Digital media today requires multiple intelligence that can surpass existing text oriented media. In order to realize new ideal human being, the paradigm of educational academic world is getting changed. In other words, the goal of media education is to develop extensive ability not only related to text but also related to image and sound. This ability can be explained in the form of media literacy. One of the problems in current Korea media education is too much focus on the realization of creative human being in media education so that literacy education can be overlooked. The goal of this paper is to introduce the stylistic's viewpoint to media literacy. Literal text like media can be object of stylistics. In addition praxis of stylistics that consider the way of author's expression ability can understand the artistic form of media.

As the elderly population increases rapidly, existing houses many elderly reside are under poor conditions that they work as a factor to impede on the independent living of elderly people. Thus, improving existing housing environment to suit the needs of elderly life has been required. Academics has been continuously researched on the field considering the importance of elderly housing modification and the importance on the research of this field is projected to be greater with the coming of aging society. Hence, this study has a purpose on analyzing trends of previous studies related to housing modification for the elderly published in Korean academic journals in depth. This study is a content analysis study and analyzed the trend of previous studies with academic journal field, purpose of study, research subject, research area, research method, research content as analysis categories. As a result, previous studies was published the most in natural science academic journals and main stream of research was to suggest direction of housing modification by conducting surveys on actual conditions and needs of single elderly families and to suggest improving the directions of policies related to modification. On the other hand, empirical studies needed to execute housing modification such as standard and method of housing modification and supporting tools are still at minimal level that researches on this field should be conducted additionally. This study is expected to be used as basis to examine the current state of previous studies on housing modification for the elderly and to seek further research directions.
프랑스 미디어문화교육과 중학교 자국어 교육 내의 미디어 리터러시

After late recognition of the importance of the information and communication, even with well developed educational infra structure, schools in France start to use media education. In addition, french text book in France includes not only reading the novel, poem but also media such as photo, animation, advertisement, painting to support understanding the structure of many kinds of media. In class, media education can be considered just as education through media. It also can be considered as an expression by media rather than production by media. We need to recognize that some media class just teach the media itself. But new paradigm of the media education is based on that we have the knowledge of the media. Student could be a reader as well as an author of the media text. We note that it is essential to establish the media literacy education that can understand media environment. We studied the media education in France as an example to compare with our current media education system. We note that the language in french education in France is not only limited by the verbal text but also non verbal text. As a result, korean school books need to be revised to include non verbal text analysis by using more systematic and theoretic based analytic method such as semiotics. Cette étude est une comparaison de la politique du livre et de la lecture entre France et Corée du Sud. Le but est d’analyser ses caratéristiques et ses états actuels dans le domaine de la politique culturelle. En France, le livre reste central dans les équipements de sevice public. L’enquête du CREDOC montre que la bibliothèque est le deuxième équipement culturel le plus fréquenté par les Français, derrière le cinéma, et devant le musée. La Frane cependant ne fait que rattraper son retard sur les pays angle-saxons. Cet effort de rattrapage doit être poursuivi, et l’État doit accompagner les collectivités territoriales dans cet effort. D’une part, pour encourager le développement de la lecture, Frédéric Mitterrand, ministre de la Culture et de la Communication, souhaite que son ministère doit jouer un rôle d’aiuillon et de partenaire vis-à-vis de l’ensemble des acteurs, qu’ils soient institutionnels ou associatifs. Ses 14 propositions prennemt en compent l’évolution de la société, tant son contexte socio-économique que par la mutation des pratiques culturelles bouleversées par la révolution numérique. D’autre part, Direction du livre et de la lecture de Centre national du livre soutient les actions et les programmes de la lecture qui sont ‘L’Ami littéraire’, ‘Premières Pages’, ‘À vous de lire’, ‘A.C.C.E.S.’, ‘Lecture-jeuness’, ‘Savoir Livre’, ‘Lire et faire lire’, ‘Passe-livre’ etc. En Corée du Sud, la loi sur le développement de culture de la lecture est établie en 2006. Les buts de ce loi sont d’élever les niveaux culturel et intellecturel, d’avoir les idées saines, et de préparer les bases de la formation continue pour se lancer davantage. Et cela fait renforcer la compétence nationale, garantie les égalités d’accès à la lecture et améliore la qualité de vie de public. La France et la Corée du Sud n’ont pas la même situation sociale pourtant les questions pendantes sont très similaires pour préparer l’ère numérique.
