The number of visitors to historic sites and museums in Korea has been on a rapid decrease and in order to search for creative ways to work on the problem, the study proposed a theme park-typed museum with cultural heritage applied and reviewed spatial strategies for such theme park-typed museums. Applied methods of research of this study are as follows. First, in order to understand definitions and current situations of cultural heritage use and theme park-typed museums, the study went thoroughly over all sorts of literature and reports as well as findings of advance researches on how to make a use of cultural heritage. Based on the results of the investigations, the study determined characteristics of the theme park-typed museums with cultural heritage applied which the study was proposing and the characteristics were categorized by type. Considering those characteristics and types gained in the study, the study looked for cultural heritage-based theme parks and museums in the world which were good enough to be used as research subjects in the study from the aspects of profitability and level of awareness. The study examined those theme parks and museums in the world and in the end, it found out ways to adopt the findings to the situations in Korea and discussed expecting effects as well. As to the characteristics of the theme park-typed museums with cultural heritage applied, the study divided those characteristics into mutual cooperation, location, communicability, authenticity, maintainability, education, durability, narrativity, undailiness, interactivity and leisure. The types were categorized into ride, environment direction, cartoon character and souvenir by attraction pattern. When cultural heritage is used actively, it would improve competitiveness of historic cultural sites and museums in return, making people realize the iterative structure of excavation, conservation, maintenance and use of cultural heritage. That would create many kinds of added values, re-discovering culture of the country. At the same time, it would also create a new value of culture as well. Now, it is important for us to do harder with researches on how to evolve museums and exhibition spaces. Considering that, the study is believed to make a contribution to revival of historic sites and museums in Korea but also establishment of scientific strategies.
동박과 접착력 향상을 위한 폴리이미드 합성 및 접착특성 평가

차세대(5G) 디스플레이의 발전으로 인하여 데이터 전송량이 점차 증가하므로, 신호전송이 빠른 대역대인 고주파 대역을 사용한다. 신호전송을 위한 회로는 동박과 폴리이미드 필름으로 이뤄진 유연동박적층판(FCCL)이 사용되는데, 고주파는 표면으로 신호가 흐르므로 두 소재 사이의 계면 조도를 낮춰 경로를 최소화하여야 한다. 그러나 저조도 동박을 사용하면 동박과 폴리이미드 수지와의 접착 강도가 떨어지게 되므로 이러한 문제점을 보완해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 동박과 접착력 향상을 위해 다양한 폴리이미드 구조를 설계하고, 아민계 실란 기능기를 도입한 폴리아믹산을 합성하였다. 다양한 구조의 폴리아믹산은 pyromellitic dianhydride(PMDA), 3,3"4,4"-biphenyltetracarboxylicdianhydride(BPDA), 4,4"-(hexafluoroisopropylidene) diphthalic anhydride(6FDA)와 m-tolidine(mTB), 2,2"-bis(trifluoromethyl)-[1,1"-biphenyl]-4,4"-diamine(TFMB) 등의 조합으로 합성하여, 이를 동박에 코팅하고 이미드화하여 FCCL을 제조하였다. 접착력에 대한 특성은 다양한 폴리이미드 구조에 따른 박리 강도 시험과 분리된 계면에 대한 AFM, SEM, 접촉각 측정으로 상관관계를 비교 해석하여 확인하였다. Since the development in mobile display requires high data transmission speed, there is a growing need in the development of flexible copper clad laminate (FCCL) for flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) that has a high signal propagation at high frequency range. The circuit for signal transmission uses FCCL which is composed of copper foil and polyimide film. The surface roughness of copper foil has to be low to reduce the pathway of signal because the current flows near the surface at high frequency range. However, such low roughness of the copper foil results in poor adhesion to polyimide, which is a problem that should be addressed. In this study, the poly(amic acid)s (PAAs) having various structures were synthesized and the silane functional group was introduced as end group to investigate the enhancement in the adhesion with the copper metal. Various polyimide structures were synthesized with the combinations of pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA), 4,4"-(hexafluoroisopropylidene) diphthalic anhydride (6FDA), 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (TEOS), 3,3",4,4"-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride (BPDA), m-tolidine (mTB) and 2,2"-bis(trifluoromethyl) biphenyl-4,4"-diamine (TFDB). The synthesized PAAs were casted on the copper foil and were imidized for the fabrication of polyimide for FCCL. The adhesion strength between the polyimide and the copper foil was investigated by peel strength test and interfacial characteristics was investigated with AFM, SEM, FTIR and contact angle measurement.

Purpose: Terrorism is a crime and it`s more important to prevent the terrorism rather than to suppress. The purpose of this study is to seek the importance of pre-analysis of information and the strategy using the crime information in order to prevent the terrorism. Methods: This study implements comparative study and diagnostic study to find out the improvement plan by introducing Intelligent Led Policing related to the terrorism and suggesting the tasks for information-oriented police activities related domestic terrorism. Conclusion: As a result, in order to prevent the terrorism, it needs to discuss and to set up responsible regulations to the sharing of information among governmental institutes as well as control tower like the fusion center in USA has to be founded. Finally, it needs to foster analytics professionals for Intelligent Led Policing.

오늘날 민간경비는 공경비의 부족한 치안수요의 보조적 역할을 수행하며 급성장하였다. 이러한 일련의 성장에는 긍정적인 측면이 많지만 부정적인 측면도 적지 않다. 그 중 용역폭력은 대표적인 민간경비업의 부정적인 측면이다. 본 연구에서는 민간경비업체의 용역폭력의 근절을 위한 논의를 필두로 용역폭력의 사례를 제시하고 제시된 사례에 따른 문제점을 개선하기 위한 방안을 모색하는데 중점을 둔 연구이다. 용역폭력이 근절되지 않는 한 민간경비산업의 확장이 어려운 것은 자명한 일이기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 용역폭력의 제한 규정을 강화해야 한다는 점, 경비원에 대한 감독과 관리 책임에 있어 적극적으로 용역을 수주한 경비업체의 책임성을 강화해야 한다는 점, 마지막으로 경비업무에 대한 철학적 정체성을 확립해야 한다는 점을 대안으로 제시하였다. The private security has achieved a rapid growth by playing an important role in supporting the public security. However, there are some negative results of this rapid growth. Violence committed by the private security is the biggest problem among them. This study discuss the necessity of eradicating violence committed by the private security, present some violence cases, and find solutions to the problem resulting from the cases. If violence committed by the private security is not eradicated, advancement in the private security service industry can not be expected. This study suggests the three possible solutions: reinforcing regulations restricting violence committed by the private security; strenthening the responsibility of the private security company (employer) for supervision and management on the private security guard (employee); establishing the philosophical identity of security service.
H₂-공기와 CO-공기 예혼합 화염 사이의 후류상호작용에 있어서 H₂O 첨가 효과

Numerical study was conducted to clarify effects of added H₂O for the downstream interaction between H₂-air and CO-air premixed flames in counterflow configuration. The reaction mechanism adopted was Davis model which had been known to be well in agreement with reliable experimental data. The results showed that both lean and rich flammable limits were reduced in increase of strain rate. The most discernible difference between the two with and without having H₂O and/or H₂ addition into H₂-air and CO-air premixtures was two flammable islands for the former and one island for the latter at high strain flame conditions. Even a small amount of H₂, in which H₂-air premixed flame cannot be sustained by itself, participates in CO oxidation, thereby altering the CO-oxidation reaction path from the main reaction route CO + O₂ → CO₂ + O with a very long chemical time in CO-air flame to the OH-related reaction routes including CO + OH → CO₂ + H with very short chemical times. This intrinsic nature alters flame stability maps appreciably. The results also showed that chemical effects of added H₂O help lean flames at relatively low strain rate be sustained, and suppress the flame stabilization at high strain rates.
