In doing so, the study deals with four areas of exhibition, administration. storage, publicㆍservice space which of the small art gallery in seoul korea.<br/> As the result of the study, it suggests that the spatial configuration has significant effect on small art gallery's space.
구제역 방제를 위한 ‘돈사건축설계매뉴얼’ 개발방향에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to extract design elements from standard drawing on the pig house in domestic for preventing Foot-and-mouth disease. It is based on the assumption that a pig house has an effect on life pattern and health of pigs. This is ultimately for setting up basic data of the development direction of the pig house architectural design manual for preventing Foot-and-mouth disease. As a result of this study, Foot-and-mouth disease is spreaded out through the route such as direct contact, indirect contact, polluted environment and air. Therefore, blocking out the path can be seen as most basic method for preventing Foot-and-mouth disease, which include such method as bio-security and preventive, ventilation, strengthen of immunity through stress reduction. According to the analysis of standard drawing on the pig house in domestic, it show that standards are different from one another. It is judged that most guides are made by abroad case and individual experience. Therefore we should redefine specific and general the pig house architectural design manual for preventing Foot-and-mouth disease.

세계 우주임무운영기관들은 자국의 우주 임무를 안정적으로 수행하기 위하여 전 세계적으로 분산되어 있는 지상국을 구축하여 위성의 관제 및 임무데이터를 수신하여 임무관제센터 및 사용자에게 공급하고 있다. 전 지구에 고르게 분포된 지상국 네트워크를 활용하여 교신기회를 증가시킴으로써 위성 긴급 시의 조속한 대처, 궤도조정 및 코드패치 등 유지보수 등에서 많은 장점을 얻을 수 있다. 또한 임무데이터의 수신기능 까지 보유하는 경우 데이터 수신 가능 용량을 증가시킴으로써 위성활용도를 한층 더 높일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 미항공우주국, 유럽우주국을 비롯한 세계 주요 우주운영기관들의 위성 지상국 현황을 살펴본다. 또한, 항우연의 지상국 운영 현황 및 구축 시 고려되어야 할 사항에 대하여 제언하고자 한다. The world space operations agencies provide mission control centers and users with the space operational data and the mission data through the ground station network that is dispersed worldwide to perform the their own space mission. The increased contact capacity by the worldwide station network allows us to take quick response in the emergency situation and to benefit from the maintenance activities of satellite such as orbit adjustment and code patch. In addition, the stations which have the function of the mission data reception raise efficiency of satellite through the increased receiving capacity. This paper describes the ground station network of the world space agency such as NASA, ESA, etc. In addition, it includes the operational status of KARI’s ground station network and the consideration for additional implementation in the future.
유세포 측정을 통한 CD34^(+)세포의 정량방법 비교

본 연구소에서는 현재 CD34^(+) 세포의 정량에 사용되고 있는 4가지 서로 다른 방법을 가지고 골수에 적용하여 그 결과를 비교하였다. 각각의 방법들이 편리한 점과 불리한 점들을 가지고 있었지만, 통계적으로는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 1) CD34-PE/CD45-FITC 방법13(ISHAGE: International Society of Hematotherapy and Graft Engineering), 2) CD34-PE/CD14-FITC 방법, 3) CD34-PE/CD14-FITC/CD45-PerCP 방법, 4) DNA dye/CD34-PE/CD45-PerCP4(Becton Dickinson) 등을 비교하였으며 그 결과 CD34^(+) 세포의 농도는 다음과 같았다. 1) 0.473±0.345, (%Mean±SD, N=70) 2) 0.663±0.519, (N=20), 3) 0.543±0.381 (N=46), 4) 0.624±0.341, (N=32). 시료로는 여의도 성모병원 카톨릭 조혈모세포이식 센터에서 채혈한 골수를 이용하였다. Four different methods for flow cytometric quantitation of CD34+ cell were compared using bone marrow samples (n=168). Following combination of antibodies were used for the analysis : A) CD45-FITC/CD34-PE (n=70), B) CD14-FITC/CD34-PE (n=20), C) CD14-FITC /CD34-PE /CD45-PerCP(n=46), D) DNA dye/CD34-PE/CD45-PerCP (n=32). Each method showed no significant differences among them (P=0.126, ANOVA test, SPSS Version 7.5). When we compare these methods using same samples (n=12), the P value became 0.832. The mean % of CD34+ cells calculated in this experiment were A) 0.474%, B) 0.663%, C) 0.548%, D) 0.624% respectively. In our laboratory, we decided to use CD45-FITC/CD34-PE methods as a routine protocol.
