노미란,심영택 경인교육대학교 교육연구원 2019 교육논총 Vol.39 No.1
The purpose of this study is to develop and validate a tool to diagnose the culture of same grade teacher learning communities, which has recently become more important in the context of elementary school. Before the development, previous research about the types, characteristics, and cultures of teacher learning communities in unit schools was reviewed. The development process of factors and items that can diagnose the community culture of the elementary school teachers is as follows. First, based on the literature review, 'basic preliminary test items (BPTIs)' (6 factors and 36 items) were developed. We analyzed the results of applying BPTI to one elementary schools and developed the 'preliminary test items (PTIs)' (5 factors and 30 items). We analyzed the results of the PTIs at two elementary schools and developed 'main test items' (5 factors and 28 items). We analyzed the results of this 'main test items at nine elementary schools operating school-learning communities in Chungbuk province, and finalized the 'questionnaire' (5 factors and 25 questions). This cultural diagnostic tool will help leaders and members of same grade teacher learning communities diagnose their community culture and identify factors and specific areas to improve.

As the perspective of knowledge, learning has been changed, the perception of teacher specialty development and growth also changed. As a new alternative to this, a teacher learning community has emerged and interest has also increased. If the previous studies for teacher learning community mainly focused on expertise development and class improvement of teachers, the purpose of this study is to investigate the actual conditions of the elementary school teachers in the same grade, analyze recognition level of the participating teachers for the elementary school teachers' learning community culture, and finally to grasp the teacher 's perception about ‘re-culturalization’ plan. To solve this problem, this study set up research problem as follows: First, what is the actual condition of operating the elementary school teacher’s learning community? Second, what is the perception level of participating teachers in the elementary school teacher learning community culture in the same grade of elementary schools? Third, what is the teacher 's perception of the ‘re-culturalization’ plan for elementary school teachers' learning communities in the same grade? In order to solve the above research problems, previous research was analyzed and questionnaires were used to investigate and analyze the actual state of the operation of the teachers' learning communities and interviews were conducted to find out more detailed culture. Based on these results, conclusions and implications of this study are as follows: First, J Elementary School run the same grade teacher learning community and the participation rate of its members was also high. Second, when the leader or member is a voluntary operator or an active participant, the average of cultural factors awareness of communication processes, communication protocol, communication attitudes, professionalism and autonomy was generally high. Third, in order to ‘re-culture’ the teachers' learning communities in the same grade of elementary school, external support such as administrative and financial support from the Education Office should be made. Fourth, the effective way of ‘re-culturalization’ of the teacher 's learning community in the same grade of elementary school can be achieved by cooperating, communicating and learning each other among the teachers' learning communities in the same grade in elementary school unit. In general, it is the basic premise that the 're-culturalization' of the teacher 's learning community in the same grade of elementary school must be intertwined with the ‘re-culturalization’ of the school and other teacher 's learning community within the school, it should be a cooperative and communicating culture.

The coronavirus has altered the long-standing educational environment. Fully implemented remote classes have raised the essential question of the perception of the nature of education. The ongoing pandemic has provided fundamental challenges on setting and pursuing future education. In this regard, the study aims to propose directions for remote classes based on online education, determine their educational significance, and to suggest directions and goals for future education. Toward this end, O Elementary School analyzed and presented a process of preparing and practicing remote classes according to their educational orientation and purpose in the field. The study closely examined the strategies of teachers for developing and designing various contents in terms of quality. Moreover, we listened to their concerns and their methods for overcoming them. Various subjects are taught in elementary school classes; thus, the burden on teachers is tremendous. To overcome this scenario, teachers effectively respond by developing and utilizing learning contents for online teaching based on the teacher learning community. Through e-learning centers, co-production of content, data sharing, interactive classes using Zoom, and online platforms, we provided evidence that teachers can lead future education as well as prepare for the upcoming educational environment. In addition, managers and parents lent active support to overcome these difficult situations. This study aimed to contribute to the design of the goals and directions of future education in Korea by examining and analyzing actual experiences.
