It requires uch time and cost to obtain the fatigue crack growth life and fatigue crack growth path morphlogy from the fatigue crack growth tests. In this study, the Monte-Carlo simulation program was developed to predict the fatigue crack growth lofe and fatigue crack growth path morphology of metal matrix composites. Fatigue crack growth lives of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% $SiC_w$/Al composites were predicted by usign the Monte-Carlo Simulation. And the fatigue crack growth lives of 25% $SiC_w$/Al and Almatrix from Monte-carlo simulation were compared with fatigue life from experiments in order to verify the accuracy of Monte-Carlo Simulation program.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the research trends of primary school English education using English storytelling. A total of 75 related journal articles in Korea Citation Index were collected and analyzed based on annual trends, scholarly journals, subjects, authors, methodologies, and research topics. The results showed that journal articles have rapidly increased since the implementation of the revised 7th National Curriculum. Since then, a shift in research methods was observed. In particular, qualitative research has been increasingly used for the investigations. The most studied subjects were 3rd to 6th grade primary students (49.3%) who learn English as a mandatory subject. As for the research authors, 56 authors (74.7%) published one journal article. The most preferred research topic was storytelling as a teaching method and its implementation to EFL classroom. Based on the findings, pedagogical implications were suggested in order to strengthen research quality of the area.

본 연구의 목적은 문헌 연구와 초등 영어교사의 요구 조사를 기초로 영어 이야기 책을 활용한 초등 영어교사 연수 과정을 제안하는 것이다. 문헌 연구를 통해 초등 영어교사의 전문성 개발에 대한 의미를 고찰하고, 영어 이야기책의 교육적 효용성을 제시하였다. 또한, 영어를 담당하고 있는 현직 초등 영어교사의 의견을 조사하기 위해서 2015년 10월 30일부터 2015년 11월 19일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구에 참여한 62명의 영어 담당 초등 교사 중에 93.6%(58명)는 영어 수업에서 교과서와 교과서 딸림 자료 외의 다른 자료가 필요하다고 답하였고, 95.2%(59명)의 교사는 현재 다른 교육 자료를 사용하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 교사 54명(87.1%)은 영어 이야 기책을 수업 시간에 활용하였다고 응답하였다. 대부분의 교사들이 영어 이야기책 활용에 대한 교육적 효과에 대해서 매우 긍정적인 견해를 가지고 있으며 수업 시간에 영어 이야기책을 효과적으로 활용하기 교사 연수가 필요하다고 답변하였다. 연수 과정에서 배우고 싶은 내용으로는 학년 별로 영어 이야기책을 활용하여 수업을 구성하는 방법, 효과적으로 이야기하는 법, 수업하기에 적합한 이야기책을 선정하는 방법으로 조사되었다. 마지막으로 문헌 연구와 초등 영어교사의 요구 조사를 토대로 30시간의 연구 과정을 개발하여 제안하였다. This study attempts to develop a teacher training program for primary school teachers using English storybooks. The program is designed based on a thorough literature review and a needs analysis of primary school English teachers. The literature review sheds new light on the importance of professional development of primary school teachers and the effectiveness of using English storybooks in English education. The needs analysis was conducted by questionnaire. Sixty-two elementary school English teachers participated in the study. A majority of participants (93.6%) responded that they needed supplementary materials other than the textbook and teachers guidebook distributed by the school, while 87.1% used English storybooks in their classes. Most teachers showed a positive attitude towards using English storybooks in their classes and acknowledged the necessity of teacher training programs to help them teach English using the books. Participants responded that they wanted to learn how to organize teaching using storybooks according to grades, tell the story effectively in class, and choose the right storybooks. Based on this needs analysis, a 30-hour teacher training program was designed. This study offers practical suggestions for primary school English teachers, educators, and program developers who want to integrate English storybooks into the regular English curriculum.
행위이론 관점에서 본 초등 영어교사의 교수 동기 양상 및 변화

This study aims to explore the changes of teacher motivation from an Activity Theory (AT)perspective. Beginning with a brief review of teacher motivation, the authors discuss theapplicability and relevance of using an AT framework for the purpose of unraveling thecomplexity of teacher motivation over the lifetime process of professional development. Thedata were collected mainly from semi-structured interviews from three master-level primaryEnglish teachers. They were first asked to complete a graph of trajectories to visualize theirmotivational fluctuations over time. The interviews were recorded, transcribed, and analyzed inorder to identify the factors affecting the participants’ (de)motivation and motivational changes.The findings indicate that teacher motivation was influenced by complex dynamics of individualand sociocultural factors. Three teachers’ levels of motivation progressed differently dependingon how they recognize and articulate object, choose mediational tools coherently, andimplement the mediational tools to achieve their object. Teacher motivation was significantlyaffected by the nature of their goal setting and resetting. This study implies that the key forsystematic explanation of L2 teacher motivation lies in how an individual teacher constructivelyrecognizes and utilizes the mediational tool for professional development.
주5일 수업제의 전면시행에 따른 국내가족관광의 체험에 대한 행태 분석 -초등학교 학부모를 대상으로-

본 연구는 전면적인 주5일 수업제의 시행으로 인한 국내가족관광의 행태와 관광 체험의 유형을 파악하고자 초등학교 고학년의 부모를 대상으로 실증 연구를 수행하였다. 실증 분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내가족관광의 행태를 분석해 보면, 개별자유여행이 가장 많았으며, 여행 횟수는 1-3회, 여행 기간은 1박 2일이 가장 많았으며, 정보원천은 포털 사이트/커뮤니티, 지인의 추천을 많이 활용한 것으로 파악되었다. 둘째, 관광 체험은 교육적 체험, 심미적 체험, 일탈적 체험, 그리고 오락관계적 체험의 4개 유형으로 분류되었다. 셋째, 국내가족관광의 체험과 전반적 만족간의 가설을 검증한 결과, 관광 체험의 4개 요인 중에서 교육적 체험, 심미적 체험, 오락관계적 체험이 전반적 만족에 영향을 미친 것으로 분석되었고, 일탈적 체험 요인은 관계성이 파악되지 않았다. 넷째, 국내가족관광의 전반적 만족은 재방문 의도와 긍정적 추천에 모두 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. This study is aimed at investigating the patterns of domestic tourism with families and travel experience after the full implementation of the five day school week system. An empirical study targeted at parents of seniors in elementary school was conducted. Findings are as follows. First, the pattern of free, once to three times a year, and one night two day travel is most preferred. Portal sites/ communities or recommendations from friends are useful sources of information. Second, travel experience is classified as educational, aesthetic, deviant, and entertainment-relation. Third, hypotheses tests on the overall satisfaction with domestic tourism with families and travel experience show that educational, aesthetic, and recreational experiences have an influence on the overall satisfaction, while deviant experience does not. Fourth, the overall satisfaction with domestic tourism with families has a statistically significant effect on willingness to revisit and positive recommendations.
