결혼이주여성의 개인적, 문화적, 사회적 특성이 결혼생활만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 (재)경기도가족여성개발원의 경기도내 국제결혼이민자가족의 실태조사 자료를 2차자료 분석하여, 결혼이주여성의 개인적, 문화적, 사회적 특성이 결혼생활만족도에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 개인적 특성요인으로는 결혼기간, 부부의 나이차, 소득수준, 학력수준, 한국어구사능력, 주관적 건강상태를 포함하였으며, 문화적 특성요인으로는 가족가치관과 부부간 의사소통 형태, 사회적 특성요인으로는 기관이용과 모임참여 여부를 포함하였다. 위계적 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 경기도에 거주하는 결혼이주여성 380명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 결혼기간이 짧을수록, 외국인 부인의 한국어 구사능력이 높을수록, 건강할수록 결혼생활만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 가족가치관이 가족중심적일수록 결혼생활만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회복지의 실천적 함의에 대해 논의하였다. The aim of this was to identify the influence of personal, cultural, and social factors on the marital satisfaction of marriage migrant women in Korea, using hierarchical multiple regression methods. The dataset used in this study was from the Gyeonggi-do Family and Women`s Research Institute. The sample included in the regression model was 380 marriage migrant women in Gyeonggi-do. The result indicated that marital satisfaction was associated with the length of marriage, language ability, health, and family values of the marriage migrant women. In other words, women with shorter length of marriage, better language ability, better health, and more family-centered family value were more likely to be satisfied with their marriage. Based on the results of the study, implications for social work practice were discussed as well.

세계적으로 물류전시산업이 꾸준한 성장세를 보이고 있는 가운데 국내 물류산업의 규모도 외형적으로 빠른 성장을 하고 있다. 이로써 물류전시회 규모, 개최 빈도 등으로 물류전시회에 방문하는 참관객의 수는 해마다 증가할 것으로 예상 되며, 최근 들어서는 물류전시회에서 참관객이 차지하는 비중이나 중요성이 점점 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 물류전시회에 참가한 기업들을 대상으로 해당 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명하고자 하였다. 성과에 대한 요인들로 매출활동, 정보수집, 관계구축, 이미지 구축, 동기부여활동 파악이 가장 주요 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 물류기업의 물류전시회 체험요소를 통한 참가활동성과를 보여주고 있다. 이는 물류업체의 물류전시 마케팅전략이 물류기업성장요인이 될 수 있는 것을 보여주고 있다. 손자녀 양육이 조부모의 우울감에 미치는 영향: 3세대 가족과 비3세대 가족의 비교를 중심으로

본 연구는 손자녀 양육이 조부모의 우울감에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 사회적 지지의 매개효과 및 가구유형이 손자녀 양육과 조부모의 우울감에 미치는 조절효과를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 2006년 고령화연구패널조사를 기초로 2차 자료 분석을 하였으며, 패널조사 응답자 중 손자녀를 양육하고 있는 중고령자 555명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과, 손자녀를 양육하는 시간과 손자녀를 양육하는 기간 모두 조부모의 우울감을 증가시키는 요인으로 나타났다. 사회적 지지가 적을 수록 조부모의 우울감이 증가하는 것으로 나타났으나 사회적 지지의 매개효과는 유의미하지 않았다. 가구유형에 따른 손자녀 양육과 조부모의 우울감의 관계는 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 손자녀를 양육하는 조부모에 대한 사회복지의 실천적 함의를 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of grandparenting on the grandparent`s level of depression. In addition, it is to test the mediating effect of social support and the moderating effect of household type on the relationships between variables. The 555 grandparent sample in this study was from the Korean Longitudinal Study of Aging(KLoSA). The findings indicated that grandparenting(grandparenting time per day and total weeks of grandparenting per year) was significantly related to the grandparent`s level of depression. In addition, the grandparent`s age was also associated with grandparenting, grandparent`s depression, and social support. Grandparent`s health condition and marital status was associated with social support. Grandparent`s gender had a significant relationship with grandparent`s depression and grandparenting time per day. Social support had a direct effect to the grandparent`s depression; however, it was not a statistically significant mediator between grandparenting and grandparent`s depression. In addition, household type was not a significant moderator of measuring the relationships among grandparenting, grandparent`s depression, and social support. Implications for social work practice were discussed based on the result of the study.

경상북도 거주 베이비부머의 주관적 은퇴준비도에 영향을 미치는 요인

본 연구는 앤더슨모형을 적용하여 경상북도에 거주하는 베이비부머의 주관적 은퇴준비도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 연구대상은 경상북도 7개 시와 군에 거주하고, 현재 근로 중인 50대 베이비부머 400명이며, 1개월간 조사원을 통한 면접조사를 실시하였다. 앤더슨모형의 선행요인으로 거주지역, 성별, 연령, 학력을 포함하였으며, 자원요인으로는 근무형태, 고용형태, 소득(근로소득, 금융소득, 부동산소득), 본인 및 배우자의 연금 및 보험 가입여부(국민연금, 특수직역연금, 사적연금, 민영건강/생명보험)를 포함하였다. 마지막으로 욕구요인으로는 동거상태(독거여부, 자녀와 동거여부)와 건강상태(만성질환유무, 우울)를 투입하였다. 연구결과 나이가 많은 시간제 근로자이면서 부동산 소득이 있고, 사적연금과 민영건강/생명보험에 가입되어 있는 베이비부머의 주관적은퇴준비도가 높았다. 또한 자녀와 동거하고, 우울감이 높은 베이비부머는 주관적 은퇴준비도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 베이비부머의 노후 생활보장에 대한 함의를 제시하고 지역별 특성을 고려한 베이비부머의 은퇴준비지원방안을 제안하였다. This study aims to explore factors affecting perceived retirement preparation of babyboomers living in Gyeongbuk province applying Andersen Model. 400 babyboomers in their 50s were selected from seven areas in Gyeongbuk province. The participants were limited to those who were at the workforce. For data collection, interviewers did face-to-face interviews. Researchers included area, gender, age, and education as predisposing factors. For enabling factors, work type, employment condition, income(earned income, financial income, and income from property), pension and insurance were included. Lastly, family type(living alone or not and living with a child or not) and health condition(physical and mental health condition) were included as need factors. Findings indicated that older part-time babyboomers who had income from property were more prepared for their retirement. In addition, those who joined private pension and private health/life insurance plan tended to be more prepared for their retirement. However, babyboomers living with their children and those with higher depression level tended to be less prepared for the retirement. Based on the findings, researchers addressed implications regarding financial security for later life and babyboomers` retirement planning.

60세 이상 고령자의 경제적 독립에 영향을 미치는 요인

본 연구는 60세 이상 고령자의 경제적 독립에 영향을 미치는 요인을 앤더슨모형을 적용하여 분석하고, 대도시 거주자와 도 거주자의 비교분석을 통해 거주지역별 차이점을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국민노후보장패널조사(KReIS)의 3차년도 자료를 이용하여 대도시 거주자 2,216명과 도 거주자 2,912명을 대상으로 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 대도시 거주자의 경우 학력이 높은 남성이, 도 거주자의 경우 배우자가 있는 젊은 남성이 독립적인 경제력을 가지고 있을 가능성이 높았다. 자원요인 중에서는 대도시 거주자의 경우 금융소득이, 도 거주자의 경우 부동산 자산이 노후의 경제적 독립에 가장 영향을 많이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 대도시 거주자와 도 거주자 모두 가계부채가 많을수록 경제적 독립의 가능성이 높았다. This study aims to address factors affecting financial independence of people who are over 60years old using Andersen model. In addition, it is also to explore differences between people living in the metropolitan area and those living in the rural area. The authors included 2,216 urban residents and 2,912 rural residents from Korean Retirement and Income Study(KReIS)’s 3rd wave data in the logistic regression model. The authors found gender, age, education, and marital status were related to financial independence. In addition, financial income and real estate income were associated with financial independence. Interestingly, those with more household debts had a higher possibility of financial independence.

Social Exclusion, Social Capital, and Life Satisfaction of Elderly with Disability: Focusing on Gender Differences

This study addresses social exclusion and life satisfaction of elderly with disability, a population that has not received much attention in academia. The objectives of this study were first to explore the social exclusion status of elderly with disabilities, second, to examine the relationships among social exclusion, social capital, and their life satisfaction, and third, to examine whether gender differences exist in social exclusion-social capital-life satisfaction relationships. The researchers used the 4th wave of Korean longitudinal study of ageing for secondary data analysis. Results showed that exclusion of health was associated with poor social capital and lower life satisfaction. Gender differences were observed in paths among social exclusion, social capital, and life satisfaction. The mediating effect of health factor was significant to both men and women sample. Based on these findings, implications for social work practice are discussed.

중고령 장애인의 사회적 배제가 빈곤에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 사회적 배제가 중고령 장애인의 빈곤에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 소득, 노동, 건강, 주거, 교육, 사회참여의 6가지 사회적 배제요인을 연구모형에 포함하여 이 요인들이 빈곤에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 지역별 특성을 파악하기 위해 도시와 농어촌 거주 중고령 장애인의 사회적 배제 및 빈곤 실태를 비교분석하였다. 이를 위해 고령화연구패널 4차년도 자료에서 45세 이상 중고령 장애인 640명을 추출하여 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 사회적 배제요인 중 노동, 주거, 교육이 중고령 장애인의 빈곤에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 지역별로 살펴보면, 도시 지역의 경우, 나이가 적고, 배우자가 없으며, 일을 하지 않고, 집을 소유하지 않은 중고령 장애인이 빈곤에 처할 확률이 높았다. 농촌 지역에 거주하는 중고령 장애인은 나이가 적고, 배우자가 없는 경우 빈곤할 확률이 높았다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 중고령 장애인의 사회적 배제 및 빈곤 감소를 위한 정책적 함의를 제시하였다. This study aims to explore effects of social exclusion on poverty of people who are 45 years old and over with disability. It also analyzed the difference between the urban and the rural area in relation to the effects of social exclusion on poverty. The researchers conducted a secondary data analysis using the fourth wave of Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing. The sample included in this study was 640 people who were 45 years old and over with disability. Logistic regression results showed that urban residents who were younger, did not live with a spouse, were not at workforce, and lived in a rented house tended to be on welfare. For rural residents, on the other hand, only age and marital status were significantly related to poverty. Based on the findings, the researchers indicated political implications to diminish social exclusion and poverty of people with disability.
