        몽유병과 야경증

        To provide the physician with adequate information to diagnose and treat sleepwalking and sleep terrors, the author reviewed clinical features, epidemiology, causative and precipitating factors, polysomnography, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, and treatment for these disorders. Sleepwalking and sleep terrors have been defined as disorders of arousal that occur early in the night and have their onset during stage 3 or 4 sleep. In both disorders, patients are difficult to arouse, and complete amnesia or minimal recall of the episode is frequent. Genetic, developmental, and psychological factors have been identified as causes of both sleepwalking and sleep terrors. Sleepwalking and sleep terrors typically begin in childhood or early adolescence and are usually outgrown by the end of adolescence. When sleepwalking or sleep terrors have a post-pubertal onset or continue to adulthood, psychopathology is a more significant causative factors. The behavior that occur from deep slow-wave sleep can be painful or dangerous to the individual and/or disturbing to those close to that individual. The assessment of patients suspected of having these conditions requires a thorough medical and sleep history. The most important consideration in managing patients with sleepwalking or sleep terrors episodes is protection from injury.

        Noonan syndrome is characterized by typical facies, congenital heart defect, and some clinical features similar to Turner syndrome, but with normal chromosomes. The most commonly associated cardiac defects are pulmonary valvular stenosis and strial septal defect. We experienced a case of Nonan syndrome associated with pulmonay valve stenosis with double-chambered right ventricle and atrial septal defect and cryptorchidism. Pulmonary valvotomy was done through transannular incision. Hypertrophied muscle bundles were excised. Atrial septal defect was closed directly. RVOT was reconstructed with pericardial transannular patch. Orchiopexy was performed simultaneously without any problem.

        이호우 시조에 나타난 내상(內傷)과 현실의식

        본 논문은 ‘현대시조개척시대’(1920~1940)를 대표하는 이호우 시조에 나타난 현실인식과 시 의식 속에 자리 잡은 내상(內傷)의 시적 형상화 과정을 살폈다. 현대시조사에서 시조보급운동과 시조부흥운동을 펼친 이호우는 현대시조의 형식과 내용을 새롭게 시도하고 정착시킨 시인이라 평가할 수 있다. 특히 주제 면에서도 고시조풍의 답습이나 서정성 일변도의 시조쓰기가 주류를 이루던 시기에, 과감하게 시대적 현실과 고뇌를 시조를 통해 본격적으로 형상화시키고 있다는 점은 이호우 시조의 또 다른 시조사적 의의를 새롭게 하였다. 본고에서는 해방기와 전후시대의 시대적 현실의 내상(內傷)을 시적 형상화 과정을 통해 이호우 시조에 나타난 시의식과 현실의식을 탐구하였다. 이호우 시인은 평생 자신이 살아온 역사와 현실을 직시하고, 몸소 겪은 역사와 현실 속의 내상(內傷)을 시조로 형상화시켜왔다는 점에서 시조사적 의의가 크다고 평가할 수 있다. 아울러 해방 이후의 혼란기와 6.25이후 분단의 현실을 시조를 통해 극복해보고자 하는 열망과 의지의 표현은 이호우 시인의 시세계와 시의식을 가늠하는 중요한 요소들이 되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. This study investigated the perception of reality, centered on the interior minister of the sijo of Lee Hou, who represented the “modern pioneering era” (1920-1940). Lee Hou, who expanded the sijo"s popularization movement and the sijo"s revival movement in the study of contemporary poetry, can be regarded as a poet who established the sijo in an attempt to update the form and content of modern sijo. Lee Hou"s sijo renewed the personal significance of the sijo, in particular, during the time when the old sijo-style follow-up and esoteric writing of lyrical dominance were mainstream, thus boldly shaping historical reality and suffering through the sijo. In this paper, we explored the wisdom and real consciousness presented to the sijo of Lee Hou through a poetic figurative process of the inner box (contusion) of the realities of the liberation period and the postwar period. Lee Hou, the poet, can be evaluated as having great personal significance in that he has faced the history and reality in which he has lived and he has shaped the inner box (contusion) in the history and reality in which he experienced the sijo. It was also confirmed that the expression of the desire and will to overcome the confusion period after liberation and the reality of the division after 6.25 through the sijo is an important element for measuring the poetry world and poetry awareness of Lee Hou.

        최승자 시 연구 : 시의식의 표현 양상을 중심으로

        Choi Seung-Ja started her literary career through writing 'Love of this time' and four other poems in quarterly publication magazine 'literature and intelligence' in 1979. She has been considered a poet who opened a new prospect in the field of poetic expression by making a new attempt through abandoning the existing female poets' traditional lyric expression and suggesting a new viewpoint on facing the facts. The purpose of this study is to help understand Choi Seung-Ja's poems through studying death and alienation expressed in her poems. Her representative writing methods are as follows. First, she uses the image of death to depict love. She makes use of the detailed death image to bring the memory of already-gone painful love to the present. She also calls attention to the meaning of love which is painful but still ongoing by regenerating the present aspects of love as factual and detailed image. Second, she incarnates the consciousness of poems by the image of body. One of the remarkable features which appear in Choi's poems is to express her vision of poems through physical thought and image about bodies. As for a poet, a body is not outward appearance of the mind, but concrete reality on which life is based. We cannot communicate with the outer world without through bodies. Choi regards a body as truth which cannot be erased and the only way to meet the world. A poet deepens the reality of truth which he or she desires by the use of body image. Third, she deepens themes using the negative speech. In many cases, poets describe ironically the tragic awareness of the present situation and existence, which is a way of exaggerating the poetic meaning effectively by opposite expressions of what they really want to say. Choi not only accepts this ironical expression as an antinomic statement but also reflects her attitude toward life in which she wants to get over such a confusing situation. I hope this study of Choi Seung-Ja's methods of expressing the consciousness of poems will help understand poets' mind.

        경전읽기의 한 방법으로서의 제왕학(帝王學)

        이 글은 제왕학을‘王心’의 구도에서 이해하려는 이론적 시도이다. ‘왕심’은 제왕, 곧 최고통치자의 자아체계나 혹은 인격동일성의개념으로 이해될 수 있을 것이다. 이런 시도는 ‘제왕학’을 단지 하나의 학문영역으로 구분하는 것이 아니라, 독자 일인칭 시점에서 접근 하는 방법적 도구로 사용할 가능성을 탐색하는 것이다. 이 글에서는 ‘왕심’을 ‘개념도식’ 이론에서 그 설명 근거를 확인하며, 이 ‘왕심’을 근거로 해서 ‘제왕학’을 현대적 시각 혹은 일종의 경전 읽기의 한 방 법이라는 차원에서 조명한다. ‘제왕학’은 또 역사적으로 ‘장구학’과 구 별되어 이해되었다. ‘章句之學’이 儒生經師들의 일이라면 ‘帝王之學’은 ‘왕심’을 구축하고 ‘천하’를 그 통치의 범주로 삼아 왕심을 발양하는 것이 핵심이다. 구체적으로는 ‘왕심’은 제왕의 ‘의지적 의향성’의 실질 적 내용이요, 제왕의 의지를 통해 천하에 실현되어야 하는 최고 통치 자의 사상내용인 것이다. This paper theologically tries to examine Di-Wang`s Learning(kings or emperors study it) through a angle of ``Kingly-mind``, and ``Kingly-mind`` can be count as a kind of the selfish system or personal identity of a king or a emperor, i.e., a uppermost ruler himself. this approach not merely means that I classify Di-wang`s Learning according to a domain of knowledge objectively, whereas that explore it`s feasibility as methodological tool which approach to the practical use through the first person point of view of reader subjectively. In my paper, ``Kingly-mind`` is understood as the explanative foundation in terms of the theory of conceptual schema, and by means of this ``Kingly-mind``, I will illuminate the Di-Wang`s Learing from the contemporary view, at the same time, in a dimension on the methodology of reading classics. the Di-Wang`s Learning also was historically distinguished from the Study of Zhang-Ju, namely Classical hermeneutics in china. I accept that the core of ``the Di-Wang`s Learning`` is as to establish the ``Kingly-mind`` and it is demonstrated in the Tian-xia (all over the world) which is understood as rule scope, whereas the Study of Zhang-Ju merely had to do with confucian classics teachers and master interpreters. To put it concretely, the ``Kingly-mind ``is a substantive contents on Di-wang`s will-intentionality, and at the same time it connotes a contents abut a uppermost reler`s thought that have to be realized in the Tian-xia by means of the Di-wang`s will.
