The effect of different SiC particle size and weight fraction in Mg/SiC particle MMC on the mechanical properties has been investigated. In this study, different particle sizes of 7㎛, 20㎛ and 50㎛ were prepared with various weight fraction of 10wt.%, 20wt.% and 30wt.% for sample preparation. By tension tests, the properties of ultimate tensile stress, yield stress and % elongation were observed and by tension-tension fatigue tests, whose procedures are standardized in ASTM standard 647E-93, the ΔK vs, da/dN curves were also obtained. Finally, the crack propagation paths were observed by optical microscope.

Examined in this article is how and why members of the Gochang Seol House (高昌偰氏) and the Seochok Myeong House(西蜀明氏) immigrated to the Korean peninsula, and what was the meaning of their descendants’ activities in later Korean history. Both houses came to Goryeo, in the wake of extreme chaos caused by the Mongol Yuan presence in China pulling out, and the ensuing Han-based Ming dynasty’s replacement of the Imperial Yuan. Although they relocated themselves to Korea for different reasons, both were able to ultimately do so thanks to the close relationship Goryeo and the Yuan Empire had with each other. After coming to the Korean peninsula, both houses established themselves in such a new environment in their own ways. The Seol House had actually been a renowned Uighur household in the Yuan Empire, with a resident base in the Jiangnan region of China. Their such background enabled the House’s descendants to engage in diplomatic negotiations with Ming China. Meanwhile, the Myeong House, which had earlier ruled the region of Sichuan at the end of the Yuan imperial period, constituted a case in which an entire House was forcibly relocated to the Korean peninsula by no other than the Ming Emperor Hongmu himself. The Emperor asked Goryeo and later Joseon kings to treat them not as refugees but as ‘guests.’ The Joseon elites regarded them based on their understanding of those Houses’ past reputation. The fact that members of the Seol House have engaged in Neo-Confucian studies and produced successful state-exam applicants for generations continued to be described in Joseon records. Meanwhile, later in the 18th century Joseon (when the Jung’hwa sentiment was amplified throughout the society) the Myeong House was heralded as a household that helped the late Goryeo government secure Chinese ritual attires and also facilitated the peninsula’s adoption of Chinese cultural elements. These recollections by the Joseon intellectuals in fact helped the descendants of these households to redefine their own identity as well. The immigration and subsequent activities of the Gochang Seol and Seochok Myeong Houses were indeed another form of struggles to establish themselves in an alien environment, but they also contributed to shaping Joseon’s relationship with Ming in the dynasty’s early days and later to encouraging the Joseon intelligentsia to deepen their Sino-centric perspectives. That may be the legacy left by the descendants of those two households.
박물관 안내를 위한 시나리오 기반의 AI 음성 챗봇 시스템 구현

인공지능이 발전하면서 AI 챗봇 시스템의 활용이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 그 예로 공공기관에서는 민원, 행정 분야에서 업무 보조, 전문지식 서비스 등으로 챗봇 활용 분야가 확대되고 있으며 민간기업은 대화형고객 응대 서비스 등으로 챗봇을 활용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 시나리오 기반의 AI 음성 챗봇 시스템을 제안하여 박물관의 운영 비용을 절감하고 관람객에게 양방향성 안내 서비스를 제공하고자 한다. 구현한음성 챗봇 시스템은 실시간으로 특정 디렉터리를 감시하여 사용자의 음성을 감지하는 감시자 객체와 음성파일이 생성되면 순차적으로 모델별 추론을 수행하여 AI의 응대 음성을 출력하는 이벤트 핸들러 객체로 구성되며, 스레드와 데크를 활용한 중복 방지 기능을 포함하여 단일 GPU 환경에서 추론 중에 GPU의연산이 중복되지 않도록 한다.

N/A The effect of size and mass fraction of SiC particulate on the fatigue and wear have been investigated for semi-liquid formed SiCp/AZ91HP Mg composites. In the study, different particulate sizes of 7, 20, 50 ㎛ were prepared with various mass fraction for sample preparation. By tension-tension fatigue tests, whose procedures are standardized in ASTM standard 647E-93, the da/dN vs. ΔK curves were obtained. Also, the crack propagation paths were observed by optical microscope. As a result of wear test, specific wear loss is decreased with increasing mass fraction and particulate size. Specific wear loss of 30 mass% 50 ㎛ SiC reinforced Mg composite is compared to SKD11. (Received July 21, 1997)
유한요소해석을 이용한 항공기 탑재용 레이더 및 모듈의 구조 건전성 평가

기계적 구동을 필요로 하지 않는 항공기용 레이더는 내부에 전자파 송수신을 위한 길이방향으로 긴 형상의 모듈이 배열된다. 이는 구조적 형상의 한계로 체결 부위를 최소화해야 하기에 해당 모듈은 진동환경 노출 시 충분한 구조 건전성이 확보되지 않으면 모듈이 진동환경에서 생기는 모드 중 길이방향 기준 횡방향의 모드로 인해 근접한 모듈과 서로 간섭이 생겨 시스템의 성능에 영향을 미치게 된다. 이를 방지하기 위해 안테나 하우징의 모드로 인해 모듈로 인가되는 진동의 증폭이 적어야 하고 모듈의 구조적 형상이 강건해야한다. 이 연구에서는 유한요소법 중 normal mode analysis 및 random analysis 방법을 이용하여 시스템의 강성 및 모듈의 변위를 분석하였고 해당 부분에서의 간섭을 확인하였다. The Air Craft Radar, which needs no mechanical motion, has long and thin shaped electronic modules inside for radar transmit. This module has limited assembling points cause of its structural shapes. Therefore, it need to verify its displacement to avoid interference by near modules when it exposed to vibration environment. This interference problem between adjacent modules causes the system performance problems. In this reason, the radar system needs low vibration response at assemble points between the antenna and modules. This study inspects the structural health and displacement of the module through normal mode analysis and random analysis.
비행하중 조건에서 항공기 외부장착 포드의 비행적합성 검증을 위한 구조안전성 검증

A pod mounted on an aircraft external must be installed on an aircraft after its structural safety is verified under flight conditions. This paper presents methods of flight load and test load generation. Evaluation of test result data and standards for failure mode are also presented. First of all, to verify the static structural stability, flight loads for the aircraft maneuvering conditions were calculated. Finite element analysis was then performed with flight loads. As a result of the analysis, structures were verified to have a margin of safety for a given design requirement. In addition, it was confirmed that the launcher tube had enough rigidity to support the missile. Thus, the role of stinger such as longeron and hardback was insignificant. Finally, based on results of tests and analysis, the static structural stability of pod was substantiated and the reliability and effectiveness of the analysis model were obtained. These results and dynamic stability verification results suggest that an optimal design is necessary.
