This study aims to examine the effect of a customer orientation on a relationship quality in B2B marketplace. Specifically, we are interested in the mediation effect of technical service between the customer orientation and the relationship quality. A questionnaire-based survey was conducted mainly among manufacturers by e-mail and post. The hypotheses were analyzed by simple regression model and Baron and Kenny``s procedure. The analysis of 127 samples suggest that technical service has three factors such as relationship service, necessary service, extended service and relationship service and extended service has a significant mediation effect on the relationship of customer service and relationship quality. The results provides appropriate technical service strategies to enhance the relationship quality of interfirm relationship.

A 7-year-old girl with asthma developed large mucus plug confirmed by bronchoscopic evaluation. Her respiratory failure and concomitant multiple atelectasis were improved after bronchoscopic removal of the mucus plug. Mucus plug is known to frequently occur in children with asthmatic attack, because of exudate accumulation in airway, different profile of mucus in asthmatic conditions and decreased activity of cilia. Despite the conventional concept that mucus plus is managed by chest physiotherapy, large mucus plug in asthma may cause severe respiratory failure with the development of atelectasis which should be removed by bronchoscopy. We report herein a case of large mucus plug that caused atelectasis in a child with asthmatic attack. (Korean J Asthma Allergy Clin Immunol 2010;30:50-54)

The main object of this study is to find out what effect does hospital information technology capability have on knowledge integration and patient response process improvement. Knowledge integration means all employees information is integrated and shared, and it is utilized directly for process operation management. In order to verify research results, carried out survey for 253 employees of hospitals. As a result, both IT Infrastructure and Human resources had an effect on knowledge integration. I also found out that knowledge integration at hospitals have an positive impact on patient response process improvement. Although human resources had positive impact on process improvement, IT Infrastructure did not have any positive impact on process improvement. In this research emphasizes the importance of information technology capability on inner knowledge integration. Utilization of hospital information technology capability will contribute in improving patient response process at hospitals where it's time sensitive and have to deal with many urgent situations.
