IEEE 802.11e 는 실시간 트래픽의 QoS 를 보장하기 위해 제안되었으나 cellular ip network 망에서 발생하는 route update packet 과 같은 signaling traffic 에 대해서는 아무런 언급을 하고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 IEEE 802.11e draft가 제안하고 있는 4 가지의 AC(Access Category)에 따라 signaling traffic 에 대해서도 높은 우선 순위를 할당 함으로서 handoff 시 발생하는 packet drop 이 얼마 만큼 줄어드는지를 분석하였다.

Following its introduction as free flap by Dr. Yang Guofan in 1978, the forearm flap based on radial artery has quickly become recognized as a very reliable and relatively easy to use. The frearm flap has thin, pliable skin and scant subutaneous layer : These characteristics have made it a useful flap in many areas of reconstructive surgery. Much of the reliability results from the constant vascular pattern of the frearm and the large size of vessels which greately simplify the technical aspects of microvascular surgery. An interesting hemodynamic characteristics of this flap is that the venous drainage may be quite satisfactory in retrogade direction. It is the basis for the successful transplantation of the reverse forearm flap. We have experienced 7 cases of forearm free for reconstruction in patients with introral tumoretomy and the release of the burn scar contracture of the anterior neck, 3 cases of reverse forearm flap for soft tissue reconstruction in a patient with crushing injury on hand, a patient with soft tissue defect on forearm due to burn, and a patient with first web space contracture due to postburn scar contracture. The results of the these operations have been exceedingly satisfactory.

Some of leading companies introduced standard guidelines for design work in order to shorten the examination time and avoid repetitive work. For the purpose of work efficiency, automatic design programs also have been introduced though, they are managed partially in work field. Moreover, under previous way of JIG design, work time for design and probability of error occurrence increases in accordance with the amount of JIG units and the level of designing difficulty, which can lead to rise of manufacturing cost and falling-off in quality. Knowledge-Based JIG design system, however, introduced and applied, it isn’t only possible to reduce work time for error verification by automatic verification of possibility of error occurrence at the stage of design, but expected to reduce design work time and make error-free design output relatively through the process of assembling standard component part. On this thesis, I suggest and verify the design process analysis, establishing standard components for design, and a structure of JIG design system for organising knowledge-based system for JIG design.
