      • Laser가 정상인의 혈장내 $\beta-endorphin$ 농도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of laser Irradiation on Human plasma $\beta-endorphin$ levels, by treating with low level helium-neon (He-Ne) and Infrared(lR) laser. The Laser was fixed frequency of 2400Hz by continuous scanning and irradiating time was 8 minutes each point. Blood samples were taken at before, after, after 15min's treatment and Plasma $\beta-endorphin$ was measured by radioimmunoassay. The samples for this study were 6 normal subjects(3male, 3female). The data were analyzed by paired t-test, one-way ANOVA and simple regression. The results of this study were as follows : 1. The human plasma $\beta-endorphin$ levels were noted as significant increase in after-treatment $(22.84{\pm}10.63pg/ml)$ as compared with before-treatment $(16.96{\pm}9.23pg/ml)$ and significant increase in after 15min's $(27.27{\pm}8.81pg/ml)$ as compared with after-treatment (p<0.05). 2. There were no significant changes in plasma g-endorphin levels between male and female. 3. The human plasma $\beta-endorphin$ levels were high associated in between session reliability (p<0.05).

        융복합적 신체안정화운동이 고등학교 축구선수의 시각반응속도와 기능적 움직임, 균형 및 폐활량에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 고등학교 남자 축구선수 24명을 대상으로 10주간 신체안정화운동 프로그램 중재 후 기술 체력에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 블레이즈포드로 시각반응속도 검사를 시행한 결과 위팔, 왼발, 오른발의 15초 간 반응횟수와 반응시간(p<0.001)은 유의하게 증가하였다. 기능적 움직임 평가하기 위해 7가지 동작의 향상 여부 평가 결과 허들건너기(p<0.001), 능동적폄다리올리기(p=0.022) 동작이 유의하게 향상되었다. 균형능력을 평가하기 위해 와 이발런스 평가결과 양쪽 복합점수(p<0.001)가 유의하게 향상하였다. 기동력과 근지구력을 평가하기 위해 폐활량 측정 결과 노력성폐활량(p<0.001)과 1초간 강제날숨량(p=0.003)이 유의하게 향상되었다. 10주간 신체안정화운동 중재 후, 경기에 필요한 기술 체력인 순발력, 민첩성, 다리 근력, 다리의 안정성, 기동력, 근지구력을 효과적으로 향상할 수 있다 는 결론을 얻었고, 이러한 기술체력의 향상은 축구선수들의 부상을 방지할 수 있으며, 경기력을 향상할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of a 10-week body stability exercise program, which was conducted on 24 male football players. The result of the Visual Response Speed Test using BlazePod, showed a significant increase of the upper arms, left foot and right foot for 15 second in number of reactions and reaction time (p<0.001). As a result of evaluating whether or not 7 functional movements were improved in order to evaluate the functional movement screen, Hurdle Step (p=0.001) and Active Straight Leg Rise (p=0.022) movements were significantly improved. significantly improved. As a result of measuring the y-balance Test in order to evaluate the balance ability, composite score(p<0.001) of both sides was significantly improved. The result of evaluating vital capacity, which was conducted to evaluate mobility and muscle endurance, showed a significant improvement in Forced vital capacity(p<0.001) and Forced expiratory volume in 1.0(p=0.003). In conclusion, a 10-week BSE program intervention in high school period, which can most improve the technical fitness necessary for the game in power, agility, leg strength, leg stability, mobility, and muscle endurance, will improve overall technical fitness, prevent football players from being injured and enhance their performance.

        Effects of Joint Mobilization on Foot Pressure, Ankle Moment, and Vertical Ground Reaction Force in Subjects with Ankle Instability

        Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of joint mobilization on foot pressure, ankle moment, and vertical ground reaction force in subjects with ankle instability. Method: Twenty male subjects (age, 25.38 ± 3.62 yr; height, 170.92 ± 5.41 cm; weight, 60.74 ± 9.63 kg; body mass index (BMI), 19.20 ± 1.67 kg/m2) participated and underwent ankle joint mobilization. Weight¬bearing distribution, ankle dorsi/plantar flexion moment, and vertical ground reaction force were measured using a GPS 400 and a VICON Motion System (Oxford, UK), and subsequently analyzed. SPSS 20.0 for Windows was used for data processing and paired t-tests were used to compare pre- and post-mobilization measurements. The significance level was set at α = .05. Results: The results indicated changes in weight-bearing, ankle dorsi/plantar flexion moment, and vertical ground reaction force. The findings showed changes in weight-bearing distribution on the left (pre 29.51 ± 6.31 kg, post 29.57 ± 5.02 kg) and right foot (pre 32.40 ± 6.30 kg, post 31.18 ± 5.47 kg). There were significant differences in dorsi/plantar flexion moment (p < .01), and there were significant increases in vertical ground reaction forces at initial stance (Fz1) and terminal stance (Fz2, p < .05). Additionally, there was a significant reduction in vertical ground reaction force at midstance (Fz2, p < .001). Conclusion: Joint mobilization appears to alter weight-bearing distribution in subjects with ankle instability, with resultant improvements in stability.         Effects of 10-Week Body Stability Exercise Program on Functional Movement and Body Balance of Middle School Volleyball Players

        Purpose: This study examined the effects of a physical stability exercise program on the functional movement and balance of middle school volleyball players to provide future management and training data to improve the performance of volleyball players. Methods: The subjects were 20 volleyball players from Y Middle School in Mokpo. The results of comparing and analyzing the effects of the physical stability exercise program on the functional movement and balance of middle school volleyball players for 10 weeks are as follows. Results: The number of participants who showed power and agility (p<0.01) was increased significantly, and the response time was shortened significantly (p<0.01). On the evaluation of functional movement, the total score showed a significant difference between the pre-test at 10.90±1.30 points and the post-test at 13.81±.60 (p<0.001). The subjects’ balance showed a significant difference from 84.11±7.53 to 97.65±8.47 (p<0.001), and the Right Composite Score showed a significant difference from 83.74±6.64 to 97.27±8.48 (p<0.001). Conclusion: The application of a physical stability exercise program for 10 weeks is effective in improving the speed, agility, functional movement, and balance to volleyball players who are weakened and at risk of injury. This is believed to prevent or reduce injury.

      • 사슬운동 자세에 따른 고유수용성신경근촉진법 팔 패턴이 다리의 근활성도에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of arm flexion patterns of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation on muscle activation in the contralateral lower extremity. Open kinematic chain and closed kinematic chain positions were used. Methods: This study used an electromyogram (MP150, Biopac Systems, USA) to measure muscle activation in 20 healthy male students. Comparative analysis was completed on muscle activation of the vastus lateralis, biceps femoris, tibialis anterior, and gastrocnemius of the contralateral lower extremity. Open kinematic chain and closed kinematic chain positions were used with a unilateral arm flexion-abduction-external rotation pattern. Paired t-tests using the SPSS 12.0 for Windows analyzed the data produced by the electromyogram. Results: There was a statistically significant difference in muscle activation in the biceps femoris, gastrocnemius, and tibialis anterior when the open kinematic chain and closed kinematic chain positions were compared (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The biceps femoris, gastrocnemius, and tibialis anterior muscles showed greater muscle activation in the closed kinematic chain position when compared to the open kinematic chain position.

        운동성 테이핑이 정상인의 요부근력 및 유연성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of kinesio taping on lumbar muscle strength and flexibility. The samples for this study were 61 normal subjects(35 experimental group, 26 control group), aged 19 to 29 years. The data were analyzed by paired t-test. pearson and bivariate correlations. The results of this study were as follows : 1. The lumbar muscle strength was significant change in the experimental group(p<0.05). 2. The lumbar muscle strength was no significant change in the control group(p>0.05). 3. The flexibility was significant change in the experimental group and control group(p<0.05). 4. The lumbar muscle strength and flexibility were high associated in between session reliability(p<0.05).

        8주간의 수중운동이 유방암 환자의 어깨관절가동범위, 통증역치 및 어깨 기능 장애에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 유방암 환자의 수중운동 후 어깨관절가동범위와 통증 역치, 어깨기능장애에 미치는 영향을 조사하여 유방암 환자에게 효과적인 운동 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 전남 소재 암재활 병원에서 2019년 3월부터 2020년 3월까지 3개월간 59명의 유방암 환자를 대상으로 8주간 수중운동을 적용하여 어깨관절가동범위와 통증 역치, 어깨기능을 비교 분석했다. 그 결과 수중운동 프로그램 적용 후 견관절의 굴곡, 신전, 외전의 가동범위가 유의하게 증가하였고(p<.001), 통증 정도가 감소하였으며(p<.001), 어깨 관절 기능이 유의하게 향상되었다(p<.001). 따라서 이 연구의 결론은 유방암 환자의 치료에 효과적인 운동 방법에 대한 증거를 제공하는 것으로 생각된다. 향후 연구에서는 유방암 환자의 주요 증상과 신체적 후유증을 치료하기 위한 다양한 물리치료 중재의 효과를 계속 연구해야 할 필요가 있을 것이다. This study investigated the Effect of 8 weeks of aquatic exercise on range of motion of shoulder joint, pain threshold and shoulder dysfunction in breast cancer patients after surgical treatment and adjuvant therapy. To this end, the researcher recruited 59 female patients aged over 45 who had been diagnosed with stage one or two breast cancer, had been under or had completed chemotherapy after surgical treatment, and had been hospitalized for rehabilitation. The research subjects were divided into two groups: an aquatic exercise group(29) and a land-based exercise group(30). For shoulder function, a goniometer was used to measure the range of motion of shoulder joint, and Pain View was used to measure pain. For shoulder function disability, Shoulder Pain And Disability Index (SPADI) was used to assess the level of shoulder disability. And the differences in range of motion of shoulder joint, pain threshold and shoulder dysfunction were analyzed between the two groups. The results showed that the range of motion for shoulder joint flexion, extension, and abduction increased significantly(p<.001). Further more, the level of pain after aquatic exercise decreased(p<.001) and shoulder joint function was enhanced significantly(p<.001). The findings in this study are thus thought to provide evidence for an efficient method of exercise in the treatment of breast cancer patients. Future studies should continue to investigate the effects of various physical therapy interventions for treating the main symptoms of breast cancer patients, as well as the physical aftereffects. By having breast cancer patients do aquatic exercise for eight weeks, this study found that it is effective for improving the range of motion of shoulder joint, pain threshold and shoulder dysfunction in breast cancer patients. This study contributed to enhancing quality of life in breast cancer patients by restoring not only physical health but also psychological and social health and is expected to provide basic data for the improvement of physical function and activity.
