        대학생 창업의지에 대한 롤모델의 영향 분석: 성장마인드셋과 창업자기효능감의 다중매개효과를 중심으로

        대학생의 창업 활동은 현대 경제와 사회 발전에 큰 기여를 하고 있으며, 변화하는 경제 환경과 청년 실업 문제 해결에도 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 이들이 창업을 통해 혁신적인 아이디어와 기술을 시장에 선보이면, 지속 가능한 경제 성장과 사회적 가치를 창출할 수 있다. 또한, 대학생들의 창업 의지는 다양한 요인에 의해 형성되기 때문에, 이러한 요인들을 깊이 이해하고 적절히 지원하는 것이 중요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 롤모델의 중요성과 그 영향력을 다중직렬 매개효과 분석을 통해 체계적으로 탐구하였다. 300명의 대학생을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해, 성장마인드셋과 창업자기효능감이라는 두 심리적 변수가 롤모델의 영향과 창업의지 사이에서 어떠한 매개 역할을 하는지 분석하였다. 롤모델의 존재와 그들의 성공 경험은 대학생들의 성장마인드셋을 강화시키는데 도움을 주며, 이는 창업자기효능감을 높이고, 결국 창업에 대한 의지를 강화한다는 결과를 도출하였다. 분석 결과, 롤모델과의 접촉은 대학생들의 성장마인드셋 형성에 큰 영향을 미친다. 이러한 마인드셋은 창업과 관련된 도전과 실패를 학습의 기회로 받아들이는 긍정적인 사고를 촉진한다. 그리고 이런 마인드셋은 창업자기효능감을 강화시키며, 그 결과 창업에 대한 의지를 더욱 강화시킨다. 본 연구는 마인드셋 이론, 사회학습이론 등 다양한 이론들을 통합하여 창업의지 형성의 복잡한 과정에 대한 이해를 제공한다. 롤모델의 활용은 학생들의 창업의지를 크게 향상시킬 수 있으며, 교육 프로그램은 롤모델을 통해 창업 경험과 지식을 공유하게 함으로써 학생들의 성장마인드셋과 창업자기효능감을 강화할 수 있다. 본 연구가 대학 창업교육의 설계와 실행에 있어 중요한 지침을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. The entrepreneurial activities of college students play a significant role in modern economic and social development, particularly as a solution to the changing economic landscape and youth unemployment issues. Introducing innovative ideas and technologies into the market through entrepreneurship can contribute to sustainable economic growth and social value. Additionally, the entrepreneurial intentions of college students are shaped by various factors, making it crucial to deeply understand and appropriately support these elements. To this end, this study systematically explores the importance and impact of role models through a multiple serial mediation analysis. Through a survey of 300 college students, the study analyzed how two psychological variables, growth mindset and entrepreneurial self-efficacy, mediate the influence of role models on entrepreneurial intentions. The presence and success stories of role models were found to enhance the growth mindset of college students, which in turn boosts their entrepreneurial self-efficacy and ultimately strengthens their entrepreneurial intentions. The analysis revealed that exposure to role models significantly influences the formation of a growth mindset among college students. This mindset fosters a positive attitude towards viewing challenges and failures in entrepreneurship as learning opportunities. Such a mindset further enhances entrepreneurial self-efficacy, thereby strengthening the intention to engage in entrepreneurial activities. This research offers insights by integrating various theories, such as mindset theory and social learning theory, to deeply understand the complex process of forming entrepreneurial intentions. Practically, this study provides important guidelines for the design and implementation of college entrepreneurship education. Utilizing role models can significantly enhance students' entrepreneurial intentions, and educational programs can strengthen students' growth mindset and entrepreneurial self-efficacy by sharing entrepreneurial experiences and knowledge through role models. In conclusion, this study provides a systematic and empirical analysis of the various factors and their complex interactions that impact the entrepreneurial intentions of college students. It confirms that psychological factors like growth mindset and entrepreneurial self-efficacy play a significant role in shaping entrepreneurial intentions, beyond mere information or technical education. This research emphasizes that these psychological factors should be comprehensively considered when developing and implementing policies and programs related to college entrepreneurship education.

        수확후 자외선 조사가 딸기의 생물활성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 딸기의 건강기능성 효과를 증대시키기 위해 자외선 처리를 하였을 때 매향, 장희, 육보 딸기의 생물활성이 어떻게 변화하는지 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 과실류 및 채소류의 수확 이후에도 세포 활성이 유지된다면 자외선 등 여러 가지 외부 자극을 통해 2차 대사산물이 세포 대사에 의해 유도합성이 가능하다는 기작에 근거하여 딸기의 생물활성이 향상될 수 있다는 가설에 근거를 두고 있다. 본 연구에서 딸기의 생물활성은 항산화 효능, 해독화 효소 발현 조절 능력, 암세포 사멸 능력 및 항염증 효능 측면에서 평가되었다. 평가 결과에 의하면, 딸기의 품종과 UV 조사량에 따라 다소의 차이는 있으나 전반적으로 딸기 수확후 자외선을 조사하면 항산화 효능, 해독화 효소 발현 조절 능력, 암세포 사멸 능력 등이 향상되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 항염증 효능은 자외선 처리 효과가 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 전체적으로 살펴볼 때, 딸기 수확 이후 자외선 자극을 통해 생물활성이 향상될 수 있음을 확인하였으나 후속연구를 통해 보다 정밀한 기작에 대한 규명이 뒤따라야 함을 또한 지적해 두고자 한다. Strawberries have various fruit phenolics which provide biological activities such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-proliferative potential against various cancer cells. Previous studies showed that such phenolics might be enriched by ultraviolet irradiation (UV) after harvesting fruits and vegetables. In the present study, we investigated the effect of post-harvest ultraviolet irradiation on the biological activities of strawberries. When 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical scavenging activity, induction of quinone reductase activity, inhibitory effect on the proliferation of various human cancer cells, and inhibitory effect on the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) of UV-irradiated strawberries using Maehyang, Akihime, and Red pearl, were evaluated, the biological activities were, in general, enhanced by ultraviolet irradiation after harvest.

        Effects of Medium High Pressure Treatments on Protease Activity

        When various protease solutions in dynamic ranges of activity-enzyme concentration profiles were treated at the medium high pressure of 100 and 300 MPa for 60, 120, and 300 min, characteristic changes in enzyme activity were found. The most conspicuous facts observed were the increase in the activity of trypsin with increasing pressurizing time and nearly complete inactivation of thermolysin at 300 MPa, which seemed to suggest that serine proteases hold better pressure tolerance compared with metallo-proteases. Electrophoretic analysis on wheat gluten hydrolyzates that were prepared by trypsin and thermolysin at ambient pressure and 300 MPa supported time-dependent changes in protease activity.

        Application of Convenient Chromogen-based Assay to Measurement of Protease Activity

        This study was carried out to apply an optimized convenient assay, exploiting azo dye-bound chromogenic substrates, to measurement of protease activity. When determined for responses at varying concentrations of two substrates, azocasein and azoalbumin, using 0.5 and 5.0 mg/mL each of bovine pancreas trypsin, 3% azocasein was found to be the most appropriate substrate solution to measure protease activity. Compared with a conventional casein-Folin phenol assay, the chromogen-based protease assay exploiting 3% azocasein showed better precision to have a coefficient of variability in seven repetitive measurements less than 1.11%. When various reagent-grade and industrial proteases that showed proteinase or peptidase activities were tested by this assay at increasing enzyme concentrations, typical shape of rectangular hyperbola in activity-enzyme concentration profiles was observed. In addition, the assay of this study was suitable for activity measurement in real samples that were prepared by hydrolyzing wheat gluten and anchovy fine powder with proteases.

        Pleurotus ostreatus에 의한 리그닌 분해에 미치는 수종 탄수화물의 영향

        To clarify the effects of several carbohydrates on the biodegradation of lignin by Pleurotus ostreatus. The strain was cultured on the media formulated with lignin and carbohydrates such as cellulose, xylan, collobiose, glucose and xylose, which was added individually. The culture mixtures grown 36 days were filtered and then estimated the degree of lignin biodegradation. It was found that the growth of P. ostreatus was stimulated and the depoly-merization was also increased by the addition of carbohydrates. When the carbohydrates were not added, polymerization was apparent in stead of depolymerization. In the case of glucose as an added carbohydrate, the content of lignin by the nitrosolignin method was greatly (about 7.4 times) decreased than control which contains lignin as a carbon source. The peak of lignin at 280nm in UV spectra was decreased about 27% after 27 days of culture. As results, it was assumed that lignin biodegradation was correlated to the carbohydrates and especially glucose was very significant role in lignin degradation.

        Lentinus edodes 에서 분비되는 Laccase 의 특성

        Lentinus edodes 에서 분비된 laccase 를 DEAE Sephadex A-50, Con A-Sepharose, Sephadex G-150 크로마토그래피를 통해서 순수분리하였다. 효소는 분자량이 87 KDa 정도인 하나의 소단위체로 되어 있고, 12.0% 의 당을 함유하고 있었다. 그리고 N-말단 아미노산 서열은 Pleurotus oxtreatus 와 Cloriolus hirsutus 의 laccase 와 유사하였다. 효소의 최적 pH 는 4.8 이고 최적 온도는 $40^{\circ}C$ 이었다. 그리고 본 효소는 pH 7-9 와 $30^{\circ}C$이하에서 비교적 안정하였다. Syringaldazine 에 대한 $K_{M}$ 은 $0.4\mu$ M 이었고 $k_{cat}$ 은$ 77 sec^{-1}$ 이었다. This layer chromatography 에 의한 본 효소의 반응 산물들의 분리양상이 Pleurotus ostreatus 의 laccase 의 경우와 유사하였다. Extracellular laccase excreted from Lentinus edodes ATCC 48085 was purified through a series of DEAF, Sephadex A-50. Con A-Sepharosc and Sephadex G-150 chromatography. Extracellular enzyme. which consists of a single polypeptide, has a n~olecular mass of 87.000 daltons and contains 12.0'%, carbohydrate. The N-terminal amino acid sequence (I5 residues) of the puritied enzyme was similar to that of laccases of PIeurotus ostreatus and Coriolus hirsutus. The enzyme showed optimal activity at near pH 4.8 and $40^{\circ}C$. The enzyme was stable at pH 7-9 and below $30^{\circ}C$. $K_{M}$ and $k_{cat}$ values for syringaldazine were estimated to be $0.4\mu\textrm{M}$ and 77 sec, respectively. The developed patterns of reaction products of thevenzyme on thin layer chromatography were similar to those of laccase of Pleurotus ostreatus.

        탄수화물과 황산암모늄이 Pseudomonas diminuta의 리그닌 분해에 미치는 영향

        To investigate the influence of cosubstrate supplement and ammonium sulfate on lignin degradation by Pseudomonas diminuta KM-4-2, isolated in the laboratory, the strain was cultured on the lignin media which contained lignin as a source of carbon and the culture filtrate was analyzed by Sephadex G-75 column chromatography. It was found that polymerization was not appeared unlike wood-rot fungi. When the carbohydrates were added, the peak of lignin at 280nm by UV scanning spectra of the filtrate, was significantly increased. In order to determine the effect of ammonium sulfate on the ligninolytic activity, the isolated strain was incubated in the media containing 0.1%, 0.25% and 0.5% of nitrogen concentration in the Warburg flask and the rate of oxygen uptake was esitmated by Warbuge Respirometer. As a result, the activity was maximum at 0.1% of nitrogen concentration and thereafter decreased in parallel with nitrogen concentration.
