        산삼 약침이 정상 중년여성의 맥파요인에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: The aim of this experiment is to know about Effect of pulse-wave factors in Middle Aged Women by Mountain Cultivated Ginseng Pharmacopuncture. Methods: First 20 Middle Aged women are diagnosed by pulse diagnosis, and then Mountain Cultivated Ginseng Pharmacopuncture(1 injection 20cc) were injected. 30 minutes later, pulse diagnosis again performed. As a result, method of one-group pretest-posttes design were used for evaluation. Results: T(Total pulse cycle) time statistically significant increased on both left and right chon, kwan, cheok. T4 time statistically significant increased on both left and right chon, kwan, cheok. T4-T1/T indexs except left cheokmaek, Right cheokmaek observation area decreased significantly in four sites. Wm(indicating high pressure retention time) indexs increased significantly in the five sites were observed except right chon maek. Conclusions: Effect of pulse-wave factors in Middle Aged Women by Mountain Cultivated Ginseng Pharmacopuncture increased T, T4, Wm and decreased T4-T1/T indexs. The results of this experiment, Mountain Cultivated Ginseng Pharmacopuncture induced to increase the Pulse-wave's stability and strength.

        불균일계 액 - 액 접촉 계면을 통한 ester 의 알카리 가수분해 반응

        Ethyl acetate와 n-butyl acetate의 25℃에서 알카리 가수분해 반응을 개량된 Lewis cell에서 행하여 화학반응을 수반한 물질전달 속도를 측정하였다. 측정한 물질전달 속도는 교반조의 교반속도에 무관하였고 이온강도 증가에 따라 감소하였으나 화학반응촉진 계수는 일정하였다. 측정한 화학반응 촉진계수를 경막설로부터 얻은 용질의 확산방정식의 근사해로부터 해석하여 ester의 알카리 가수분해반응의 2차 비가역 반응속도 정수를 얻을 수 있었으며, 그 값은 ethyl aeetate의 경우 0.041 ㎥/kgmol ·s, n-butyl acetate의 경우 0.338㎥/kgmol ·s 이었다. The rates of mass transfer with the alkaline hydrolysis of ethyl acetate and n-butyl acetate were measured by using a modified Lewis call. The rates of mass transfer with chemical reaction were independent of the speed of agitation, and the reaction enhancement factors were independent of the ionic strength. The second order reaction rate constants of ethyl acetate and n-butyl acetate could be obtained from an approximate solution of a diffusion equation by film theory, and their values were 0.041 ㎥/㎏ mol·s and 0.338 ㎥/kgmol·s, respectively.

        Tricaprylmethylammonium Chloride 에 의한 Methyl Methacrylate 의 라디칼 중합

        Na_2S_2O_4 수용액과 CCl_4-toluene 용액의 2상에서 유기상에 용해하는 tricaprylmethylammonium chloride 상이동 촉매를 사용하여 methyl methacrylate의 라디칼 중합속도를 측정하여, 액-액 불균일계 접촉계면을 통한 라디칼 중합반응기구를 해석하였다. MMA의 중합속도는 수용액상에 존재하는 Q^+ 이온의 농도와 S_2O_4^(-2) 이온의 농도의 제곱근에 정비례하고 CCl_4와 MMA의 농도에 각각 정비례하였다. The phase-transfer polymerization of methyl methacrylate with tricaprylmethylammonium chloride-Na_2S_2O_4-CCl_4 initiator system was investigated in an aqueous-organic two-phase system. The observed rates of polymerization were compared with those obtained from the polymerization mechanism proposed with a cyclic phase-transfer initiation step. The rate of polymerization was found to be proportional to the concentration of Q^+ and square root of S_2O_4^(-2) in the aqueous solution and the feed quantity of CCl_4 and MMA.

        Chemical Reaction of Carbon Dioxide with AMP in w/o Emulsion Membrane

        본 연구에서는 준 회분식 교반조를 사용하여 polybutene (PB)와 polyisobutylene (PIB)고분자를 용해한 벤젠 용액을 연속상, 물을 불연속상으로 구성한 w/o 에멀션액막에 $CO_2$을 흡수시켜 흡수속도를 측정하였다. 점탄성을 나타내는 Deborah 수를 사용하여 점탄성 비뉴튼액체에서 구한 부피물질전달계수 ($k_La$)를 고찰하고, 수용액에 첨가한 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol(AMP)와 $CO_2$의 반응 메카니즘을 해석하였다. Carbon dioxide was absorbed into water-in-oil (w/o) emulsion composed of aqueous 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol (AMP) droplets as a dispersed phase and benzene solutions of polybutene and polyisobutylene as a continuous phase in a flat-stirred vessel to investigate the effect of non-Newtonian rheological behavior on the rate of chemical absorption of $CO_2$, where the reaction between $CO_2$ and AMP in the aqueous phase was assumed to be a pseudo-first-order reaction. It was expressed that PIB with elastic property made the rate of chemical absorption of $CO_2$ accelerated by comparison of mass transfer coefficient of $CO_2$ in the non-Newtonian liquid with that in the Newtonian liquid.

        유진경 가옥(현 북촌문화센터)의 원형과 궁궐요소 차용

        It is identified that an initial person who built of 'Seoul Gyedong Modernized Hanok(former Min Hyeong-gi house)' used as 'Bukchon Culture Center' in present, was not Min Hyeong-gi, but his wife, Yu Jin-gyeong, and she built it when 8 years went on after his death(1879~1973), and the construction year was at the gate of Chuseok in 1921. Yu Jin-gyeong was Head Family's Eldest Daughter-in-law in family of Yeo Heung-min who was an influential person at the late Joseon Dynasty and was widow who had only son for 3 generations. And she built this house and moved to gain daughter and live futher grandchilds together in law in new nest. It is arranged that an annex surrounds with main building as the central figure. And this house emulates Yeonkeong-dang in backyard of the Changdeok Palace for 'preservation of main building' and Chim-bang-ga-toe applied on a bedroom in a palace is applied around nobleman family's the main room. It is rare case and expresses that a palace factor is borrowed. Yu Jin-gyeong's house is that a tradition Hanok is adjusted closely in city and central and basing mode as 'protective bedding' and building concept as 'a noble and protective architecture' is realized. So it has a character that development of Hangrang architecture is appeared and Head Family's Eldest Daughter-in-law widow of modern upper class had a special benefit. As well as, a meaning that it is experimental house based on tradition and is build of Hanok with housekeeping as the central figure for appear a form which has minimal Hangrang for housekeeping in yangban family of modern city, can be found.

        화학방법에 의한 액 - 액 계면 면적

        교반기를 사용하여 n-butyl acetate의 알카리 가수분해반응의 액-액 불균일계에서 n-butyl acetate의 총괄물질전달속도를 측정하여 실험변수와의 관계를 고찰하고, 화학반응을 수반한 물질전달기구를 경막설에 적용하여 용질에 대한 확산방정식의 근사해로부터 구한 n-butyl acetate의 반응촉진계수의 이론값과 측정값을 비교하여 물질전달계수를 구하였다. 이로부터 분산용액의 액적 면적을 산출할 수 있었다. The rates of overall mass transfer of n-butyl acetate in the alkaline hydrolysis of n-butyl acetate were measured by using a mechanically agitated vessel in order to get the relationship between the mass transfer rates and experimental variables. The interfacial area between liquid-liquid heterogeneous phases could be obtained by comparing the theoretical values of reaction enhancement factor from an approximated solution of a diffusion equation based on the film theory with the experimental data.

        한국산 고목바구미족(族)의 분류학적 정리(딱정벌레목: 바구미과)

        본 연구를 통해 바구미과의 Trachodes ovipennis Morimoto et Miyakawa, Acicnemis azumai Morimoto et Miyakawa, A. palliata Pascoe, A. shibatai Voss 등 4종을 우리나라에서는 처음으로 보고한다. 또한, 한국산 Trachodini 족에 대한 검색표를 작성하고 종별 특징에 대한 간단한 기술 및 형태 사진을 제시하였다. In total, 7 species of two genera under the tribe Trachodini Gistel are recognized from Korea. Among them, four species, Trachodes ovipennis Morimoto et Miyakawa, Acicnemis azumai Morimoto et Miyakawa, A. palliata Pascoe, and A. shibatai Voss are reported for the first time from Korea. A key to the tribe Trachodini, brief descriptions and illustrations of the adults are provided.

        딱정벌레목 혹거저리과 혹거저리아과 (Coleoptera: Zopheridae: Zopherinae)의 Pycnomerus vilis Sharp, 1885의 국내분포를 처음으로 확인하고, 외형 사진과 함께 형태적 특징과 조사지역 및 분포 등 종 동정에 필요한 정보를 간략히 기술하였다. The species, Pycnomerus vilis Sharp, 1885 (Coleoptera: Zopheridae: Zopherinae) is identified for the first time in Korea. Brief informations on the species are provided with the photos of adults and genitalia.

        한상룡 가옥(현 가회동 백인제 가옥)의 원형과 조영개념

        The founder of the 'Paik In - Je House in Ga Hui Dong' in the Bukchon Hanok Village was found as Han Sang- Ryong (1880.11.14. ~ 1947.?) and the time when it was built was by the late June in 1913. Han Sang Ryong was the director of the HanSung Bank during the Japanese colonial period and he was the industrialist in the management committee and the economy coordinator in the economic area. The way how he could accumulate the huge amount of money was because his Uncle Lee Yoon Yong and Lee Wan Yong brothers were participating in various concessions under the protection of the colony government such as Chosun colonial government. Through seven years of preparation for building the mansion, the social function he presented to his house was 'the house built for the banquet hall'. He invited many celebrities of politics and economy to this house and built his fundaments for his social activity through interactions. To solve the construction concept, he used the way of 'duplicity and juxtaposition', and his mansion was reborn as a modernized urban Hanok through the reinterpretation by his program out of the old Confucian rules. Han Sang Ryong's mansion is significant and valuable in the period since it was a pioneer in challenging the creative housing in the developing stage of Hanok in early modern era, and the highest social level people were trying to show off through the Hanok as a product.
