으로 증가함을 보여주고 있지만 성상과 성분이 다른 BF 슬러지와 COREX 슬러지에 적용하였을 때는 강도 발현이 좋지 않았다. 하지만 고화처리용 슬래그 시멘트를 이용하여 STS에 BF 및 COREX 슬러지를 각각 5:5로 혼합한 혼합슬러지에 적용한 경우 고화체의 강도는 슬래그 시멘트를 이용한 경우 폐기물 고화 처리 기준을 상회하는 충분한 강도를 보였다. 한편, 수쇄슬래그, 반수석고, 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트에 자극제를 혼합한 폐기물 처리용 고황산염계 시멘트를 이용하여 고화가 힘들었던 COREX 슬러지에 적용한 결과, 3일 강도가 이미 고화처리기준을 상회하는 좋은 결과를 얻어, 이 시멘트 재료로서 COREX 슬러지의 고정/안정화도 가능함을 보여주고 있다. Slag cement and supersulfated slag cement were fabricated by mixing blast furnace slag and ordinary portland cement and adapted to solidify/stabilize heavy metal contained hazardous waste sludge. In case of slag cement, it showed continuous increase of their compressive strengths, which is attributed to the formation of the C-S-H, ettringite and monosulfate with STS sludge. However, BF and COREX sludge has a different shape and composition. therefore, adequate compressive strength could not be achieved with this slag cement. In case of the mixture of the each sludge like the STS-BF or the STS-COREX, the compressive strength over the standard level for disposing the wastes could be obtained with slag cement. The supersulfated slag cement that contain accelerators was very effective in solidifying the COREX sludge, which was difficult to solidify using different cement and obtained high compressive strength only for 3 days.

일반적인 고체추진제의 산화제인 ammonium perchlorate (AP)는 염산과 같은 독성 가스와 대기오염을 발생시켜 환경적 문제를 야기한다. 산화제 중 N-guanylurea dinitramide (GuDN)는 높은 성능과 압력 지수를 가지고 있으며, 가스발생기 추진제에서 연소하는 동안 친환경적인 연기를 배출하는 성질을 가지고 있기 때문에 환경 친화적으로 효과적인 후보 물질이다. 본 논문에서는 가스발생기 추진제로서 추진제 특성 및 연소특성에 대하여 연구하였다. The corrosion of steel reinforcing bar(re-bar) has been the major cause of the reinforced concrete deterioration. FRP(Fiber-reinforced polymer) reinforcing bar has emerged as one of the most promising and affordable solutions to the corrosion problems of steel reinforcement in structural concrete. In this study, long-term durability performance of FRP re-bar were evaluated. The mechanical and durability properties of two type of CFRP- and GFRP re-bar were investigated; the FRP re-bars were subjected to alkaline solution, acid solution, salt solution and deionized water. The mechanical and durability properties were investigated by performing tensile and short beam tests. Experimental results confirmed the desirable resistance of FRP re-bar to aggressive chemical environment.
비만아동을 위한 율동적 춤 운동을 포함한 비만관리프로그램의 효과

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify effects of an obesity control program including rhythmical dance exercise, on body composition, knowledge about obesity, life habits and self-esteem among obese elementary school children. This program included obesity related health education and counseling based on behavior modification once a week, 1 hour-rhythmical dance class once a week and 40-minute jump rope classes twice a week for 8 weeks. Method: There were 29 students with obesity in the experimental and 28 in the control group. Participated was voluntary. The data were collected from April 16 to July 6 2007. χ2-test, Fisher's exact test, paired t-test and t-test were used to analyze the data. Results: Students in the experimental group showed significantly lower fat mass (t=-2.16, p=.036) and percent body fat (t=-2.93, p=.005) and significantly higher muscle mass (t=2.05, p=.045) and lean body mass (t=2.71, p=.009) than those in the control group. Knowledge of obesity increased significantly and eating habits changed significantly. But difference in exercise habits and self-esteem were not significant. Conclusion: This study provides evidence that an 8 week-obesity control program including rhythmical dance exercise is effective in decreasing body fat, increasing muscle mass and increasing knowledge of obesity in children who are obese.
철근이 부식된 철근콘크리트 벽체의 구조성능 평가에 대한 실험적 연구

This paper presents an experimental study on evaluation of structural performance on corroded reinforced concrete walls under only axial load. This test was carried on the thirty-nine reinforced concrete walls with 120×300×500mm size subjected to combined axial load. Effects of key variables such as the corrosion level, the number of horizontal bar, the corrosion rate are studied in this program. The results of this study show that the capacity of wall axial force was decreased as corrosion level was increased, especially, rapid development was shown after 9% corrosion level. Also it was found that influence of corrosion was decreased to number of horizontal bar was increased.
