자궁내막암 환자의 외과적 수술 이후 발생한 후유증에 대한 한방치험 1례

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to report the effect of Korean medicine on endometrial cancer patient after laparotomy. Methods: The patient with endometrial cancer who underwent Total Abdominal Hysterectomy (TAH), Bilateral Salpingo Oophorectomy (BSO), Bilateral Paraaortic Lymph Node Dissection (BPLND) was treated by Korean medicine such as herbal medicine, acupuncture, moxibustion. To evaluate the patient, symptoms were measured by Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) and Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG). Blood tests including cancer biomarker were conducted during treatment. Results: After treatment, postoperative pain and general weakness were gradually relieved. Conclusions: This case provides us treatment with Korean medicine have substantial benefit on postoperative complications after laparotomy.

지역관광축제정책에 있어서 사회자본이 거버넌스 형성과 정책성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 지역관광축제에 있어서 사회자본이 거버넌스 형성과 정책성과에 미치는 영향관계를 구조적으로 분석하는데 목적을 두었다. 이론적 고찰에서는 지역관광축제정책, 사회자본, 거버넌스에 대한 개념고찰과 선행연구에 대한 검토가 이루어졌다. 연구모형은 사회자본-거버넌스 형성-정책성과를 기본구조로 하였으며 개념들 간의 인과관계와 거버넌스 형성의 매개효과에 대한 가설이 설정되었다. 연구방법으로는 설문조사법이 적용되었으며 남양주시 다산문화제를 사례로 사업자단체 참여, 주민단체 참여, 자원봉사 등의 형태로 참여한 지역주민을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 사회자본과 거버넌스 형성, 정책성과의 관계는 모두 유의한 것으로 확인되었으며 거버넌스형성은 사회자본과 정책성과의 관계에서 부분적으로 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서는 지역관광축제정책에서 사회자본과 거버넌스를 통한 지역공동체적 접근이 중요하다는 점을 확인하였다. 연구의 시사점으로 지역관광축제정책의 효과적인 추진을 위한 네트워크 활성화와 신뢰구축의 중요성을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was analyzing the influence of social capital on governance formation and policy performance in local tourism festival policy. The literature review covered the concepts of local tourism festival policy, social capital, governance and related precedent studies. Regarding the research design, a structural model was constructed and hypotheses were suggested. Using a purposive sampling method, survey data were collected from local business and civil organization participants and volunteers of Dasan cultural festival in Namyangju, Kyungki-do. A total of 206 effective questionnaires were utilized for the analysis, and analytical methods such as confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis were used. The result of this study showed that the relations among social capital, governance formation and policy performance was confirmed to be significant. Governance formation had partially significant mediating effect on the relation between social capital and policy performance. Based on these findings, theoretical implications were discussed and the ways of enhancing the network and trust in local tourism festival policy was suggested.

Objectives: This study assessed the effect of a combination of Korean medicine and immunotherapy on three papillary thyroid cancer patients following thyroidectomy. Methods: The three patients who underwent thyroidectomy received Korean medical treatments, including acupuncture, moxibustion, pharmacopuncture, and immunotherapy. To evaluate the patients, symptoms were measured using the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) and Karnofsky Performance Status Scale (KPS). Blood tests, including thyroid function tests, were conducted during treatment. Results: After treatment, postoperative pain and general weakness were gradually alleviated. Conclusions: These cases provide evidence that treatment with a combination of Korean medicine and immunotherapy can have substantial benefits for postoperative complications following thyroidectomy.

해외안전여행정책에 대한 정책PR, 공중관계성, 정책리터러시, 정책지지의 관계구조 분석

본 연구는 해외안전여행정책에 대한 정책PR, 공중관계성, 정책리터러시, 정책지지의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 데 목적을 두었다. 이론적 고찰에서 주요 개념들에 대한 정의가 제시되었으며, 관련변수들 간의 영향관계를 검증하는 연구가설이 설정되었다. 연구모형으로는 해외안전여행정책에 대한 정책PR-정책지지의 관계를 기본 축으로 하고 공중관계성과 정책리터러시를 중간변수로 구성하는 구조적 관계모형이 제시되었다. 연구방법으로는 설문조사법이 적용되었으며, 해외여행경험이 있는 내국인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 해외안전여행정책에 대한 정책PR은 공중관계성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 정책리터러시에는 부분적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 공중관계성은 정책리터러시에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 공중관계성과 정책리터러시는 정책지지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서는 해외안전여행정책에 대한 정책PR이 공중관계성과 정책리터러시를 통해 정책지지에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 연구의 시사점으로는 공중관계성 확보 차원에서 의견수렴활동을 위한 위기단계별 대책마련이 요구되었으며, 정책리터러시 차원에서 국민의 수용조건에 적합한 정보를 제공하는 수용자별 맞춤형 정보제공 방안의 필요성이 제시되었다. This study aimed at analyzing the structural relations among policy PR, organization-public relationships, policy literacy and policy support toward outbound travel safety policy. The literature review covered the concept of policy PR, organization-public relationships, policy literacy, policy support and accordingly research hypotheses were established for related variables based on the previous researches. The research model was designed based on the extended policy PR model covering the intermediate variable effects. Survey data were collected from the residents in Seoul metropolitan area. The results indicated that policy PR had significant influence fully on organization-public relationships, but partially on policy literacy. In addition, organization-public relationships had significant influence on policy literacy. And both organization-public relationships and policy literacy had significant influence on policy support. In conclusion, this study confirmed that outbound travel safety policy PR has significant influence through organization-public relationships and policy literacy.

이슈관심주기모형을 적용한 관광위기관리정책의 정책변동 분석

재배기간 및 마디별 고구마 끝순의 성분과 항산화 활성

고구마 경엽을 식품소재로 활용하기 위해 신황미, 하얀미, 스이오우를 수확시기(60, 90, 120일) 및 마디별(1~5, 6~10, 11~15마디)로 채취, 동결건조한 후 분쇄하여 L값과 총 폴리페놀 함량, DPPH 라디칼 소거 활성을 측정하였다. 그 결과, 신황미는 하얀미, 스이오우에 비해 높은 폴리페놀 함량과 DPPH 라디칼 소거 활성을 나타냈으며, 이는 재배기간이 길수록 정상의 순에 가까울수록 높았다. 90일 동안 재배한 후 1~10마디의 경엽을 채취, 2단계 열풍건조법으로 제조한 신황미, 하얀미, 스이오우 경엽 분말의 총 아미노산 함량은 각각 2,469, 3,384, 2,531 mg/100 g, 총 무기물 함량은 각 7.23, 6.54, 7.11 g/100 g, 총당은 각 11.6, 12.8, 18.2 g/100 g, 비타민 E 함량은 3.04, 3.18, 1.52 mg/100 g이었다. 또한 총 폴리페놀 함량은 각각 5.03, 3.90, 4.02 mg/g, ${\beta}$-카로티노이드는 75.6, 71.6, 63.1 mg/g이었고, DPPH 라디칼 소거 활성($EC_{50}$)은 각각 0.29, 0.36, 0.33 mg, ABTS 라디칼 소거 활성($EC_{50}$)은 0.12, 0.15, 0.11 mg으로 시금치보다 2배 이상 강한 활성을 나타내었다. The foliage of sweet potato [Impomoea batatas (L.) Lam] is an excellent source of food material due to the functional components of polyphenol and carotenoid. In this study, the lightness (L-value), polyphenol contents, and DPPH radical scavenging activity of the foliage of Shinwhangmi, Hayanmi and Suioh cultivars harvested after different cultivation periods (60, 90 and 120 days after planting) and according to tip locations (1st~5th, 6th~10th, 11th~15th tips) were investigated. As a result, Shinwhangmi showed a lower lightness value (60 days after planting and 1st~5th tips). The longer the cultivation periods and the closer the tips, the higher the contents of polyphenol and DPPH radical scavenging activity were in lyophilized foliage of Shinwhangmi, Hayanmi and Suioh. In the 1st~10th tip of Shinwhangmi, Hayanmi and Suioh cultivated for 90 days and dried by 2 step hot-air (1st: $70^{\circ}C$ for 8 hr, 2nd: $80^{\circ}C$ for 4 hr), the polyphenol and ${\beta}$-carotenoid contents were 5.0, 3.9 and 4.0 mg/g and 75.6, 71.6 and 63.1 mg/g, respectively. The DPPH radical scavenging activities and ABTS radical scavenging activities ($EC_{50}$) were 0.29, 0.36 and 0.33 mg and 0.12, 0.15 and 0.11 mg, respectively. These antioxidative activities were over two times stronger than spinach.

고구마를 첨가한 저맥아 맥주의 양조와 품질 특성

신율미와 신자미 페이스트, 맥아, 효소제, 홉을 사용하여 고구마-맥아 당화액을 제조하고, 하면 발효효모 및 상면 발효효모를 접종, 발효하여 라거 및 에일 고구마 맥주를 제조하였다. 고구마 당화시 α-amylase 계 효소제를 첨가했을 때 여과성 향상과 당도 증가 효과가 가장 좋았다. α-Amylase 계 효소제를 0.1% 첨가하여 three step infusion 법으로 고구마-맥아당화액을 제조했을 때 맥주 양조를 위한 최적 당도인 13.5°Brix를 갖는 당화액이 얻어졌다. 라거 및 에일 신자미 맥주에서 고구마 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 폴리페놀 및 안토시아닌 함량이 증가하였고, DPPH 및 ABTS 라디칼 소거효과도 크게 증가하였다. 신율미 맥주에서는 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 고구마 맥주의 항산화 활성과 폴리페놀 함량 사이에는 강한 상관관계가 있었다. 라거 및 에일 신자미 맥주 모두에서 고구마 41.6%를 첨가했을 때 관능평가가 양호하였고, 미려한 적색의 색조를 띄었다. Sweet potato-malt worts were prepared by using sweet potato paste of Shinyulmi and Shinjami as the main adjunct, enzymes, malt, hop, and water. We brewed low-malt beers of the lager- or ale-type by using these worts and inoculating bottom and top fermenting yeast, respectively. Moreover, the componential and functional characteristics of the resulting beers were evaluated. During saccharification of sweet potato, the addition of an enzyme agent containing α-amylase caused an improvement in filterability and an increase of total sugar. The sugar content of sweet potato-malt wort which was prepared by the addition of 0.1% enzyme agent containing α-amylase and a three-step infusion procedure was 13.5 °Brix adequate for beer brewing. The polyphenol and anthocyanin contents of Shinjami beer were increased with increasing content of the paste, and also increased DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities. But in Shinyulmi beer it were decreased. A strong correlation was obserbed between antioxidave activities and polyphenol and anthocyanin contents of sweet potato beers. In all lager- and ale-type low-malt beers using 41.6% of Shinjami pastes, sensory attributes very similar to those of 100% malt beer were obtained and they were very good as they had unique red color.

한중 관광협력관계에 대한 구성주의적 접근 - Wendt의 집단정체성을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 구성주의 국제관계이론의 관점에서 그동안 역사적 과정을 통해 발전해 온 한중 관광협력관계를 분석하는 데 목적을 두었다. 특히 2017년 3월 한국의 사드배치이후 중국 정부의 관광보복조치로 인한 한중 관광협력관계의 변화에 초점이 맞추어졌다. 이론적 고찰에서는 국제관광협력관계, 구성주의 국제관계이론에 대한 개념적 고찰이 이루어졌으며, 관련 선행연구에 대한 검토가 이루어졌다. 연구모형으로는 웬트(A. Wendt)가 제시한 집단정체성을 분석하는 구성주의적 모델을 바탕으로 개별행위자-상호작용-집단정체성의 단계적 분석모형이 제시되었다. 연구방법으로 자료수집을 위해서는 Yin의 사례연구법이 사용되었으며, 분석을 위해서는 Klotz와 Lynch의 역사적 해석학적 방법이 사용되었다. 연구의 시간적 범위는 한중 국교 수립이 이루어진 1992년부터 사드사태로 인해 갈등적 상황이 지속되고 있는 2019년 말까지로설정되었다. 분석결과, 한중 양국은 관광협력을 위한 상호작용을 통해 불안정하고 불균형적인 상징적 관광경제공동체라는 집단정체성을 형성해온 것으로 분석되었다. 이에 근거한 한국정부의 대응과제로는 관광경제공동체를 관광문화공동체로 변화시킬수 있는 문화적 기반의 구축과 불안정하고 불균형적인 관광공동체를 안정적이고 균형적이며 실질적인 관광공동체로 변화시킬 수 있는 관광지식집단의 양성이 제시되었다. 연구의 한계로는 분석변수선정의 한계와 자료수집의 한계가 제시되었다. 결론적으로, 본 연구에서는 한중 관광협력관계가 지속적으로 발전하기 위해서는 외형적인 교류협력뿐만 아니라 내재적인 인식구조를 변화시킬 필요가 있다는 점을 확인하였다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the tourism cooperative relations between Korea and China which has been developed throughout the history from the perspective of international relations theory. Especially, this study focused on the change of Korea-China tourism relations after China’s retaliatory action on Korean tourism after THAAD situation. The literature review covered the concepts of international tourism cooperative relations and constructivism of international relations theory and the related precedent studies were discussed. For the research design, a phased analytical model of actors-interaction-collective identity was constructed based on Wendt’s constructive analytical model. Yin’s case study method and Klotz and Lynch’s historical interpretive method were adopted for the research methods. The results of this study showed that Korea and China have constructed the collective identity of unstable, unbalanced and symbolic tourism economic community by the interaction of both parties through historical process. Based on this finding, this study suggested two major cultural measures such as constructing tourism cultural community and fostering tourism knowledge group for Korean government. As the limitations of the study, the needs for expanding the variables such as culture, norm, interactive perception, and for securing new channel to access to individual country’s official data were discussed. In conclusion, it was confirmed that for the development of Korea-China tourism cooperative relations it is required not only to enhance the physical cooperation but also to change the intrinsic perceptional structure of two countries.

위치 및 인물유무에 따른 사진 분류 앱 개발

스마트폰의 다양한 사진들은 현재 대부분 저장 일자를 기준으로 표시되기 때문에 특정 사진을 검색할 경우 많은 노력이 필요하다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 몇몇 앨범형 앱들이 개발되었지만 실제 사용자가 직접 사진을 선택해야 하는 문제점이 존재한다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 사진들의 특징을 이용하여 사진의 자동으로 분류가능한 앱의 개발에 대하여 설명한다. 개발된 앱은 위치 및 인물에 따라 현재 사진들을 자동으로 분류하고 폴더에 저장함으로써 보다 쉽게 사진을 관리 할 수 있다. 제안된 기능은 안드로이드 기반으로 개발되었고 각 기능이 정상적으로 동작함을 실험을 통하여 증명하였다.
