Pyogenic granuloma is a benign vascular, inflammatory proliferation that appears following minor trauma in children and young adults. The exact pathogenesis of pyogenic granuloma is unknown, but its formation is closely related to minor trauma, chronic irritation, and hormonal influences. A 52-year old woman visited us with a protruding nodule on the right zygoma area. The nodule was pedunculatedby trauma of tied up nevus. Based on the histological finding, we diagnosed post-traumatic pyogenic granuloma like lesion developed within melanocytic nevus.

Hi-E 領域 7. 損益分岐点 8. 結言 The cutting is the major part in the machine making process, and the cutting condition is formed by summing the various properties of the materials to be cut, that is, (1) The magnitude of the cutting resistans, (2) The condition on the cutting surface, (3) The life of the cutting tool, (4) The chip removal, etc. Accordingly, we can solve many difficulties and get the effectuation of the cutting tool only through the systematic study to previous conditions. On the other hand, when we consider the cutting to economy, the great profit is get by lowering the cost to one article and shortening the cutting time to one article. From the above, if the cutting speed is increased at this time, the amount of the cutting tool wear is risen and the cutting cost is increased, the profit is increased in the same propotion. Otherwise, if the cutting speed is increased too much, the amount of the cutting tool wear is suddenly increased and the total profit is increased. Therefore, we can know that there will be a turning point to be able to get the most profit by any proper cutting speed and an adaptive control method. From the above view, I describe the limit point and the character of an adaptive control method, and I considered the various characters of the performance index(P1) to be the estimating criterion.

대장암으로 오인된 복부 방선균증 1예

복부 방선균증은 흔한 질환은 아니지만 복부종괴가 있는 환자에서 수술 전에 방사선학적 검사와 세침 흡인술, 조직학적 검사 및 균 배양 등으로 악성 종양과 감별해야할 중요한 질환이다. 저자 등은 약 3개월간의 우하복부의 동통을 주소로 내원 하였던 40세 여자 환자에서, 복부 초음파와 대장 내시경, 바륨 대장 조영술과 복부 전산화 단층촬영에서 대장암을 의심하여, 개복 수술한 후 절제 생검에서 복부 방선균증으로 확진된 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Actinomycosis is a chronic suppurative and granulomatous disease caused by actinomyces species especially A. israelii. It is a relative infrequent disease and often difficult to diagnose because of no reliable clinical and radiologic findings. It is usually considered as a colon cancer, periappendiceal abscess, chronic appendicitis or intestinal tuberculosis. The diagnosis is usually made during exploratory laparotomy by staining of characteristic sulfur granules from surgically resected specimen and culture of actinomyces israelii. Treatment consists of long-term antibiotic therapy and surgical resection of infected lesion with antibiotic therapy. We report a case of abdominal actinomycosis, preoperatively impressed as a cecal cancer, which was diagnosed by histological study of the operative specimen.

휘어서 不均一한 變形이 생기는 2平面 接合部의 接觸剛性에 關한 硏究

In this paper results of investigations are disclosed on the joint stiffness of metal contact surfaces, especially in which a local deformation such as bending or folding or warp occurs easily by loading. The subject investigated has recently become one of the significant problems in the field of machine tool engineering. In the previous studies only the contact surfaces, which have a relatively small joint stiffness as compared with the stiffness of both elastic bodies surrounding contact surfaces have been investigated. The results of these studies, however, could be applicable to actual joints of machine tools in almost no cases, as the local elastic deformation appears easily in actual joints. In this study, therefore, the distribution of deformation along the longitudinal direction of an elastic body was measured by means of ultrasonic waves, and from the measured the mechanism of deformation and joint stiffness of the contact surfaces which could be expected to warp easily, were also discussed. Form the results it is shown that the joint stiffness of metal contact surfaces is influenced largely by the elastic bodies surrounding the contact surfaces, and furthermore from the results of another model testing it is also shown concretely that the dimensions of test specimens used in these experiments affect considerably the joint stiffness.

The dislocation of the yielding point is explained by Cottrell's theory that the dislocation in that metal makes a solid atmosphere owing to numerous impure trespass atoms and disturbs dislocation to increase freely in the frequency, being adhereance. 2. Plastic hinge takes place near the point under dynamic loading, and another plastic hinge appears some distance from that point in a case of a continueous applying greaterload. 3. Elastic bending waves propagate out toward (a) opposite bending part (b) unloaded part (c)plastic bendingpart (d) elastic bendingpart. 4. The propagating speed of plastic tensile wave is greater than cross wave, so plastic tensile waves get to the center before cross waves get and then the reflected plastic waves propagate on the plate surface.

초음파진동절삭을 이용한 새로운 고정밀가공법의 개발

So far, high accuracy in-process sensors have been used for controlling the cutting tool, but the method followed in this new system is guite different form previous processes. In this system, after the rough cut the mark indication the pasition of the finished size in put on the cutting surface of the workpiece by ultrasonic or vibration cutting. The cutting is then continued until the mark just disappears, This position being observed by the used of a simple in-proces sensor, The in-prosess sensor in used only to detect the existence or dis apperance of the mark.

The measurement of hardness, which the physical properties of material had been demostrated vaguely in the past, has, lately, been attached importance to industrial measurement value. It was known that it was necessary to establish the standard accurately as there are many obscure and uncertain points to treal only the pure physical guantity. In this study, the problems of standard load, testing load, and measurement condition were studied and analyzed in accordance with the establishment of Rockwell hardness C-scale.

다발성 모기질종 1예

Pilomatricoma, often called calcifying epithelioma of Malherbe, is a tumor with differentiation toward hair cells, particularly hair matrix cells. It presents as a firm, deep-seated nodule that is covered by normal or pink skin. It is occuring usually as a single lesion which is most commonly found on the face, neck, or proximal upper extremity. Multiple lesions are quite unusual, comprising only 2-3.5% of cases. A 32-year old man had 3 subcutaneous nodules on the both upper extremities. Histological findings of the lesion showed the typical pattern of pilomatricoma. We presented herein one case of multiple pilomatricoma with the review of literatures.
