미숙잠두 종자의 추출물을 silica gel chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 chromatography, TLC, 역, 순상의 HPLC 등에 의해 분획정제하여 BR 활성물질을 한국산 벼를 이용한 생물검정법에 의해 검색한 결과, 2종의 BR의 존재가 인정되었으며, BR 보다 분자량과 극성이 작은 물질의 존재가 시사되었다. Occurrence of two type brassinosteroid-like substances and less molecular weight substance than brassinosteroid were suggested in immature Vicia faba seeds extracts, which were purified using various chromatographic techniques, by Korean rice-lamina inclination test.

Experiments on the GA production ability by ectomycorhizal fungus, Pisolithus tinctorius was carried out to investigate specific physiological phenomena of growth increase in host plants by formation of mycorrhizae, The culture extract of P. tinctorius was purified by solvent fractionation, sephadex LH-20 chromatography, silica gel partition chromatography and TLC, successively. GA activities in the purified GA fractions were monitored by micro-drop bioassay using dwarf rice seedlings, $quot;Tan-ginbozu$quot;. 30∼60% EtOAc election fractions of silica gel pardon chromatography and the zone of Rf 0.1∼0.4, 0.6∼0.8 of TLC exhibited the GA-like activities. The GA activities were increased with the more treated amount of culture extracts. This activity in 100㎖ of culture solution was equivalent to 0.1ng of GA₃.

The rice lamina inclination test indicated the presence of brassinosteroid-like active substances in immature Vicia faba seeds. Two of these were identified as castasterone and brassinolide by GC/MS and GC/SIM, respectively. Another active principle was identified as methyl 4-chloroindole-3-acetate by GC/MS and HPLC.
비인두에 발생한 Melanotic Oncocytic Metaplasia(MOM) 1예

Melanotic oncocytic metaplasia (MOM) of the nasopharynx is a rare lesion that occurs mostly in Asian men in their 60s to 70s who are heavy smokers. Although it is a benign lesion, it’s sometimes mistaken for malignant melanoma, nevus or early nasopharyngeal carcinoma. A 75 year-old male visited our outpatient clinic with hearing loss that occurred a week earlier. Otoscopic findings revealed left serous otitis media. A nasopharyngoscopic examination to rule out a malignant tumor in the nasopharynx revealed multiple black nodules in the left torus tubarius and left nasal floor. Under local anesthesia, some of nodules were excised for histopathology. The histological examination revealed oncocytic metaplasia of mucous glands and the presence of numerous browncolored melanin pigments. Immunohistochemically, S 100-positive and HMB 45-negative dendritic melanocytes were identified. During 3 months of regular follow up, there was no recurrence at the excision site and no expansion of the remaining lesion.
Implant system의 매몰조건과 소환온도에 대한 조사

This study was investigated on effect of implant system about investment condition and burn out temperature. Posterior bridges were fabricated by using plastic sleeve and gold sylinder. The results were as follows; In plastic sleeve test and fitting cast copings. the phosphate bonded investment showed better gypsum bonded investment. The pure special liquid showed better margin fitness compared with mixed liquid (special liquid + distilled water). In gold cylinder test. the good burn out temperature of Ceramic PFG and Crown Gold was evaluated $0^{\circ}C$ to $820^{\circ}C$ and was decreased on $780^{\circ}C$ for 30 minutes. $0^{\circ}C$ to $750^{\circ}C$ and was decreased on $650^{\circ}C$ for 30 minutes.

The main factor which makes RC structures weakening is corrosion of reinforced-bar that inserted in elements of the structure, and there are many researches that trying to figure out how to prevent degradation of strength of the re-bar. Because of that various factors effect on the deterioration of RC structures complexly, this paper suggest the indicator which can assess the failure probability of the structures.
