        레이스의 조형적 특성을 활용한 네일 디자인 - 레이스를 이용한 네일 디자인 -

        In the 21st century, the interest of modernity in showing its appearance has increased due to lifestyle changes and easily exposed environments; because development of mass media and SNS has diversified information on beauty trends, nail art customers want unique and original designs that are differentiated from others. For this reason, in the process of creating new nail art designs, nailists have reached their limits in finding design themes, and are looking for motifs of various materials in an effort to overcome limitations. Most of the motifs mainly managed by nailists are used as research subjects, however research based on lace motifs is insignificant. Race, which has a long tradition historically, has a variety of designs, subtleties, and splendor, thus it is highly valuable as a motif for use in nail design research. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop nail art works based on the formative elements of the design based on lace. As a research method, first, analysis of concepts and elements of lace and sculpture was performed through prior research, and design motifs were selected for design of nail art based on motifs. Second, UV gel and acrylic techniques, hand painting techniques, 2D, 3D techniques, flat art techniques, and object techniques were used, and UV gel and acrylic, silky powder, clear gel, stone, and stileto tips were used as main materials. As a result of the study, with seven themes, first, The Beauty of empty, second, The Lotus Flower, third, The temple, fourth, The vine, fifth, The black swan, sixth, The bride, seventh, See-through's nail work was completed. This study is significant in that it can increase usability as an educational material and suggests a methodology for application of design to salons in that it analyzes sculpture elements in lace design and applies them to nail works to overcome the limitations of materials.

        네일 서비스 추구혜택이 색채 선호도와 고객 서비스 만족도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 네일 서비스 추구혜택에 관한 기대와 니즈(Needs)를 파악하고, 네일에 대한 색채 관심도의 요인들로부터 고객들의 다양한 요구 또는 욕구를 충족시키기 위한 고객 서비스 만족도 조사와 트렌드를 분석 하여 서비스 개선방향을 찾아 고객지향적인 네일 서비스 산업의 발전에 효과적 마케팅 전략을 수립하는데 있어 기초자료를 제공하고 자 한다. 경제 성장과 문화수준이 향상되면서 삶의 변화가 다양해지고 미적 추구에 대한 감성과 욕구가 증가됨에 따라 네일 서비스도 아름다움을 표현하는 중요한 수단으로 여겨지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적인 네일 서비스 이용고객의 보건적, 심미적 욕구가 색채 선호도에 미치는 영향을 연구하기 위하여 2018년 10월12일부터 11월 02일까지 서울, 경기, 인천, 충청지역에 거주하며 네일 서비스 경험이 있는 20∼60대 고객을 대상으로 총 500부의 설문지를 발송하여 그중 불성실한 응답자의 설문지를 제외한 유효 설문지 411부를 분석 사용하였다. 수집된 자료 분석과 통계처리는 IBM SPSS & AMOS 22.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 과정을 수행하였다. 이러한 결과로, 고객들의 기대가치와 니즈(Needs)를 파악함으로서 고객들이 추구하는 다양한 서비스 혜택들로 개개인의 개성을 살리고 고객의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 맞춤 서비스를 제공하기 위한 노력이 더욱 필요하다는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data in establishing effective marketing strategies for the development of the customer-oriented nail service industry by identifying expectations and needs for nail service, analyzing customer service satisfaction surveys and trends to meet various needs or needs of customers. As economic growth and cultural levels improve, life changes diversify and sensitivity and desire for aesthetic pursuit increase, nail services are also considered an important means of expressing beauty. To study the effect of the health and aesthetic needs of nail service customers on color preferences, a total of 500 questionnaires were sent to customers in their 20s and 60s living in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, and Chungcheong areas from October 12 to November 02, 2018, excluding those who are insincere. The collected data analysis and statistical processing were performed using the IBM SPSS & AMOS 22.0 statistical program. As a result of this, it was confirmed that by grasping customers’ expectations and needs, more efforts are needed to provide customized services that can enhance individual individuality and satisfy customers’ needs with various service benefits pursued by customers.

        레이스의 유형을 활용한 네일 조형미 -본인의 네일작품을 중심으로-

        아름답게 조형된 네일아트(Nail Art)는 개인적 삶의 질을 중요하게 생각하는 시대적 배경에 맞게 손톱에 디자인하고 장식을 하면서 자신만의 개성을 표출하는 매력 요소로 발전하였다. 현대의 네일아트 고객들은 청결하고 깨끗이 정리된 손톱을 매너(Manner)로 여기며 손톱 장식과 함께 손을 관리한다. 네일 디자인이 우리의 생활에서 정신적 만족과 외형적 만족을 동시에 추구할 수 있다는 장점이 부각되면서 네일의 중요성을 인정받고 있으며, SNS등을 통해 많은 정보를 접하는 고객들은 독창적이고 새로운 네일 디자인을 요구하게 되었다. 이러한 이유로 네일아티스트들은 디자인 창출에 있어서 테마의 한계성에 이르게 되었고, 한계성 극복을 위해 다양한 소재와 모티브로의 디자인을 시도하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구의 목적은 외모를 개인의 중요한 경쟁요소로 생각하는 현대 시대의 요구에 맞춰 패션의 마지막 완성이라 일컬어지는 네일아트 디자인을 레이스의 유형을 조형적으로 분석하고 활용하여 창의적으로 개발하기 위함이다. 연구방법으로는 21세기 건축, 디자인, 미술에 나타난 레이스 구조의 조형요소와 원리를 살펴보고 문헌을 통해 시대별로 분석하여 디자인 스케치 후 작품을 제작했다. 제작방법은 5가지 테마별로 스틸레토 팁(Stiletto Tip) 10개를 한 세트로 하여 젤 네일과 아크릴, 엠보싱, 3D 기법을 활용하고 주료재료로 UV젤, 아크릴, 폴리시젤, 등을 사용하여 독창적인 네일 디자인 5작품을 제작하였다. 이번 연구는 레이스의 특징을 조형적으로 분석하여 네일 디자인에 적용한 작품 개발연구로, 본 연구가 네일 디자인의 테마를 찾는 체계적인 프로세스 구축과 함께 조형적 표현영역을 확대시키고 레이스를 주제로 한 뷰티디자인의 실무 적용과 교육적 자료에 모델로서 의미 있는 도움이 될 것을 기대한다. Nail Art, beautifully shaped, has developed into an attractive element that expresses one's own personality by designing and decorating nails according to the background of the times when personal quality of life is considered important. Modern nail art customers regard clean and tidy nails as manners and manage their hands with nail decorations. The importance of nails has been recognized as the advantage of being able to pursue both mental and external satisfaction in our lives has been highlighted, and customers who access a lot of information through SNS have come to demand original and new nail designs. For this reason, nail artists have reached the limitations of the theme in design creation, and are tempting to design with various materials and motifs to overcome the limitations. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to creatively develop nail art design, which is called the last completion of fashion, by formatively analyzing and utilizing the type of lace in line with the needs of the modern era, which considers appearance as an important competitive factor for individuals. As a research method, the formative elements and principles of the lace structure in architecture, design, and art in the 21st century were examined, analyzed by period through literature, and the works were produced after design sketches. The production method was a set of 10 Stiletto tips for each of the five themes, using gel nails, acrylic, embossing, and 3D techniques. Five original nail designs were produced using UV gel, acrylic, polycigel, etc. as main materials. This study is a work development study that applied the characteristics of the lace to nail design, and we hope that this study will expand the area of formative expression along with the establishment of a systematic process to find the theme of nail design and help as an educational model.

      • 英國物品賣買法과 韓國民·商法上의 比較硏究 : 危險負擔을 中心으로 Centered on Risk Bearing

        In Britain, it adopts ownership as a principle that an owner has the risk of goods and the risk is transferred when ownership is handed over. Sales of goods Act, In Britain precribes that, if the persons concerned have no any contact, a seller has the charge of the risk until a buyer takes ownership. Whatever a transfer, furthemore, the buyer has the risk as he(she) has ownership. That is to say, the risk of goods, in principle, belongs to an owner and it is moved when the ownership is assigned. Judicial precedent in Britain, on the other hand, did not admit the principle, 'Owner takes the charge of risk'. as an absolute rule, and granted an exceptin that the risk may be changed by stated or intended indication of the persons concerned. In other words, the persons concerned can divide the transfer of ownership and the transfer of risk by compromise. There are only two provisions, Article 537 and 538, regulated the risk bearing in civil law in Korea. In a bilateral contract, both could take the risk because two debts oppose to each. One of the debts, in modern contract, plays a leadinf part in the contract, thr other has a sense of cost. also, only the former, particularly goods, keeps the worry of paying incapability. The risk of two debts, therefore, are called the risk of goods and the risk of cost respectively. By Article 188 in civil law, the risk is transferred as goods is shifted. Accordingly, this corresponds to German civil law.

      • 렘브란트의 자화상에 대한 연구

        It would be through the self-portrait in which the paint expresses himself/herself, including the temporal background and mentality of artistic activity, that we can best understand one artist, of several genres of painting. Form such perspective, Rembrandt Vna Rijn(1606∼1669), the best painter of Dutch origin and one of greatest painters in the western history of painting can be singled out as the paint frankly expressive of the inner world in history without any exaggeration. He autobiographically left about 100 pieces of self-portrait(including etching, dessin and the like) at every critical moment throughout his life and is regarded as the painter drawing the largest number of self-portraits in the world as well. In his painting works, we can read his spiritual world and artistic vestiges though the self-portrait peculiarly expressive of his own inner world using light and shade. This study attempted to investigate why he left so many self-portraits, the meaning and expressive method of light and shade and the effect or Rembrandt Van Rijn on the art history. And this study attempted to describe what is the ego proper to the human being in the difficulty in understanding contemporary art and how the manifestation of the painter's self-consciousness appears to be imaged and changes by dividing it chronologically. The expressive means for the painter to image his self-consciousness are several media, and Rembrandt Van Rijn also produced his own self-portraits using the formative language through diverse media such as oil painting, etching, drawing and the like. But this study limited its scope to the self-portrait produced with oil painting and chronologically important individual portraits and collective portraits of his painting works.
