        갱년기 여성의 경항통에 대한 홍화 약침 치료의 임상적 고찰

        Objectives: The purpose of this research was to examine the effect of Carthami-Flos Pharmacopuncture on posterior neck pain of menopausal women. Methods: We treated 20 female patients with neck pain patient(45-60 yr) into two groups and treated Group A with Carthami-Flos Pharmacopuncture and common acupuncture and Group B with common acupuncture. The efficacy of treatment was measured by VAS, NDI and MENQOL scores of before and after 30 days to start treatment. Results: Both group A and B represented effective improvement in VAS and NDI of neck pain and MENQOL scores. And group A was more effective than B group statistically. Conclusions: It was suggested that Carthami-Flos Pharmacopuncture treatment might have effect on posterior neck pain treatment of menopausal women.

        동박과 접착력 향상을 위한 폴리이미드 합성 및 접착특성 평가

        차세대(5G) 디스플레이의 발전으로 인하여 데이터 전송량이 점차 증가하므로, 신호전송이 빠른 대역대인 고주파 대역을 사용한다. 신호전송을 위한 회로는 동박과 폴리이미드 필름으로 이뤄진 유연동박적층판(FCCL)이 사용되는데, 고주파는 표면으로 신호가 흐르므로 두 소재 사이의 계면 조도를 낮춰 경로를 최소화하여야 한다. 그러나 저조도 동박을 사용하면 동박과 폴리이미드 수지와의 접착 강도가 떨어지게 되므로 이러한 문제점을 보완해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 동박과 접착력 향상을 위해 다양한 폴리이미드 구조를 설계하고, 아민계 실란 기능기를 도입한 폴리아믹산을 합성하였다. 다양한 구조의 폴리아믹산은 pyromellitic dianhydride(PMDA), 3,3"4,4"-biphenyltetracarboxylicdianhydride(BPDA), 4,4"-(hexafluoroisopropylidene) diphthalic anhydride(6FDA)와 m-tolidine(mTB), 2,2"-bis(trifluoromethyl)-[1,1"-biphenyl]-4,4"-diamine(TFMB) 등의 조합으로 합성하여, 이를 동박에 코팅하고 이미드화하여 FCCL을 제조하였다. 접착력에 대한 특성은 다양한 폴리이미드 구조에 따른 박리 강도 시험과 분리된 계면에 대한 AFM, SEM, 접촉각 측정으로 상관관계를 비교 해석하여 확인하였다. Since the development in mobile display requires high data transmission speed, there is a growing need in the development of flexible copper clad laminate (FCCL) for flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) that has a high signal propagation at high frequency range. The circuit for signal transmission uses FCCL which is composed of copper foil and polyimide film. The surface roughness of copper foil has to be low to reduce the pathway of signal because the current flows near the surface at high frequency range. However, such low roughness of the copper foil results in poor adhesion to polyimide, which is a problem that should be addressed. In this study, the poly(amic acid)s (PAAs) having various structures were synthesized and the silane functional group was introduced as end group to investigate the enhancement in the adhesion with the copper metal. Various polyimide structures were synthesized with the combinations of pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA), 4,4"-(hexafluoroisopropylidene) diphthalic anhydride (6FDA), 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (TEOS), 3,3",4,4"-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride (BPDA), m-tolidine (mTB) and 2,2"-bis(trifluoromethyl) biphenyl-4,4"-diamine (TFDB). The synthesized PAAs were casted on the copper foil and were imidized for the fabrication of polyimide for FCCL. The adhesion strength between the polyimide and the copper foil was investigated by peel strength test and interfacial characteristics was investigated with AFM, SEM, FTIR and contact angle measurement.

        徽派建筑元素在酒店客房新中式家具中的應用硏究 - 以實現中國傳統人文与現代設計融合爲目的 -

        With the rapid development of China’s economy and more disposable funds in people’s hands since 21st century, the contents and ways of people’s travel have been gradually changed. Different cultural experiences have become people’s consumption hotspot. Hotels in the theme of culture experience thus emerged. In Chinese traditional consciousness, Jiangnan has the beautiful scene that people always yearn for. Among the beautiful forms of Jiangnan, Hui-style architecture is the most prominent one. Because of its unique color matching and appearance form, Hui-style architecture has become a treasure in the designer’s hands. Therefore, hotel design based on Hui-style architectural design elements has become the priority design scheme for hotels in Jiangnan region. So the design demand such as the interior design and furniture design that comes along appears to be outstanding. Investigation indicates that most furnitures in hotels with Hui-style architectural design are purchased directly from the market, and the design style is mainly dominated by traditional Chinese style and New Chinese style. As furniture is not related to hotel design style, users are generally not impressed by furniture design in hotel use experience. Even though some high-end hotels purchase furniture in a customized way, their design styles are still not compatible due to insufficient capital investment and other reasons, along with insufficient understanding of traditional culture that impacts cultural experience of users. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out design research on this kind of hotel furniture. In this paper, New Chinese style hotel furniture design method based on Hui-style architectural design elements are summarized by analyzing Hui-style architectural elements. Based on it, design research on the main furniture of hotel rooms is carried out, which verifies feasibility of the New Chinese style hotel furniture design method based on Huizhou architectural design elements.

        여성주의 /인지행동 통합모델 집단상담 프로그램이 가정폭력 가해자의 태도와 행동에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 여성주의/인지행동 통합모델 집단상담 프로그램을 실시하여 가정폭력가해자들의 태도와 행동에 미치는 영향과 그 효과성을 알아보기 위한 연구이다. 연구를 실시하기 전 2013년부터 2015년에 걸쳐 3년 동안 가정폭력가해자들을 4차례 동안 집단상담을 실시하였다. 이러한 집단상담 경험과 가정폭력의 원인에 대한 조사를 통해 가정폭력원인 중 태도차원으로 성역할 태도와 권위의식을 행동차원으로 의사소통, 스트레스, 분노를 변인으로 보았다. 대상자들은 P시에 거주하고 있는 가정폭력가해자들이며 가정폭력으로 인해 법원에서 수강교육 40시간을 이수하라는 판결을 받은 남성 7명이다. 이들을 대상으로 하여 1일, 1회기 8시간씩 5일 동안 총 5회 집단 상담을 실시하였다. 실험은 가정폭력가해자들로 구성된 단일집단으로 집단을 실시하기 전에 사전검사를 실시하고 후에 사후검사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 Wilcoxen Matched pairs Signed-Rank Test를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 집단상담에 참여한 가정폭력가해자들은 태도와 행동에 유의미한 변화를 보였다. 본 연구를 통해 여성주의/인지행동집단상담프로그램이 가정폭력가해자들의 태도와 행동변화에 효과가 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the feminist / cognitive behavioral model group counseling program on the attitudes and behaviors of domestic violence perpetrators and their effectiveness. Before the study, group counseling was conducted four times over the three years from 2013 to 2015. The group counseling experience and investigation of the cause of domestic violence were conducted as a cause of domestic violence Attitude, and authority consciousness as behavioral dimensions, communication, stress, and anger. The subjects were the domestic violence perpetrators living in P city. Seven males who were judged to take 40 hours of class education due to domestic violence were enrolled in this study. Group counseling. The experiment was conducted as a single group consisting of domestic violence perpetrators, before and after the test. The data were analyzed by Wilcoxen Matched pairs Signed-Rank Test. As a result, domestic violence perpetrators who participated in group counseling showed significant changes in attitude and behavior. Therefore, it can be seen that this study shows the change of attitude and behavior of domestic violence perpetrators,

        전기방사법을 이용한 BaTiO₃/폴리이미드 나노섬유 복합체 제조 및 유전 특성평가

        고유전성 무기필러가 잘 분산된 고분자-무기복합필름을 제조하기 위하여, 전기방사법을 이용하여 고유전성 고분자-복합체 나노섬유를 제조하였고, 연속적인 hot-press 공정을 통해 고유전성-무기복합필름을 제조하였다. 고분자 매트릭스로는 폴리이미드를 사용했으며, 고유전성을 발현하기 위하여 BaTiO₃를 무기필러로 사용하였다. 폴리이미드의 전구체인 폴리아믹산 용액에 고유전 나노입자를 분산시켜 전기방사용 용액을 제조하였고, 폴리아믹산 용액의 농도와 BaTiO₃ 나노입자의 함량이 나노섬유 제조에 미치는 영향을 주사전자현미경을 이용하여 조사하였다. 전기방사를 통해 나노섬유화함으로써, 매우 높은 분산성을 가지는 고유전 복합필름을 제조할 수 있었다. 그 결과, 높은 유전특성을 유지하면서 현저하게 낮은 유전손실 값을 가지는 복합필름을 제조할 수 있었다. BaTiO₃ 80 wt%의 복합필름의 유전율과 유전손실은 1 kHz에서 각각 25.01과 0.08 이하로 측정되었다. In order to produce a polymer-inorganic composite film in which a high-dielectric inorganic filler is well dispersed, a high dielectric polymer-composite nanofiber was prepared by electrospinning, followed by hot-pressing method. Polyimide and BaTiO₃ were used as a polymer matrix and an inorganic filler, respectively. The effects of polyamic acid (as a polyimide precursor) solution concentration and the content of dispersed BaTiO₃ nanoparticle on the nanofiber production were investigated by scanning electron microscope. By forming nanofibers through electrospinning, dielectric composite films with very high dispersibility could be produced. As a result, it was possible to produce a composite film having a remarkably low dielectric loss value while maintaining a high dielectric property. The dielectric permittivity of the as-fabricated nanocomposites significantly improved with the increase of BaTiO₃ fraction. Dielectric constant and dielectric loss of BaTiO₃ 80 wt% composite film were measured at 1 kHz and below 25.01 and 0.08, respectively.
