Anti-Platelet Function of the Non-Saponin Fraction from Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer (Korean red ginseng)

고려홍삼의 비사포닌분획(NSF)은 높은 농도의 트롬빈(0.2~$2{\mu}/ml$)에 의해 유도된 사람혈소판 응집반응을 강하게 억제했다. 그 응집정도는 $Ca^{2+}$ 길항제인 verapamil의 응집억제 정도보다 강했다. Verapamil은 혈소판 응집반응을 저해시키는 혈소판내 cAMP의 생성을 증가시켰지만, NSF는 cAMP의 생성증가에는 현저한 영향이 없었다. NSF는 $TXA_2$의 생성과 serotonin의 방출을 억제시키고 있었다. NSF는 혈소판막 인지질로부터 arachidonic acid의 방출을 억제하지 않고, arachidonic acid를 $TXA_2$로 전환시키는 어떤 경로를 차단하므로 혈전중의 치료 및 예방에 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 추측된다. NSF does not inhibit the release of arachidonic acid from membrane phospholipids, but inhibits a certain pathway transforming arachidonic acid to $TXA_2$. NSF may play a critical role in preventing and curing thrombotic diseases.

Current limiting diode (CLD) was fabricated using junction field effect transistor (JFET) structured two small cells and eight large cells. Two small cells and eight large cells were connected in parallel and the obtained constant current was 110 mA. The application of CLD in each of the parallel circuits on chip on board (COB) type LED lighting source, could significantly reduce the current deviation within the parallel circuits. The applications of CLD on AC power small lighting source, battery power low voltage parallel lighting source and AC flat lighting source were investigated.

A current intensity convertible CLD chip was fabricated using small and large FET cell configuration. Pinch-off current of 8.82 mA and 11.56 mA were obtained for small and large cell in the CLD chip, respectively. Constant current was fairly maintained until the breakdown voltage of 60 V. Measured knee voltage, $V_k$ were 3.8 V and 4.5 V for small and large cell, respectively. We configured current amplifying chip with parallel connection of each cells, by connecting 8 individual large cells in parallel network, 92.0 mA of current was obtained. The pinch-off constant current of CLD chip was varied very linearly with respect to the number of parallel connected cell.

This research focuses on the system design of a service method for a customized electronic card on the internet. It develops the system which covers from the input stage of the credit information including a credit card number, a debit card number, and a bank account number, through the process of decision for issuing the customized electronic card and for the payment of business transaction, to the payment stage. Users are allowed to make their own customized card depending on their situations by choosing a limit of balance, a number of usage, expiration date, recharge, and, anonymity of electronic card on the internet. These characteristics enhances convenience and security of card users. In addition, user's financial damage can be minimized when a credit card is lost by any reason.

하이퍼볼릭 평면에서의 지역적 MQ 보간법

본 논문에서는 하이퍼볼릭 평면에서 임의의 분산 데이터 보간을 지역적으로 제어하는 새로운 방법을 개발하였다. 지역적 제어와 관련된 주제는 상호대화형식의 디자인분야에서 매우 중요하다. 특히 본 논문에서 제안한 방법은 하이퍼볼릭 평면상에서 형성되는 genus-N 객체 모델을 상호대화형식으로 디자인하는데 유효하게 적용될 수 있다. 특 변화된 데이터가 미치는 영향이 일정한 지역에만 국한되므로 일반 사용자가 genus-N객체를 상호대화형으로 디자인하기가 훨씬 편리하다. 따라서, 본 연구은 genus-N 객체를 형성하는데 사용한 하이퍼볼릭 평면상에서의 전역적 보간법을 발전시켜 하이퍼볼릭 평면에서의 지역적 보간법개발 및 구현을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이는 다음과 같은 주요 과정을 통하여 구현된다. 먼저, 보간 함수를 지역화하기 위하여 하이퍼볼릭 영역을 임의의 삼각형 패치로 세분화하고 각 데이터에 인접한 삼각형 패치들의 모임을 부 영역이라고 정의한다. 각 부 영역에서 가중치 함수가 설정된다. 마지막으로 중첩된 삼각형 영역의 세 개의 가중치를 혼합함으로써 지역적 보간 함수가 완성된다. 그 결과로서, 여러 개의 샘플 데이터 및 함수를 사용하여 전역적MQ 보간법과 비교한다. A new method for local control of arbitrary scattered data interpolation in the hyperbolic plane is developed in this paper. The issue associated with local control is very critical in the interactive in the interactive design field. Especially the suggested method in this paper could be effectively applied to the interactive shape modeling of genus-N objects, which are constructed on the hyperbolic plane. Since the effects of the changed data affects only the limited area around itself, it is more convenient for end-users to design a genus-N object interactively. Therefore, by improving the global interpolation on the hyperbolic plane where the genus-N object is constructed, this research is aiming at the development and implementation of the local interpolation on the hyperbolic plane. It is implemented using the following process. First, for localizing the interpolating functions, the hyperbolic domain is tessellated into arbitrary triangle patches and the group of adjacent triangle patches of each data point is defined as a sub-domain. On each sub-domain, a weight function is defined. Last, by blending of three weight functions on the overlapped triangles, local MQ interpolation is completed. Consequently, it is compared with the global MQ interpolation using several sample data and functions.

공급사슬내 협력역량 측정에 관한 탐색적 연구

공급사슬관리가 성공적으로 이루어지기 위해서는 공급사슬내 상호의존적인 조직간 협력이 반드시 필요하다. 공급사슬내 조직간 협력이 이루어지기 위해서는 각각의 조직이 높은 수준의 협력역량을 지니고 있어야 한다. 공급사슬내 하나의 조직의 협력역량이 결여되어 있는 경우 조직간 협력수준은 낮아지며 네트워크 전체의 효율성은 낮아진다. 최근 우리 군은 물류체계 혁신을 위해 보급지원 체계의 최적화, 적정 보급수준의 운용, 수·배송 체계의 개선, 군 물류정보화 기반 개선 등의 과제를 계획 중이다. 하지만 물류체계 혁신의 선결과제인 참여조직의 협력역량에 대한 분석은 이루어지고 있지 않다. 본 연구는 방위사업청, 군수사령부, 군수지원사령부, 사단·여단으로 이어지는 우리나라 군수네트워크 내부의 협력역량을 측정하고 이를 통해 군수네트워크를 효과적·효율적으로 운영하기 위한 개선방안을 제시하고 있다. 협력역량의 측정에는 12개의 하위차원에 걸쳐 협력역량을 측정하고 있는 Thomas et al.(2006, 2008)의 협력역량모델에서의 척도가 활용되었다. 동 척도는 대체로 높은 수준의 타당성과 신뢰성을 지니는 것으로 나타났다. 법칙타당성에 대한 검증 결과, 협력역량은 조직간 신뢰, 최고경영자의 몰입, 공급사슬성과와 기대한 방향으로 유의한 관계를 맺는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 최종 협력역량 척도의 하위차원에 대한 평가 결과, 우리군은 목표달성을 위한 협력욕구와 최고의사결정자의 몰입 수준은 상대적으로 우수한 반면, 협력을 위한 성과표준 마련, 협력에 대한 보상체계 수립, 부서간 팀워크는 상대적으로 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 군수네트워크의 성과를 제고하기 위한 몇 가지 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

In this monograph, I surveyed the Kyushu areas during the Christian Century from the various points of view. Kyushu areas were the first area visited by the European missionaries and the foremost international port in the 16th Century. This is why I dealt with these areas. Many Korean prisoners have resided there since the Hideyoshi Invasion of Korea in 1592.<br/> A lot of Korean prisoners captured by the Hideyoshi Invasion of Korea converted to Christianity and died a martyr in the early Seventeenth Century in Japan. Therefore the cases of Korean martyr were known to Western countries through the European missionaries. For that reason some people emphasized that the initial history of Korean Church must date back to the late sixteenth or the early seventeenth century. But the Korean martyrs still remain as a hidden mystery and must be explored from the various points of view.<br/> As the basic study on the Korean martyrs has not established in Kyushu area, I sought to examine the Kyushu's Christian Lord and Korean Christian prisoners and the last Christian religion war in Japan(The Simabara-Amakusa's War). Amakusa(天草) area was the feudal fief of Konishi Yukinaga(小西行長). He and the other lords brought many Koreans to Japan and converted them to Christian. Some of Korean Christian prisoners died a martyr. Some martyrs were canonized the Blessed by the Pope Pius Ⅸ in 1867. So far we have neglected about some tens thousands of Korean prisoner tendancy in Japan. We need to understand their social state and passion under the religious persecutions of Tokugawa's Shogunate government.<br/> Though a few records of Korean martyrs are inherited till now they are scattered among the Japan Christian documents. Here, I sought to look for the clue of Korean Christians and martyrs in Nagasaki and other areas of Kyushu. In chapter Ⅰ, I introduced the research on the Japan Christian history from 1960's to 1990's with the subject of study. In chapter II, I will set out to investigate and make definition of the Christian Century. In chapter III-Ⅳ, I surveyed the Kyushu areas and the lords of the Christian Century from the various points of aspect. I ransacked the change of Kyushu government during the Senkoku Age in Section Ⅰ, and the several Christian lords in Section Ⅱ, and the Korean prisoner tendancy as well as the religious persecutions of Tokugawa's Shogunate government in Kyushu areas in Section Ⅲ.
