        간호대학생의 학업적 자기효능감 영향요인

        This study was aimed to identify factors affecting academic self-efficacy of nursing students. The subjects of this study were 95 nursing students at K university in Changwon city. Data collection was conducted using learning flow, self-directed learning, learning motivation, and academic self-efficacy tools. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression. As a results, there was a significant difference in academic self-efficacy with only last semester grades (F=4.62, p<.05). Academic self-efficacy was significantly correlated with self-directed learning (r=.62, p<.001), learning motivation (r=.52, p<.001), learning flow (r=.78, p<.001). Multiple regression analysis showed that important factors related to academic self-efficacy in nursing students were learning flow (β=.68, p<.001) and learning motivation (β=.16, p=0.32). These factors explained 63.0% of the total variance. Therefore, in order to improve the academic self-efficacy of nursing students, it will be needed nursing education programs for enhancing learning flow and improving learning motivation. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 학업적 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구 대상자는 창원시에 소재한 K대학교 간호학과 1학년 95명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집은 학습몰입, 자기주도적 학습, 학습동기 및 학업적 자기효능감 도구를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 서술적 통계, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, stepwise multiple regression을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 직전 학기 성적만이 학업적 자기효능감에 유의한 차이를 보였으며(F=4.62, p<.05), 학업적 자기효능감은 자기주도 학습(r=.62, p<.001), 학습동기(r=.52, p<.001) 및 학습몰입(r=.78, p<.001)과 상관관계를 보였다. 학업적 자기효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인은 학습몰입(β=.68, p<.001)과 학습동기(β=.16, p=0.32)이었으며, 이들 변수들에 의한 회귀분석모형의 설명력은 63.0%로 확인되었다. 그러므로 간호대학생의 학업적 자기효능감을 향상시키기 위해서는 학습몰입을 강화하고, 학습동기를 높이기 위한 간호교육 중재방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

        자기 주도적 학습을 활용한 시뮬레이션 교육 효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the education programs that improve the self-directed learning ability on learning attitude, self-directed learning ability and problem solving ability in nursing students. 40 nursing college students participated in self-directed learning based simulation class (20 students in the experimental group) and lecture-centered simulation class (20 students in the control class). The collected data were analyzed with SPSS/Win 23.0 program, using descriptive statistics and wilcoxon signed rank test. The experimental group showed significant effects on learning attitude, self-directed learning ability, problem solving ability as compared to the control group. The finding of this study demonstrate that TBL with simulation for nursing students may increase problem solving and learning attitude, self-directed learning ability and suggest that utilizing this teaching-learning method may be beneficial as an effective nursing education strategy. 본 연구는 자기주도 학습능력을 향상시키는 교육이 간호학생의 학습태도, 자기주도 학습능력 및 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위함이다. 비동등성 대조군 전후설계이며, 40명의 4학년 간호대학생이 자기주도학습 중심 시뮬레이션 수업(실험군 20명)과 기존의 강의중심 시뮬레이션 수업(대조군 20명)에 참여하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계 및 사전 동질성 검증은 Mann Whitney U-test, 실험 전・후 실험군과 대조군의 집단 내 변화는 Wilcoxon signed rank 검정을 실시하였다. 수업은 4시간 씩 2주차로 진행되었다. 자기주도학습 중심 시뮬레이션 교육은 학습태도, 자기주도 학습능력, 문제해결능력에 유의한 효과를 보였고, 집단 간 학습태도, 자기주도 학습능력에도 유의한 차이를 보였으나, 문제해결능력에는 효과를 보이지 않았다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 자기주도학습 중심 시뮬레이션 교육방법은 보다 효율적인 교수-학습전략으로 도입, 적용될 수 있으리라 사료된다.

        VR 및 3D프린팅 기술을 이용한 경험기반 학습 프로그램이 자기주도학습, 학습몰입, 학습동기에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of self-directed learning, learning flow, learning motivation through experience-based learning programs using VR and 3D printing technology of nursing students. The data were 89 first-year nursing students at one university in C city who had no experience in VR and 3D printing education, and had no experience in fundamentals of nursing practice, anatomy. They were applied to the VR, 3D printing technology and evaluated before and after the intervention. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. As a result, self-directed learning(t=2.01, p=.048), learning flow(t=2.33, p=.028) were significantly increased and there was no significant difference in learning motivation(t=1.33, p=.187). Considering these results, the program confirmed that it has a positive effect on self-directed learning and learning flow and so far, the educational application of VR and 3D printing technology in nursing education is insufficient, requiring various program development and operation. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 VR 및 3D프린팅 기술을 이용한 경험기반 학습 프로그램을 통해 자기주도학습, 학습몰입, 학습동기에 미치는 효과를 평가하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상은 C시 소재 일개대학 간호학과 1학년 학생 중 VR 및 3D프린팅 교육에 참여경험이 없으며 기초해부학과 기본간호학실습 수강경험이 없는 자로 최종 89명을 선정하였다. 기본간호학실습 교과목에서 VR 영상체험과 기초해부학 교과목에서 3D프린터를 활용하여 인체구조 제작을 적용하여 중재 전후 자기주도학습, 학습몰입, 학습동기에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS/WIN 23.0프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 대상자의 VR 및 3D프린팅 기술을 이용한 경험기반 학습 프로그램 참여 전 후 자기주도학습(t=2.01, p=.048)과 학습몰입(t=2.23, p=.028)은 유의미하게 상승하였으며, 학습동기(t=1.33, p=.187)는 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 종합해 볼 때 프로그램 통해 자기주도학습과 학습몰입에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 확인해 볼 수 있었으며, 현재까지 간호교육에서 VR 및 3D프린팅 기술의 교육적용은 미비한 실정이므로 다양한 프로그램 개발 및 운영이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

        The Effects of Combined Exercise Program on the Body Composition, Metabolic Syndrome Risk Factor in Middle-aged Women

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of combined exercise on the health self-efficacy, exercise adherence, body composition, and blood lipid in middle-aged women and to provide fundamental data to the development and application of combined exercise program for continuous health management. The one group pre-post experimental design was applied and the subjects were 20 middle-aged women aged 35 to 65 who participated in a combined exercise program administered by the S District Public Health Center in Busan Metropolitan City. The proposed program was a 12-weeks exercise program composed of aerobic exercise, low-middle intensity muscle-strength exercise, and flexibility and balance exercise. The effectiveness of the program was measured by using structured questionnaire on health self-efficacy and exercise adherence. The body composition ere measured using height, weight, waist circumference, skeletal muscle mass, and body fat mass, and in addition, blood lipid test measured cholesterol, triglyceride, and blood glucose. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 23.0 program and the descriptive statistics and Wilcoxon sign rank were conducted. The proposed combined exercise program significantly increased the nutrition efficacy, a sub-scale of health self-efficacy and exercise habit and exercise concern, the sub-scales of willingness of exercise adherence of subjects. For the body composition, the waist circumference and body fat mass decreased significantly and the skeletal muscle mass increased. The results of blood lipid test showed significant decrease in triglyceride and cholesterol. The combined exercise program in middle-aged women decreased the level of triglyceride and cholesterol and waist circumference, which are risk factors of metabolic syndrome, and had positive effects on health self-efficacy and exercise adherence. The proposed program is expected to raise the willingness to participate in health management in middle-aged women who are experiencing many physical and psychological changes by providing positive effect on their health management and inducing continuous exercise adherence.

        자세안정성 원리에 기반한 환자이동기술 개발 및 효과검정

        Purpose: This study was done to develop a postural-stability patient transfer technique for care helpers in nursing homes and to evaluate its effectiveness. Methods: Four types of patient transfer techniques (Lifting towards the head board of the bed, turning to the lateral position, sitting upright on the bed, transferring from wheel chair to bed) were practiced in accordance with the following three methods; Care helpers habitually used transfer methods (Method 1), patient transfer methods according to care helper standard textbooks (Method 2), and a method developed by the author ensuring postural-stability (Method 3). The care helpers’ muscle activity and four joint angles were measured. The collected data were analyzed using the program SPSS Statistic 21.0. To differentiate the muscle activity and joint angle, the Friedman test was executed and the post-hoc analysis was conducted using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test. Results: Muscle activity was significantly lower during Method 3 compared to Methods 1 and 2. In addition, the joint angle was significantly lower for the knee and shoulder joint angle while performing Method 3 compared to Methods 1 and 2. Discussion: Findings indicate that using postural-stability patient transfer techniques can contribute to the prevention of musculoskeletal disease which care helpers suffer from due to physically demanding patient care in nursing homes.

        동료지도학습법이 간호대학생의 동료돌봄행위, 대인관계유능성 및 학업적자기효능감에 미치는 효과

        Purpose : This study aims to identify the effects of peer tutoring on the peer group caring interaction, interpersonal competence, and academic self-efficacy of nursing college students and to use them for practical education. Methods : The participants comprised 33 nursing students who lived in Gyeong-nam Province. Data were collected from February 1 to May 1, 2019. The PGCIS -K Questionnaire, Interpersonal Competence Questionnaire, and Academic Self-efficacy Questionnaire were used. Data were analyzed by average, standard deviation, minimum, maximum, and Wilcoxon signed rank test using SPSS version 23.0. Results : A significant difference was found in the data obtained from the Interpersonal Competence Questionnaire (z=-2.13, p<.03) but not from the PGCIS-K Questionnaire of the research subjects who participated in peer tutoring (z=-.89, p<.37) and from the Academic Self-efficacy Questionnaire (z=-.78, p<.43). Furthermore, their interpersonal competence significantly increased after the peer tutoring program. Conclusion : This study developed a peer tutoring program for nursing students and applied it to basic nursing practice classes to verify its effect on peer group caring interaction, interpersonal competence, and academic self-efficacy. The subjects improved their peer group caring interaction and interpersonal competence through peer tutoring. Peer tutoring also showed an effect on interpersonal competence.

        중년여성의 스트레스에 미치는 영향요인

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the depression, self-efficacy, and stress level of middle-aged women and to identify the factors affecting on stress, and to provide base line data for the development of nursing intervention for stress reduction of middle-aged women. Methods : Participants were 200 middle-aged women aged 40 to 60 who live in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Data collection period was from March 1, 2019 to April 15. In this study, the questionnaire of life events-stress, depression scale, self-efficacy was used. Data were analyzed by average, standard deviation, minimum, maximum, correlation and regression using the SPSS Program 21.0. Results : The results of this study, the correlation between depression, self-efficacy and stress in middle-aged women, depression and self-efficacy(r=-.264, p<.001), self-efficacy and stress(r=-.279, p<.001) had a significant negative correlation, depression and stress (r=.268, p<.001) had a significant positive correlation. Depression and self-efficacy were the factors affecting the stress of middle-aged women. Depression was β=.207(p<.001) and self-efficacy β=-.222(p=.003). Depression had the greatest influence on stress, followed by self-efficacy. Conclusion : Middle-aged women are an important time to prepare for a successful old age. Considering that the current middle-aged women are the subjects of the future aging society, their physical, psychological, and social problems are very important in preventing the elderly problems of the aging society. Therefore, effective nursing interventions should be developed that to reduce the depression and stress in middle-aged women and to improve self-efficacy and improve the quality of life of middle-aged women.

        A Study on the Cancer Adaptation, Family Support and Self-efficacy of Middle-aged Breast Cancer Patients

        This study aims to identify cancer adaptation of breast cancer patients with high incidence in Korea and to analyze whether family support and self-efficacy affect. This correlational study was conducted among 75 middle-aged cancer patients with cancer living in the S and K regions in Korea. For data collection, a structured questionnaire was used for subjects who agreed to the study. The study tool measured breast cancer adaptation, family support, and self-efficacy and the collected data were analyzed using the SPSS / WIN 23.0 program. The general characteristics and degree of cancer adaptation, family support, and self-efficacy were analyzed using frequency and percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and the Pearson's coefficient was used for correlation between cancer adaptation, family support, and self-efficacy. The results showed that middle-aged breast cancer patients’ cancer adaptation score was 77.03 (± 6.79). The family support score was 14.56 (± 13.28), and the self-efficacy was 40.15 (± 12.26). The results show that, as family support and self-efficacy increased, the breast cancer adaptation result increased. Therefore, we suggest collecting basic data for the development of programs that can enhance cancer adaptation for middle-aged breast cancer patient.

        Areas and Contents of Work for Personnel: Their Development at Dementia Relief Centers

        The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations for the establishment of a successful dementia relief centers by classifying professional work areas and contents for each workforce working at the dementia safety center. In this study, details related to the roles and work of dementia relief centers employees in the local community were identified according to specific criteria and procedures. These role and tasks were provided in data such as the 2017 Dementia Relief Center Project Guidelines by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the 2018 Dementia Policy Project Guidebook. Interviews regarding the study's preliminary items were then conducted with a focus group composed of 2 nurses and 1 social worker at dementia relief centers to review the relevance of their defined work areas and any omitted items and then modify and improve them. As a result of content validation, the 8 work areas reached a consensus, with CVI values of 0.80 or higher and a total CVI value of 0.85. The CVI values of the 45 subcategories of work content ranged from 0.82 to 0.91, with a total of 0.87. There are two counseling, registration, classification and service guidance for the elderly aged 65 years or older, and five customized case management services for dementia patients. There are three dementia target management project, including cognitive enhancement programs. There are six counseling and care support for dementia families, including counseling and care support, and 10 administrative tasks for registration and management through the ANSYS(Integrated Dementia Safety Management System) and community capabilities will be strengthened. There are five categories, including employee capacity building, employee welfare management, and basic education. Results revealed that, the final items of work areas and contents included 45 subcategories of work content for 8 work areas. The findings of this study is intended to be used as basic data for creating roles through the establishment of work division and specialized areas suitable for the occupational groups.
