This study was conducted to evaluate water quality in the Mankyung River using multivariate analysis. The analysis data which was surveyed from January 1996 to December 2002 in Mankyung river was aquired by the ministry of environment. Twelve water quality parameters were determined on each survey. The results were summarized as follow ; Water quality in the Mankyung River could be explained up to 74.90% by four factors which were included in loading of organic matter and nutrients by the tributaries(43.28%), seasonal variation(10.40%), loading of pathogenic bacteria by domestic sewage of Gapcheon (12.41%) and internal metabolism in river(8.81%). The result of cluster analysis by station was classified into three group that has different water quality characteristics. Especially, Iksan river was appeared to considerable water quality characteristics against other station. In monthly cluster analysis, three group was classified by seasonal characteristics. Also, in yearly cluster analysis, three group was classified. It is necessary to control the pollutant loadings by domestic sewage and livestock waste for water quality management of Mankyung river.

Recently laser speckle contrast (LSC) imaging has become a widely used optical method for in vivoassessment of blood flow in the animal brain. LSC imaging is useful for monitoring brain hemodynamicswith relatively high spatio-temporal resolution. A speckle contrast imaging system has been implementedwith electrical sensory stimulation apparatus. LSC imaging is combined with optical intrinsic signal imagingin order to measure changes in cerebral blood flow as well as neural activity in response to electricalsensory stimulation applied to the hindlimb region of the mouse brain. We found that blood flow andoxygen consumption are correlated and both sides of hindlimb activation regions are symmetrically located. This apparatus could be used to monitor spatial or temporal responses of cerebral blood flow in animaldisease models such as ischemic stroke or cortical spreading depression.

In supply chain management, coordination between a manufacture and suppliers Is regarded as the most important issue when partnership of organizations of considered. This paper Introduces the current status of SCM in terms of physical systems, relation with other solution systems as well as the general history and definitions of SCM. Researches are categorized into deterministic, stochastic, and several future research areas are discussed in the paper.
정력자(Lepidii seu Descurainiae Semen) 위품, 콩다닥냉이(십자화과)의 미세형태학적 연구

The Lepidium virginicum L., recognized as an adulterant of Lepidii seu Descurainiae Semen, belongs to the Brassicaceae Burnett family. This study aimed to analyze and describe the characteristics of epidermal cells from the leaves, sepals, petals, and seeds using light microscopy, stereoscopic microscopy, and field emission-scanning electron microscopy. The leaves of L. virginicum are of the amphistomatic type. The epidermal cells from the leaves are irregular and convex, with striations on the surface of the cuticle layer. There are long, simple unicellular trichomes on both the adaxial and abaxial surfaces of the leaves. The inner side of a sepal is an isodiametric rectangle, whereas the outer side has an irregular cell shape with an undulated anticlinal cell wall. A unicellular papillose trichome and stomata-like structures are present on the outer side of a sepal. The epidermal cells from an anther are square or pentagonal, with striations on the cuticle layer's surface. The petal's epidermal cells are hexagonal on the proximal surface and conical on the distal surface. The periclinal cell walls of a petal are convex with striations, and the cell shapes are papillose. A wing-like appendage is found at the marginal part of a seed, with papillose epidermal cells. The obtained results provide valuable information for the correct authentication of Lepidii seu Descurainiae Semen and offer insights into future taxonomic research on the genus Lepidium L.
