골프장의 서비스 실패가 공정성 지각, 감정반응 및 서비스 회복에 미치는 영향

This study examines the effects of the service failure factors perceived by golf course visitors on the recovery of the service by defining the relationship between their perception of fairness and emotional response. To that end, this study surveyed 214 general golfers who received services after being disappointed with golf course services once or more. The findings of the survey were derived. First, the service failure(environmental quality) perceived by golf course visitors had partial effects on their perception (distribution) of fairness. Second, the service failure (interaction, environmental quality, and procedure) perceived by golf course visitors had significant effects on their emotional response (positive, negative). Third, the perception(distribution) of fairness over the service failure perceived by golf course visitors had effects on the recovery of services (reliability, word of mouth). Fourth, the emotional response (positive, negative) to the service failure perceived by golf course visitors had effects on the recovery of services (word of mouth, and re-visit). In conclusion, golf courses should present policies and strategies to provide compensatory services to visitors as measures for recovering failed services perceived by visitors so as to recover their services and to encourage the visitors to respond positively.

고성능 카 오디오 DSP 설정을 위한 GUI와 통신 인터페이스 개발

최근의 고성능 카 오디오는 고음질과 다양한 음원입력 신호를 처리하기 위해 전용의 신호처리 칩을 사용하는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 카 오디오 전용 DSP인 필립스의 SAF7730을 사용한 고성능 카 오디오 설계시에 유용하게 사용할 수 있는 개발 도구를 제작하였다. 이 개발 도구는 윈도우 운영 체제에서 동작하는 설정 GUI프로그램과 통신 인터페이스 보드로 구성되어 있다. 설정 GUI프로그램은 사용자가 SAF7730에 내장된 신호처리 기능의 설정을 손쉽게 할 수 있도록 구성되어 있으며, 통신 인터페이스 보드는 설정 프로그램과 SAF7730간의 통신 프로토콜 및 데이터 포맷의 변환을 처리하도록 제작하였다. 본 논문에서 개발한 시스템은 실제 상품화된 카 오디오 설계에 적용되어 그 유용성을 입증하였다. Recently DSP chips are widely used in high quality car audio to achieve high quality sound and to process various sound sources, e.g. navigation, cell phones. In this paper, we developed a set of design tools useful for developing high quality car audio systems using Philips' SAF7730 car audio chips. The tool is consist of the GUI(Graphic User Interface) program running on the Windows operating system and the interface board which performs data conversion between RS232C and I2C protocols. The developed system has been successfully applied to commecial car audio design.

효율적인 센서 노드 고장 진단 알고리즘

센서 네트웨크에서 센서 노드는 고장이나 전력 손실 등과 같은 다양한 원인에 의해 오작동 및 부정확한 데이터 전송의 가능성을 가지고 있으며, 이러한 센서 노드의 오류는 전체 네트워크의 신뢰성 있는 서비스에 지장을 줄 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 센서 노드 자체의 동작 오류를 줄이는 방안으로 다중센서를 사용한 센서 노드의 고장 진단과 데이터 처리 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 센서 노드에 다수의 센서를 사용하여 측정하고, 각 센서의 값을 비교하여 이상 유무를 판별하여 신뢰성 있는 데이터만을 전송하는 방식이다. 이 알고리즘은 센서의 수가 많아지는 단점이 있지만, 간단한 연산으로 센서 이상을 검출할 수 있는 방법이기 때문에 높은 신뢰도가 중요한 응용 분야에는 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다. The possible erroneous output data of the sensor nodes can cause the performance limit or the degradation of the reliability in the whole wireless sensor networks(WSN). In this paper, we propose a new sensor node scheme with multiple sensors and a new fault diagnostic algorithm. The algorithm can increase the reliability of the whole WSNs by utilizing measurements of the multiple sensors on the node and by determining the validity of the date by comparing the value of each sensor. It can increase the cost and complexity of the node, but is suitable for the area where the high reliability is critical.

효율적인 물류정보관리를 위한 위치정보 통합형 RFID 시스템의 개발

In this paper, we have developed RFID systems with integrated tag location data for efficient logistics information systems. These are consist of RFID readers with GPS module and RFID networks to service tag location data. The developed RFID readers can get location informations Of the tags, transfer them high speed by TCP/IP protocols, and operate as web servers. And we presented a simple service network system based on EPC network to service both location and tag data. The proposed system can be applicable to tracebility or finding locations of the products. 본 논문에서는 효율적인 물류정보 시스템 구축을 위하여 태그의 위치정보를 통합한 RFID 시스템을 개발하였다 이 시스템은 GPS가 내장된 RFID 리더기, 그리고 위치정보를 서비스하기 위한 네트워크 서비스 시스템으로 구성되어 있다. 논문에서 개발된 리더기는 태그의 위치정보의 획득이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 TCP/IP를 이용한 고속전송이 가능하며, 자체적으로 웹 서버의 기능을 갖추어 사용자가 웹 브라우저를 통해 리더기의 데이터를 간단히 조회할 수 있는 기능이 있다 .RFID 네트워크 서비스 시스템은 기존의 EPC 네트워크와 유사하게 설계되었다 . 본 논문에서는 태그 데이터와 위치정보를 동시에 사용자에게 서비스할 수 있는 절차를 제시하고, 물품정보의 등록절차와 조회과정, 그리고 사용자 응용 프로그램을 구현하여 제안한 방법의 유용성을 보였다.제안된 방법은 물품정보와 위치정보를 동시에 서비스 할 수 있어 물품의 위치추적이나 이력 관리등에 유용하게 적용될 수 있을 것이다.

골프연습장 이용객의 성별에 따른 서비스스케이프가 고객만족도 및 재방문에 미치는 영향력 비교

The purpose this research is to establish the effects of the servicescape according to the gender on customer satisfaction and revisit of the users of outdoor golf practice ranges in the Gyeonggi region. To achieve this purpose, a total of 622 persons who regularly practiced for more than 6 months in 10 outdoor golf practice ranges were sampled using the cluster random sampling method. And the analysis was conducted using the research tools, which are related to servicescape, customer satisfaction, and revisit, and whose validity and reliability were verified serving the purpose of this research. And on the collected data, the multi-group analysis through frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis, covariance structure analysis was conducted using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. As a result, the following conclusion could be obtained. First, it was found that, in the effects of servicescape of the users of golf practice ranges on customer satisfaction and revisit, servicescape had effects on revisit through customer satisfaction. Second, it was found that, in the differences according to the gender in the effects of servicescape of the users of golf practice ranges on customer satisfaction and revisit, there were differences only in the path coefficient in the effects of servicescape on customer satisfaction.

The electrochemical performance for the corrosion of zinc anodes according to particle size and shape as anode in Zn/air batteries was study. We prepared five samples of Zn powder with different particle size and morphology. For analysis the particle size of theme, we measured particle size analysis (PSA). As the result, sample (e) had smaller particle size with $10.334{\mu}m$ than others. For measuring the electrochemical performance of them, we measured the cyclic voltammetry and linear polarization in three electrode system (half-cell). For measuring the morphology change of them before and after cyclic voltammetry, we measured Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FE-SEM). From the cyclic voltammetry, as the zinc powder had small size, we knew that it had large diffusion coefficient. From the linear polarization, as the zinc powder had small size, it was a good state with high polarization resistance as anode in Zn/air batteries. From the SEM images, the particle size had increased due to the dendrite formation after cyclic voltammetry. Therefore, the sample (e) with small size would have the best electrochemical performance between these samples.

4차 산업혁명 시대를 대비한 고객 중심의 신제품 개발 필요성 인식 제고

It is expected that the Fourth Industrial Revolution will have a great impact on the manufacturing industry, especially as it will cause big changes in industry, economy as well as socio-cultural. To cope with this situation, each country is promoting the policy of cultivating its manufacturing. This study derives the effect of the fourth industrial revolution on product lifecycle management for smart manufacturing through expert’s cognitive analysis. The knowledge area of product lifecycle management is divided into Project Portfolio Management, Collaborative Product Design, Customer Needs Management, Direct Material Sourcing, Product Data Management, Digital Manufacturing & Engineering, R&D Foundation, New Product Development through academic research. The expert survey was conducted in five different perspectives: Importance, Insufficiency. Then, using the results of the survey and the academic research the implication about Product Lifecycle Management were derived. The significance of this study is that it derives the change areas and factors of the product life cycle management knowledge domain in preparation for the fourth industrial revolution according to the perspective of importance and insufficiency.
