The purpose of the study was to find an effect of medium chain triglyceride (MCT) diet on the serum lipids and lipoprotein of Sprague-Dawley rats when they were fed with cholesterol. All experiment-groups were fed with different diet such as soybean oil, shortening, MCT and MCT mixed with oil respectively. After fed to each group, the levels of serum lipids and lipoprotein among fed rats were examined and the data from the experiment were compared with a control group. The results obtained from this study are as follows: (1) The average boby weight gain in MCT diet and soybean oil diet groups were lighter than that of the control group, while the food efficiency ration in each experimental diet group was almost same as that in the control group. (2) Total cholesterol levels in serum of all experimental diet groups were lower than that of the control group except the level in shortening diet group. Especially, the levels of total cholesterol in MCT diet and soybean oil diet groups were significantly lower than that of the control group. (3) VLDL, LDL-cholesterol levels of all experimental groups were almost same except the case the MCT diet and soybean oil diet group which was significantly low. (4) The ratio of VLDL, LDL-cholesterol to HDL-cholesterol, so called, atherogenic index in serum of MCT and soybean oil diet groups were significantly lower than that of the control group. (5) The ratio of total cholesterol to phospholipids in serum of MCT diet group was decreased, because total cholesterol levels were decreased more than phospolipid levels. (6) The ratio of the serum VLDL, LDL to HDL in MCT diet group, in MCT and soybean oil mixed diet group, and in soybean diet group was decreased In other words, it means that the decrease of the serum VLDL, LDL in each group and the increase of the serum HDL.
은행, 은행잎 및 들깨잎에서 추출한 지용성 성분이 쥐의 혈소판 응집에 미치는 영향

Linolenic acid를 다량으로 함유하고 있는 들깨유, 은행유를 rat에 투여하여 혈소판 응집능에 미치는 영향을 검토하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 은행유 및 들깨유를 투여한 쥐의 혈청중 혈소판의 수는 각각 2.7×10^8/㎖, 4.7×10^8/㎖였다. 이 수치는 대조군(7.5×10^8/㎖)에 비해 현저하게 낮았다. 은행유와 들깨유를 투여한 혈청중 혈소판 응집능은 대조군 보다 1.4배 낮았다. 은행유와 들깨유를 투여한 rat의 혈청중 총 cholesterol과 유리 지방산의 함량은 대조군과 유의차를 나타내지 않았다.<br/> 위와 같은 결과로 부터 linolenic acid가 다량으로 함유된 들깨유 및 은행유는 혈소판 관련성 질환에 효과가 있을 것으로 생각된다. This research was performed to observe the effect on aggregation of rat platelet treated with ginkgo and perilla oil which contain much linolenic acid. The numbers of platelet treated with ginkgo and perilla oil were 2.7×10^8/㎖ and 4.7×10^8/㎖, respectively. These numbers were much less than control group(this group was 7.5×10^8/㎖). The ability of platelet aggregation treated with perilla oil and ginkgo oil was 1.4 folds less than control group. Concentrations of total cholesterol and free fatty acid in serum of rat treated with ginkgo and perilla oil group were almost equal to those of control group.

No difference was observed on autoxidative stability of triacyglycerols before and after randomyl interesterification. It indicate that randomization of the glyceride composition has no significant effect on the autoxidative stability. On the other hand, the autoxidation of randomyl interesterified vegetable oil was accelerated, caused mainly by decrease of tocopherols during the series of interesterification procedures.
HPLC - EC 법에 의한 식용유지 중에 존재하는 과산화물질의 새로운 측정법

The new method for the determination of lipid deterioration has been developed by HPLC-electrochemical (HPLC-EC) detector. The use of an EC detector made it possible to measure the hydroperoxy group directly. A linear relationship was found between the peak area and content of trilinoleoyl monohydroperoxide (TL-MHP) in the range from 0.109 to 54.9 nmol from HPLC detector (correlation coefficient= 0.997). The lowest detectable level of TL-MHP was estimated to be 10.9 pmol. A linear relationship was observed between peroxide value of oxidized vegetable oils and the peak areas in the chromatograms obtained by EC detections in the range from 5∼30 meq/㎏.
대공방어성능에 대한 비용효과분석을 중심으로 한 함정생존성 확보방안 연구

수상 전투함의 개발과정에서 성능,비용,기간 등의 초과와 같은 위험요소를 방지하기 위해서는 요구성능을 조기에 설정하는 과정이 필요하다.본 연구에서는 요구성능 설정의 기준자료로 활용할 수 있는 성능척도와 비용효과척도를 제안하 였으며,성능척도는 대함유도탄 방어 효과를 나타내었고,비용효과척도는 비용과 성능의 비율로 구성하였다.성능척도와 비 용효과척도를 적용한 분석결과를 구하기 위해 RF기만기,RF재머,근접방어무기체계,요격용유도탄을 선택 탑재하는 16가지 의 교전 시나리오를 작성하였다.해군에서 운용하고 있는 NORAM 프로그램을 활용하여 교전을 모의분석한 결과,함정의 생존확률은 0.605~0.975,비용효과척도는 0.301~0.887로 분석되었으며,RF기만기,RF재머,단거리요격용유도탄 등 3종류의 방 어무기를 동시에 운용하는 경우가 가장 우수한 비용효과를 나타내고 있음을 알 수 있었다 It is crucial to set up early the required performance of surface ship for preventing the risk factors such as an excess of performance, cost and period in development stage. In this study, MOP and MOE are proposed to establish the method for deriving alternatives, MOP represents the defensive effect for anti ship missiles and MOE is the ratio of cost and performance. The 16 engagement scenarios which selectively install RF decoy, RF jammer, CIWS and anti air missile are suggested. The simulation results by using NORAM tool operated by ROK Navy show that the ship survivability is 0.605~0.975 and MOP is 0.301~0.887. The analyzed results represent the operating scenario with RF decoy, RF jammer and short range anti air missile is the best cost and effectiveness measure.
