지리공간자료의 경제적 갱신과 교환체계를 위한 모형개발 -대구광역시를 사례로-

1996년부터 3단계 국가GIS 5개년 계획이 시행되고 있는 현재까지 지리정보기술은 다양한 분야에 활용되고 있으나, 그 기술의 근간이 되는 지리공간자료의 최신성과 정확성을 확보할 수 있는 체계를 갖추지 못하고 있다. 지리공간자료(수치지형도, 수치주제도)와 관련된 업무는 지형지물의 변화 발생에서 부터 자료수집, DB 구축, 유통, 공유 등 모두가 개별적으로 이루어지고 있다. 이와 같은 개별구조를 하나의 흐름으로 연계하여 효율적이고 체계적인 업무처리가 이루어질 수 있도록 일관성 있는 모형개발이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대구광역시를 사례로 지리공간자료의 경제적 갱신과 교환 방안을 제시하고, 기존의 업무수행 절차와 비교하여 비용편익분석을 실시하였으며, 그 결과를 이용하여 모형을 개발하였다. Geo-special technologies are being adopted in variety fields since the 3rd NGIS plan that was started at 1996. However, the required system or structure to guarantee the up-to-date validity and accuracy of the geospatial data-the most fundamental elements of the technology-was not constructed yet. All the activities related to geospatial data, including topographical map and numerical base map, are all implemented in separate way; from change of geographical objects and features, data gathering, and database construction to distribution, transfer and sharing of these data. The data model that links all the activities are required that enables consistent data-flow and effective and systematic work-flow. In this study, economic data renewal and exchange method was proposed, and benefit-cost analysis was implemented by comparing the conventional work-flow to newly proposed work-flow. The case study was implemented using the model that was adopted in Daegu metropolitan city, and the model was developed by reflecting these results.

본 연구는 대구광역시에서 구축하여 운영중인 GIS과 GIS간 On-Line을 통하여 변동된 개체만을 교환하는 자료교환체계의 경제성 평가를 비용편익 분석기법을 이용하여 지역전체 측면과 수치지도의 제작과 유지관리를 수행하는 대구광역시 측면, 시설물 관리 및 활용기관 측면 등 3가지 측면에서 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구는 지상지하 지형지물들의 효율적인 관리를 위하여 자치단체별로 추진하고 있는 GIS사업들의 효율적인 추진방안을 제시하고, 확산함으로써 NGIS발전에 많은 공헌을 할 수 있을 것으로 간주되며, 공간객체별 실시간 자료교환에 따른 경제성 평가를 실시하고 제시하였다는데 그 의의가 있다.

For the development of functional food and cosmetics using the hot water extract of Undaria pinnatifida, the concentrations of vitamin, amino acid and element and activities of antioxidant and nitrite scavenging were investigated. The results are shown as follows: Vitamin C and E concentrations were 0.301 and 0.11 mg/100 g, respectively. Mineral concentrations were an order of Ca > Mg > K > Fe. The concentrations of total amino acids were an order of Glu > Ala > Val > Leu > Gly > Pro. Total phenol concentration and DPPH radical scavenging activity were increased with the increase of the concentration of extract. Especially, when the extract concentrationwas increased from 1.0 to 10.0 mg/mL, the total phenol concentration was increased from 0.043 to 0.125 OD 725 nm. DPPH radical scavenging activity at 50 mg/mL was 70.1%. The antioxidant activity of extract was stable in range of 80 to 140℃ and pH 3-9. The nitrite scavenging activity was increased with the decreaseof pH and the increase of it’s extract concentration. Especially, it was 83.4% at 50 mg/mL (pH 1.2). These results showed that the hot water extract of U. pinnatifida can be applied to functional food and cosmetics.

In order to investigate effect of metal ion and antioxidant on rancidity of crude rapeseed oil (CRO), Fe²?, Cu²?, Co²?, Ni²?, Cr²?, Sn²?, Mn²?, Zn²?, and antioxidants including BHA, Vitamin C, and Tocopherol were used. The specific gravity and refractive index of CRO were 0.92g/㎤ and 1.45,respectively. The chromaticities of light, red, and yellow in CRO were 88.6 and 98.7, respectively. Among various fatty acids, Oleic acid (C18:1) concentration was highest, 62.3% and Linoleic acid (C18:2) concentration was 19.16%. In the case of Linolenic acid (C18:3) and Palmitic acid (C16:0), they were 9.88 and 5.2%, respectively. The concentrations of unsaturated fatty acids and saturated fatty acid were 92.2 and 7.8%, respectively. The degree of expediting rancidity of CRO was an order of Fe²?> Cu²?> Cr²?> Zn²?> Ni²?> Al²?> Mn²?> Mn²?> Sn²?> Co²?> Li²?. Especially, when Cu²? and Fe²? was used, the peroxide value concentration was about 4.0 fold higher than non addition of them. The inhibition effect of rancidity of CRO using antioxidant with Cu²? and Fe²? was an order of BHA> Vitamin C>Tocopherol.
