모듈 조합조건을 고려한 모듈러 강교량 상부구조의 정보모델 생성

본 연구는 기획단계, 설계단계 및 시공단계에서 사용가능한, 모듈러 강교량 상부구조 정보모델 생성의 효율성을 향상하기 위하여, 파라메트릭 모델링(parametric modeling)을 통해 상부모듈을 생성하고 이들을 조합할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 파라메트릭 모델링을 적용하기 위한 요소 도출을 위하여 상부구조 구성요소 분류를 수행하였고, 분류된 요소를 결합 조건에 따라 13개의 종으로 구분하였다. 또한 모듈러 강교량 공장 제작 단위인 상부모듈의 조합을 통해 안정적인 상부구조 생성을 위한 세 가지 조합조건을 도출하였다. 파라메트릭 모델링을 통한 상부모듈 생성 시 구성요소 형상에 조합조건을 반영하는 변수를 도출하였다. 이를 본 연구에서 개발한 Building Information Model(BIM) 소프트웨어기반의 생성 인터페이스를 활용하여 타입과 변수에 따른 상부모듈 구성요소들을 생성하였다. 이때 생성된 상부모듈에는 상부구조로 조합하기 위한 정보를 반영하였으며, 이를 검증하기 위하여 Industry Foundation Classes(IFC) 기반의 정보모델을 생성하고, 반영한 속성정보를 확인함으로써 상부구조 생성에 활용할 수 있음을 확인하였다. This study proposes a method to create and combine a superstructure module by parametric modeling, in order to improve the production efficiency of information model for modular steel bridge superstructure that can be used in planning, design and construction phase. Compound classification was performed in order to derive elements to apply the parametric modeling, and according to assembly condition, the classified elements were grouped into 13 types. In addition, three assembly conditions were derived for production of stable superstructure through combination of superstructure module, which is a production unit for modular steel bridge factory. Parameter that reflects assembly condition in compound shape when producing superstructure module through parametric modeling was deducted. Superstructure module compounds were produced according to type and parameter using interface generation based on Building Information Model(BIM) software that was developed in this study. The superstructure module produced reflects information to combine into a superstructure. To verify this, information model based on Industry Foundation Classes(IFC) was built and confirmed the application in production of superstructure by identifying the reflected property information.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to find the precarious factors by analyzing the precedent data of fallen case, and to develop fall risk assessment tool in armed forces hospitals. Method : We analyzed 227 fallen cases in armed forces hospitals. 170 arbitrarily selected nurses, who have more than three years of career in three different hospitals, answered the questionnaire. Furthermore, we used secondary data of the cases and delphi method to make the study more confident and to develop the ""fall risk assessment tool"". Result : There were seven different types of fall risk assessment in armed forces hospitals and they were mental status, history of fall, secondary diagnosis, and treated equipment for patient, medication, mobility, and activeness Conclusion : By understanding the primary factors of the risk of falling, it helped making a ""fall risk assessment tool."" This development will contribute to the prediction and prevention of falling, and improvement of nursing services around the armed forces hospitals in Korea.

Purpose: This study aims to identify the fall`s characteristics and the fall risk factors among inpatients in Armed forces hospital, and to compare effectiveness of the Morse Fall Scale (MFS) with the Armed forces hospital Fall Scale (AFS). Methods: The medical records of 253 faller, admitted to Armed forces hospital from January 1 to December 31, 2014, were subjects of the experiment. 253 non-fallers were matched with fallers according to hospital, age and medical department. Results: There were significant differences between fallers and non-fallers according to their education status, emotional disturbances, orthostatic hypotension, MFS, level of fall risk, pain, status of activity, and gait assistance by univariate analysis. AFS was significantly correlated with MFS. The factors influencing fall in Armed forces hospital were education status, emotional disturbances, level of fall risk, pain, status of activity, gait assistance. Conclusion: This study supports the necessity of appropriate fall risk assessment tool for inpatients at Armed forces hospital. Furthermore the research emphasize to develop nursing intervention strategies for fall prevention at the hospital.

도시방재업무의 기본은 대상지역의 지형과 지물(시설물)에 대한 상호적 이해와 그에 관한 정보관리로부터 시작된다. 도시방재업무를 보다 효율적으로 수행하기 위해서는 관련 정보를 모두 수용할 수 있는 일관된 프레임 하에서 데이터를 수집하고, 모델을 생성하며, 정보를 축적하고 관리할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 도시 객체를 대상으로 표준화된 도시정보모델을 생성하는 방법 및 정보관리의 관점에서 도시모델을 방재업무에 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 방재모형 생성에 필요한 도기 객체를 분류하고, 객체별 필요속성을 도출하는 과정을 거쳐, 방재정보를 포함한 관련 정보를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 통합 데이터 스키마인 CityGML기반의 개방형 도시정보모델의 생성 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 예제모델의 구현과 검토를 통해 제시된 도시정보모델 구축 방법론의 방재업무 적용성과 활용성을 확인하였다. Clear understanding and related information management of geography and city facilities are the fundamental approach to prevent city disaster. In order to accomplish the service to prevent city disaster effectively, there needs to be a consistent framework for data collection, to build models, and to manage information. In this study, the authors proposed standardized city information modeling process and application concept to use information model for service of preventing city disaster in information management standpoint. The study was conducted on the process of classification and necessary attributes to manage city facilities effectively considering disaster related information. Additionally, the study suggested the methods for building an open city information model based on an integrated data schema, CityGML. Finally, through the implementation of sample model, the study confirmed city information modeling methodology and applicability for service of disaster prevention.
