호텔 레스토랑 종사원의 교류기억체계가 심리적 안전감 및 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 서울지역 5성급 호텔을 중심으로

본 연구는 국내 호텔시장이 호황을 보이고 있는 상황에서 호텔 종사원의 교류기억체계가 심리적 안전감과 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 호텔기업의 인사관리 측면에서의 효율적인 운영과 경쟁우위 확보를 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 문헌 연구를 토대로 독립변수는 호텔 종사원이 인식하는 교류기억체계의 3개 요인으로 설정하였고, 심리적 안전감과 혁신행동의 요인들을 도출하여 각각 매개변수와 종속변수로 설정하였다. 도출된 변수들을 바탕으로 총 7개의 가설들을 설정하였으며, 5성급 호텔 레스토랑 종사원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 246부의 표본을 확보하였다. 실증 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 호텔 종사원이 인식하는 교류기억체계는 조정성, 신뢰성, 전문화의 순으로 심리적 안전감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 호텔 종사원의 심리적 안전감은 혁신행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 호텔 종사원이 인식하는 교류기억체계와 혁신행동 사이에서 심리적 안전감은 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 호텔 종사원을 대상으로 교류기억체계, 심리적 안전감, 혁신행동 변수들을 사용하여 영향관계를 파악한 최초의 논문으로, 기존의 연구들과 차별점을 가진다. 또한 지식의 공유와 협업이 인간 고유의 가치를 극대화시킬 수 있다고 보는 현 4차 산업혁명 사회에서 환대산업 분야의 교류기억체계에 대해 연구함으로써 시대정신을 반영하였다는 점에서도 의미가 있을 것이다.
Chitosan-mediated Non-viral Gene Delivery with Improved Serum Stability and Reduced Cytotoxicity

Polyethyleneimine (PEI) has been widely usedin gene delivery systems because of its outstanding abilityto promote DNA condensation and endosome escape. However, its use for the introduction of foreign DNA intohost cells is compromised by high cytotoxicity and serumreactivity. In this study we examined the possibility ofimproving the PEI-mediated gene delivery using theserum-stable and biodegradable polymer, chitosan. Amongchitosans of different molecular weights, the 45 kD formexhibited significantly higher gene delivery efficiency thanthe 15 and 100 kD forms. Using the 45 kDa form ofchitosan, we formulated composite PEI/DNA/chitosan (PDC)complexes consisting of the core part where DNA chainswere tightly condensed by PEI and the outer layer linedwith chitosan, and found that an optimal PDC complexexhibits a significantly higher transfection efficiency in ahigh serum condition and a lower toxicity than monolithicPEI/DNA (PD) complex. Moreover, addition of chitosan toPEI/DNA complex reduced nonspecific interactions witherythrocytes, which may eventually contribute to improvedtransfection efficiency in high serum concentrations. Theseresults demonstrate that chitosan coating of PD complexmight increase the efficiency of PEI-mediated gene deliveryin vivo as well as in vitro.

Nitrification and denitrification potential were detected in the sediment of Lake Soyang by ^14C-bicarbonate incorporation and acetylene blockage method, respectively. The range of nitrification potential was 0.01∼2.49㎍-N gdwt^-1day^-1 and that of denitrification potential was 0.08∼5.25㎍-N gdwt^-1day^-1. Nitrification potential was showed the highest value at station 4 where organic carbon was rich. It was a high value at station 1 and 2 and was a low value with deep. Denitrification potential was showed the lowest value at station 1 in which organic carbon content was poor and water depth was shallow and was showed the highest value at station 4. Nitrification was correlated positively with NH_4^+-N and denitrification was correlated positively with organic carbon. The inorganic nitrogen reduction was comparatively superior to the inorganic nitrogen oxidation at all stations. So it was assumed to loss of nitrogen source from sediment.
The role of Pin1 in the development and treatment of cancer

Protein phosphorylation and post-phosphorylationevents regulate many cellular signaling pathways. Peptidyl-prolyl isomerase (Pin1) is the only peptidyl-prolylcis/trans isomerase that interacts with numerous oncogenicor tumor suppressive phosphorylated proteins, causesconformational changes in target proteins, and eventuallyregulates the activities of such proteins. These alterationsin activity play a pivotal role in tumorigenesis. Since Pin1is overexpressed and/or activated in various types of cancers,and the dysregulation of proline-directed phosphorylationcontributes to tumorigenesis, Pin1 represents anattractive target for cancer therapy. This review willdescribe the role of Pin1 in cancer and the current status ofPin1 inhibitor development.
레스토랑의 사회적 밀도가 고객의 동조 및 온라인 정보탐색의도에 미치는 영향

In recent days, it is very natural that a lot of consumers are standing in a line to use the restaurants that are so-called a ‘must-eat place’ and search the information on such restaurants using various on-line services. Under these circumstances, this study aimed to investigate the influence of social density of restaurants on the conformity of customers as well as the information search intention using on-line services. The empirical analysis results are as follows. First, it was revealed that the social density of restaurants had a significant positive (+) influence on the conformity (a normative conformity and an informational conformity) of customers. Second, a normative conformity, which is a sub-factor of the customers’ conformity, appeared to have no significant influence on the on-line information search intention, on the other hand, an informational conformity revealed a significant positive (+) influence on the on-line information search intention. Third, both a normative conformity and an informational conformity have been found to play a role of complete mediation between the social density of restaurants and the on-line information search intention. Through these analysis results, this study intended to provide a practical implication that can efficiently manage the social environment of a restaurant for the managers of restaurants by identifying not only the influence of social density of restaurants on a normative conformity and an informational conformity but also the causal relationship between social density of restaurants and on-line information search intention.
